Cody and staff was wonderful. Pulling in to check what I hit, Cody immediately came to my rescue. They inspected and changed my tire within 30 minutes to get me back on road. Would definitely recommend Tire Kingdom.

We had a nail on our tire on the way to georgia . They took care of the tire in 15 minutes. They have outstanding service. The best service you can expect in the area. I don’t normally write review but this one I must take the time to do it. Don’t hesitate to use their service.

Went in for an alignment that we had made an appointment for. They promptly took my car back even though it was a monsoon outside. Took barely an hour. All of the guys were really pleasant to deal with and it was barely $100 for all 4 tires to be aligned.

Very very expensive way over rated!!! 35 bucks just to put an all ready bought tire on your already rim! No wonder people go to Wal-Mart when they get flats, its 12 there!!!! That is way to much but what you going to do when everywhere else is full!!! It really gits you hard and then have to wait for almost 2 hours wow!!! Not a good place!!! Please lower your prices for things like this then the time thing wouldnt be an issue....

They were closing for the tropical storm we had made an appointment. They were cancelling all appointments but they took us we had 2 tires that were separating and thumping. Great service and well be back.

Great friendly service! We were traveling with a van that needed 80PSI in the tires and most gas station air pumps dont have that much pressure. We called tire kingdom and they were so helpful. They filled our tires free of charge and no wait.

My wife made and appointment and came in for four new tires. Over $700 and 4 hours later, no tires and she left with metal still in the rear one. She told the tech there was metal in the tire, they checked and said there wasnt. Thankfully, they were able to find a belt to replace (that didnt need to be replaced), brake fluid to flush (that didnt need to be flushed), radiator fluid to flush (that didnt need to be flushed), and a cabin air filter to change (that didnt need to be changed). Everything EXCEPT the actual problem.

I came here to see a guy who did some great work for me at another shop. Again, I wasnt let down. Work on a car sometimes is an ongoing process, but I trust Josh, and Jesse made it known that he cared about his customers. I will definitely return.

A year ago I gave 5 stars plus but not now they are not interested in repeat business. Used them many times for flats, alinements, and purchasing new tires. Told that they did not have time for flats now. Now today was told that they dont have or due tire check for air because they dont have the right air hose to get air in the tires

I couldnt post another review under my other email, so Im using my business email. I recently posted what a great job these guys did. I brought my Mini Cooper back for 4 new tires. Again. NO DISAPPOINTMENT.The two guys who put my tires on were efficient courteous and very thorough. Their names were Nick and Steve. The same manager, Jesse was on duty. These guys are good and Im very appreciative. I will be bringing back my son-in-laws Ford ranger for tires this weekend and my wifes Mercedes next week.Hopefully management recognizes these three they represent tire kingdom in the most pleasant and professional manner.

Super easy to schedule an appointment via the tire kingdom website for a tire repair. Was attended to immediately upon arrival at the 23rd Street location. The associates were incredibly nice and attentive. In observing their interactions with other customers they were compassionate and went above and beyond to resolve their customers needs and get them back on the road as quickly as possible. They kept me informed of the status of my repair throughout the entire appointment. Eric, the Service Manager, is simply fantastic and the paradigm of what people in the customer service industry should aspire to be. Thank you for a great experience!

This man Mark that works there and also the owner are straight up good hearted people in this world. Mark fixed my tire for me and the owner let him, you know what I mean. Had a tiny nail in it. Dont get paid till the next day. Going flat! I appreciate them both so much! IMade me cry to see the kindness that is going extinct. Get your tires and service from them, theyll do you right!

Had a great experience there. The manager was very helpful. They explained stuff very well even though I usually do my own repairs. These guys are pros. I think they could use extra help but in covid times things are weird.

Went in at 3:30 for a 4:00 appointment. I was told 1 hour.. so I came back at 5.. still hadn’t started.. then they said give us another hour... so I came back at 6... still hadn’t started.. then they said well, it will be done before we leave... it is after 7, they are closed and I am still sitting here waiting while the manager hangs out and smokes a cigarette..

Wish they would do the work your being charged for mayor in need of good manger,you get oil change and tire rotations, and top off of fluids to find out none of that got done how you gunna do tires with out asking for keys to locked lug nuts

I would like to thank this store. In town on vacation and needed a plug on a tire. They had a situation with a nail on a funky angle that they thought would prevent the patch. The technician brought me in to see what they were doing and was able to reach a solution without replacing the tire. Good honest folks

Was visiting town on a fishing trip when a tire blew on my trailer. These guys had the tires changed on my trailer so fast I hardly missed half a day of fishing. The price was so good I had them replace the tires on my truck while I was fishing the next day! Excellent and friendly service!

