Came by today to get the car inspected for a trip..we use Tuffy for our general oil change so I know to come here before each trip. They are very professional, quick and honest. We definitely trust this service for our vehicles.

I walked over and spoke to the manager at the 15 Street location about replacing my starter. I wasnt able to have the part delivered until 2pm, but he still agreed to do the repair on the same day. I had my car towed over and as soon as my starter arrived, they got to work. The mechanic that did the repair was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and the manager was extremely helpful. I was able to drive away with my car on the same day. Price was reasonable as well.I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs a mechanic shop they can trust. Its not easy to find, but I sure did.Thank you guys. Will use you again for sure.

My wife and I were hoping we would not get taken to the cleaners when we noticed one of our tires were low and it had a nail in it. We figured we were out of towners so any place we went to would make us get a new tire and find engine problems lol These we’re the most friendly and professional guys I’ve ever met at an automotive shop! They fixed our tire for free! And they did find another real problem that they showed me that could have locked up my tire and caused a wreck! Best place ever! I would recommend Tuffys to anyone!

I needed to have a light bulb replaced for my turn signal. I had bought bulbs from an Advanced Auto store. I decided to go to Stuffy Tire Auto too see if they knew how to replace it. Not only did they replace it, but the bulbs I had bought were the incorrect ones. So Tuffy provided the correct bulb and put it in. The service man was polite and cleaned up the old part and old broken clips for the bottom of the cowl. Then to top it off, I asked if my tire pressure could be checked. It was cheerfully done without any fuss. Then the biggest kindness was they wouldnt take any money for the service they provided me. I will be going to Duffy Tire and Auto for my auto service needs from now on.

I ordered from here because they said they could have the tires the next day I was 12 hrs from home I ordered on Tuesday on Wednesday they said 1 tire came in and they put on the delivery man was supposed to return the same day and was told I would definitely have tire that day or he would get himself I was scheduled for cataract surgery on Thursday tire delivery man didn’t return so I had to cancel surgery on Thursday tire didn’t come I was very upset was told tire would b in around 11:30 on Friday it did not come in til bout 3 so I had to leave about 4 pm to drive home 12 hours because my granddaughter had to be home on Saturday also wasn’t called Wednesday I called them Thursday I called and went there he said he was on phone when I called 6 times on Friday I wasn’t called to say delay and tire wouldn’t be in by morning I called them very bad service when delivery man came somebody should have been responsible to check to see if delivery was correct and the tire wouldn’t have been left in delivery truck also if he said he would return he should have

Went in for an oil change and the team went above beyond. My car made a squealing noise when started but the Tuffy time took a look at it realized it was an easy fixed and simply did so with my permission . They didn’t just over look an issue just because I didn’t come in for that specific issue. Also they did not nickel and dime me for easy repairs like the Honda Dealership has. I trust Tuffy and their service team at this location. They are also military friendly!

It was 3:30 on a Saturday and the only places open to fix a tire were across town and everywhere would be closed Sunday. I had groceries in the car- including ice cream-and a tire that needed immediate attention. I pulled into Tuffys - Chase and James took a quick look and said they would be able to help. They were really great, even emptying the entire trunk to locate my ‘tire key’ - which was in the driver side door to begin with! Everyone has been friendly, professional, efficient and effective- not to mention affordable! I will remember them for all my repairs and certainly send people their way🙂

Took 6 hours and unecessary parts to fix brake lights. Had to come back because lights still werent working. Next day discovered my cruise control didnt work because of something they did. Definitely wont be using these guys again!

Picked up a nail and was leaking air, so time was important. Other shops said 2 to 3 hour wait. These guys told me to come right away. They had me patched and on my way in less than 30 minutes. Never been here prior, but will return. Great crew.

Got a coupon in the mail for an oil change for $19.99 with 5 qt limit. Totally understand. I have a F250 and I think it holds 10 qts. It came with free tire rotation, brake checks, etc. I called them and asked if they had availability. they did so I took it to them.I requested synthetic oil which I also knew would be more.long story short, my bill was $135 and I didnt get a tire rotation and they said nothing about my brakes. the excuse for not rotating the tires was they didnt have two floor jacks.So thats $13.5 for a qt of oil and no tire rotation.In my opinion thats a weak excuse.

