Very helpful employees. Although they didnt have the part I needed, they offered to order the part if I couldnt find it locally. Even printed out the part page so I would have the part number. This actually helped my find the part elsewhere so I was certainly pleased about it. Thanks!

I’ve shopped there several times over the past year. And EVERY TIME I run into one problem or another. Either they don’t have the right product, returns can take months to be credited, attitude from the counter guys when trying to return something. They lack in modern fittings, customer service and processing returns. And I always end up going to Home Depot. I’ll save myself the hassle from these guys and stick with the big box stores from now on.

Ive been a contractor for years and have never been treated as poorly as I was at this location. Other locations have gone out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and any questions answered. I called in ahead and even got the part number I needed and made sure it was in stock. I drove 30 miles one way in a storm and was met by a guy on a cane working the counter. I asked him a few questions that I feel he should have known the answers to and received a blank stare. He had NO IDEA! I gave him the part number and quantity that I had called ahead for and asked him to verify it was what I needed. Again, blank stare. I get all the way back to my job and guess what? WRONG FREAKING FITTINGS! I will be going to Ft Walton from now on! If you venture to the Panama location, you better know what you need or youll be out of luck too.

We have used them a few times for a bathroom remodel, and service has always been quick, courteous, and accurate.