We had a tire issue while in PCB on vacation. Jesse had us fixed up in no time.

Oil change was reasonably quick (about an hour on a Wednesday morning at 8:30am) and lobby was fairly empty. Good service, cant complain.

I went in two customer inside the store one lady already helped the other customer being helped the guy says so as I walk in it’s going to be a while so I’m like ok that’s fine so the guy finished helping the customer take his stuff to the back comes back inside and says to me what do you need cause it’s going to be a couple hours I say ok I need an oil change we’ll leave your car and come back I tell him I’m not from here can I just wait around he says it going to be 3 or 4 hours then you have to wait on the customer with appointment I’m looking at the appointment board they are for 2 3 and one at 11 so what are you talking about. I just got the vibe that they didn’t want to change my oil my money spends just like everyone else so I left cause the guy in front of me was only getting a tire changed and the lady was only getting an oil change. I respond better to we don’t want to do your oil change and I respect someone that can say that

Fantastic service! I have had the worst luck with tire shops from either being overcharged or substandard service. I came in and was taken care from start to finish! Knowledgeable staff, quick service, just all around great place. I definitely felt like a valued customer and will most certainly return!

Took over 2 hours for them to put new tires on our car.... 4 walk ins got in and out super quick while my husband and I had an appointment and we were there until everyone else left the store. Then after they finally got our tires almost done they came in and said we needed new brake pads but expected us to wait until the pads got delivered from an off-site location. The manager was not apologetic and kept trying to make jokes. Getting new cars on your car should take no more than 45 minutes, the least they could have done was offer a discount for the wait.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. My young son in law brought my daughters car in for an oil change and to repair or replace one tire. That was all he asked for. They told my son if they found anything that needed to be done they would call him for approval and provide a written estimate that he would need to sign before they could proceed with any other work on the car. They made one phone call about the type of oil he wanted to use in the oil change. Nothing else. From there tire kingdom added 1000 dollars worth of charges on the bill. They did work on my daughters car that was not necessary or needed. They committed fraud!!!!!! Do not use this place at all!!! They are crooks!

Tires at the Best Price

I went in for an initial oil change and the associates went above and beyond about doing a complimentary inspection and let me know about other services that were suggested for my Veloster. They even went out of their way to let me know about how low my tires were and I even got a set of really affordable tires. I would suggest these guys to anybody!

Terrible service. Girl at front counter is rude.Brought my truck in for 4 tires 30 minutes before my appointment. I was told it would be an hour.... 2 1/2 hours later they finally pull my truck in.When I went in to ask what the problem was, the girl watched me walk in and disappeared into the shop to avoid me. Another customer came in and asked if I had seen anyone and when I explained to the other customer that the employees were avoiding me, the manager popped up out of his office to explain to me that he could only crack the whip so hard.. no apology, no care, no customer service.. I even explained that I missed my dinner reservations because of this and still.. no care at all.. just a lame excuse.Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else for service. You will notice the other shops are busy and their parking lot is empty.. there is a reason for that.*Side note: I called customer service line and guess what.. they were closed. Imagine that. I wish there was a zero star option.

$1241.34 for a break job and an oil change. I just got ripped off. It wasn’t even close to the price they told me i would be paying. I will NEVER go back and I recommend you don’t either. I do recommend Tuffy in Lynn Haven.

Came in to get 2 new front tires. I was very specific about tires for the front of my car. I go outside and notice they have put the new tires on the rear. When I ask the technician about it, he explains its their policy to put new tires on the back. Never have I ever heard this before. They didnt say a word about their policy while I was being very specific about new tires for the front. So now, my front shakes when driving. Never had this problem before even with the one bad front tire. Just wondering why this is happening. Should my back tires have been balanced, before placing them on the front? Certainly not understanding this whole thing. My cars alignment was check according to my receipt. But was not advised of needing an alignment. Just trying to figure it out. So now, I have two perfectly good tires on the front that havent felt right since. This is very frustrating. Staff was in too big of a hurry to go home.

Ive purchased many tires here, Jesse and his team will get it done the right way. I love the 1-star review about the manager taking a break when this customers vehicle wasnt done, I guess no one gets a break if people are waiting.