I usually only go to have tires installed because they are typically fairly quick and have a reasonable price. I went today and found that I wont be going back. It literally cost twice as much to have my tires installed and took twice as long even though I was the only vehicle. There seems to be new people working there every time I go. Will not be going back. I give 2 stars only because the tires actually found their way onto the vehicle.

Paid them to fix my truck an they charged me an didnt get it fixed

Called for a quote on replacing spark plugs and coil pack on a specific vehicle and was given a reasonable quote. I was called back 20 minutes later and the quote was more than double. Ended up having it fixed at the dealership for half the price.

Put wrong oil in my truck and refused to rotate my tires gave some excuse because a vehicle was parked in one of the bay areas that is there. The service is not up to par acted as if they didn’t really want to do it. I will never go back

Very friendly and timely service. The shop is Veteran-owned, and he made sure everything my car needed was taken care of. They did not try to jack up the price like other auto repair shops. My car was serviced the same day as it was brought to the shop. Would recommend this place to everyone!!!!

My boyfriend and I called at around 5:15 about getting a tire mounted and said we wouldn’t be there until almost 6. We got there 10 minutes before they closed and they graciously still helped us out. Everyone was so great and friendly. We appreciate it so much!!

These guys went above and beyond to help me out when i had a surprise issue towards the end of the day with my tundra. Not only we’re they super friendly and knowledgeable to know what the issue was almost immediately they went out of there way to get it fixed that night aswell as other issues i needed addressed overall this was the best experience i have had with any mechanic I definitely highly recommend and will 100% be returning to these guys for future needs!

When I had a flat tire, I stopped by and simply asked if I could get a little air in my tire and I would pay. Not only did they fill it up, they discovered where it was leaking and fixed it for me quickly! Highly recommend!

What an amazing experience I had today at Tuffys. The GM Phillip went above and beyond today. Im in town on vacation and my power steering went out. Phillip not only diagnosed the issue honestly and openly, he also fixed it in no time and even provided me a ride to and from my daughters dance competition. Called to make an appointment and was told there was an hour wait, but that I could bring it in an hour and they would change the oil. Of course, I got there and they said it’s be 2 hours before they could even bring it back for an oil change. Waste of time.

Why put coupons on your website when you dont honor them to begin with. Your oil change to start off with is 32.99. With a 10.00 off it should have been 22.99 but yet you people charge other things like shop fees when none of your other stores do because they do it the right way. They believe in there customers and not just trying to make a dollar. Telling me something is wrong with my car and gove me a quote for 700.00 when I just had it in the shop. You must need a new mechanic because the one you have does not know his stuff. I will never go back to this one again. I give warning to other customers dont go to this place they are all lie about coupons and your car just to make a dollar.

This place has excellent mechanics with quality repairs the pricing is a little steep but if you have a checking account more than 6 months old you may qualify for monthly billing for services.

I do not even want to give a 1 star. I had all belts replaced a few months back & had to go back 5 times for them to keep adjusting & it still wasnt right. Recently my car ran hot & was just up the street from them, so didnt have much of an option to take it there again. A manager fill in was there & found the radiator to be the issue. I was charged almost $900.00 for replacement. I have never ever paid such a high amount for a radiator. This is an 05 Kia. A female mechanic did the radiator work & when I got in my car to leave the check engine light was on. They played it out like it was just another issue that surfaced & said the machine reads it is a timing cylinoid issue. I took it to another mechanic that my step dad & mom use to use & he found the problem(timing cylindoid) was just above the hose they replaced for the radiator... the wires were ripped out of the connector that was also broken. Tuffy could have owned up to their mistake & fixed the problem instead of wanting to charge me another $300.00 for what they did but, why should I think any different of a company that wants to RIP people off... & how can they go home & sleep at night doing this to people? 1 star is too good for these actions! Now the belts have been adjusted so much they only have a little bit more room before they all have to be replaced again.*after receiving response from owner asking for me to email contact info, which I emailed on 10-03-18.. will be interesting to see how your company responds.