After coming in on the day prior and being informed that a tire needed to be replaced due to damage, I ordered a new one.I received a call to come in the next day as the tire had been delivered to the store. Upon my arrival I was greeted and handed over the keys to the car.After some time, in walks the person who greeted me and I was asked Which tire are we replacing? To which I responded, The one with the screw in it. Myself and the other customers present were aghast with this.This was not exactly a confidence inspiring question to receive from the tire experts. Myself and the other customers present looked at each another and couldnt help but to smile at one another. Tire Kingdom should know EXACTLY which tire they were changing as they identified the problem the day prior and ordered its specific replacement. Plus, there was a screw visible and sticking out of the side of the tire.I give them three stars because they are very very polite. Not because I trust them to take true ownership of my tire needs. Was it to much to expect that they would have known that the tire they were changing was to be the one with the screw in it that they had already identified the day prior? Was it too much to expect that the Technician would actually have at least put forth the effort to walk over to the car in the parking lot to identify the damaged tire?

Came here to get a tire as it was an emergency and they had a low wait time. Got told I had to take care of my brakes which I needed anyways so I agreed to that. Had to tell them about 20 times that I did not want their credit card, caught them trying to put plans on the bill without telling me charging me extra. Then had to tell them another 3-5 times I did not want to have said plan. Then after having my car for an hour I was informed the tires I had been waiting to be put on and were in stock were in fact at another store, as well as what they need for the brakes. The entire experience was unprofessional and disrespectful of me the customers time as I had explained that I was in a rush for time prior and was still not informed that the tires were not there and furthermore I as a customer should not need to tell the mechanic who is obviously trying to squeeze every last buck out of me to take things off the bill that I did not ask for as many times as I had to. Get a local mechanic and stick to them people.Edit: about 30 minutes later I was informed it would be another 45 minutes to an hour.

First off, I was so happy to see a new mechanic shop open on Sunday!!!! We PC people are used to pretty much nothing being open. I only stopped by out of pure curiosity, and was super impressed with the manager, Jesse. As a female, I don’t like going to stores of that nature because it seems like every guy is staring at me.... the seating area was comfortable and all eyes weren’t on me. Jesse also was friendly but business like, which again I really appreciated that! I didn’t have any work done today because I had other plans, but his mechanic, Brian, took a quick look at my car and said exactly what I knew my car needed fixed! So after knowing they carry the tire I need, can do an alignment and at an affordable price, I will be back next week!!! It was also nice to see a business that had some home feel touches since this major hurricane. The town has been so devastated, and while at Tire Kingdom, I felt “normal”. 5 plus stars all the way around and I promise I’ll be telling all of my friends that finally there is a great no pressure place to go, that’s not dirty, with dudes thinking women are dumb and starring at us!!! Thank you!!

Absolutely phenomenal! I had a tire emergency as I had a completely flat tire and could not get home. I had just gotten off from work and noticed that I had and issue and was barely able to make it to the shop to be worked on. I got there around 6:40pm and not only did they take in the car, but the worked on it after hours and was able to install 4 new tires. (My others were bad as well. ) I am extremely thankful for the people there. They made my day a little brighter when I was extremely stressed over the situation. Store was super clean and smelled great. I highly recommend Tire Kingdom as you will receive quality service when you get there. Thank you!

We visited tire kingdom on our stay in Panama City. We were desperate to get our tire fixed thinking we had a major issue and was due for to head to Tn later that evening. We had called about 10 different company’s hoping someone was able to look at our car. We called tire kingdom and they were fully booked but we’re able to squeeze us in last minute to check out our car. Turned out we only had a minor issue which was An easy fix. Jesse and Brian were super helpful and nice. They managed to get our tire fixed and help us get on the road for a long 8 hour drive. Highly recommend these people! Best company I’ve been too.

Great new place for tires. Staff was very professional and courteous. Had to get four tires fixed on a Dodge Ram truck (roofing nails mishap). Though the repair took them pass quitting time, they still kept their professionalism (on a Friday night at that). Thanks guys for getting us back on the road quickly.

Eric went above and beyond, cant say enough about how greatful we are. My wife and I hit something on the bridge and had two flat tire. These guys stayed well after closing to take care of us and get us back on the road!

My wife went in to see about getting a tire repaired, as it had a slow leak. We have National Auto Care, a third party warranty service. The bald man with a surgical mask spoke to my wife in a very condescending manner and told her you need to take it to the dealership. I called National Auto Care to find out this was false.My wife took the vehicle to a Tuffys in Lynn Haven and they were able to repair her tire and get her back on the road within 15 minutes without any issue. I will not choose or recommend Tire Kingdom in the future.However, I do recommend Tuffys in Lynn Haven for any tire issues you may have.

This place is amazing!! We got there ten minutes before close and they changed our tire. They were very polite and patient! These guys were educated and trustworthy. I would recommend Tire Kingdom on 23rd to anyone.

The gentlemen at Tire Kingdom are wonderful. I woke up in the morning to a flat tire and was able to get my car to Tire Kingdom. Where do I start, from the moment pulling into the establishment, you can already tell appearance and high quality is what they want you to think of. The building is amazing looking, the parking lot is clean, everything just seems organized . At the moment you walk in you get that same feeling, a very well built and ran establishment, to the coffee and water provided ( as well as the awesome direct tv ) that’s a plus ha . The awesome manager, and The attentive and helpful customer service reps as soon as you walk in welcome you and ask if you need assistance . From seeing the mechanics shop is clean and organized you can already tell your car is gonna be well taken care of .. if a mechanic takes value in his workspace he will take value in the customers vehicle . All in all if you have any services you need to your vehicle .. don’t hesitate, there is one place to go and I don’t recommend just any place I do not just let any place work on my vehicle . .. give tire kingdom on 23rd st a call . You will not be disappointed .

Called to see if they sold used tires and they dont not a problem. So the gentleman who I was on the phone with asked if I wanted to see if they had new tires. I said sure I guess and was mocked by the guy on the phone. Im never going to get my tires from here. Not after I was mocked over the phone. Not a good way to run things 😕

I discovered a nail in my tire at 5:23 p.m. After calling my dealership and a few other places as well as driving to a few shops, I was turned down by them all. I pulled into Tire Kingdom at about 6 p.m. and they closed at 7. They said they would be able to help me. They stayed an hour late to make sure my tire was either patched or replaced. Jerry Matthews, the sales manager, was very hospitable and kind to the females waiting on their vehicles.

Jerry got me in quick got my part for my Mini Cooper fast. Ryan got my car in and out even with it being busy. Great customer service, knowledgeable, friendly. Highly recommend tire kingdom.

Well Matt and Jesse were great. Anyways I was over priced for some ignition coils I went to three other places and I asked him how much it would be for the ignition coils for my vehicle they didnt quote me nowhere near $1,000 for a coils anyways I brought my vehicle in to find out why the service light was on so I can get that fixed that was the main reason I came if it wasnt too much to get whatever that situation was fixed I was going to continue and get my brakes fixed when Matt called me he told me that they did not pull up any codes he said they can chase the rattling in my engine all day I still wouldnt know where I was coming from he said it could be coming from the ignition coils he said spark plugs he just didnt know so I suggested okay go ahead and do my brakes and I asked him how much would it be to get the spark plugs and stuff changed out he said he would call me back okay he called me back and called me over $2,000 at first I was like yeah go ahead but then I called back and I said no were not doing the ignition coils and spark plugs just do the brakes then I got a phone call back Matt stated he talked to his manager and they took off 200 $300 which brought it down to $1,700 that was still overpriced but I know I needed it done because he said he did know why the light was on so besides the fact they had my car from 10 to little after 5 when I get ready to check out Matt told me but they did pull up codes so I was like yall pulled up codes but I was told there wasnt no codes that was pulled up the main reason was to fix the situation on why my service light was on so my car was up there for their purpose I guess to make a sale on my car . my car was not service for what I asked to be done I will not be coming back up there the two overpriced pricey that money-hungry

4th times the charm right? That’s how many visits it took for a “job well done”. Thank God for manager Brian. If I had listened to the guy inside I would have spent $200+ more to “fix” a problem that wasn’t even there. Nice people, but not everyone seems to be all that knowledgeable. Be wary.

The location is very busy, call ahead. I got a flat tire and dropped in off for a patch they had it for several hours but were honest that their schedule was packed and would do the best they could on fixing it. They honored my out of state warranty and they did a good job on fixing my tire even going beyond in making sure pressure in my spare was right and putting it back. They make up wait time in great customer service, my local NTB could take some pointers from this location

Went in the get 2 tires replaced. I set the appointment up online so I was set to go in and get taken care of. Once I got there the manager jesse informed me the tires I selected were not ideal for every day driving needs and that I likely would not be happy with them and offered the next up affordable tire. I didnt feel like I was being upsold or taken advantage of either. The staff was very polite and Jesse was friendly and socialized with the customers in the waiting area. Tire Kingdom has a new lifetime customer after today.

I came after closing with a bad tire and had to get my family to Georgia. They told me that they refused to let me leave on a spare. They sold me a great tire at a wonderful price. That is true brotherly love. I was in a bad situation and they were my guardian Angels.Thank Jehovah for them. After deciding to leave the first place I took my car for a tire repair because something just didn’t sit right in my Spirit, I drove to the Tire Kingdom down the street and from the moment I turned into the parking lot I knew I made the right decision. They greeted me right away even though they had customers already and within 5 minutes they had my car up looking at my tire! Awesome service the entire time and that’s just what you need when you are a woman and know nothing about tires!

I was really impressed with this place. PC needed a good mechanics shop, the manager was great, the prices were normal, and the inside waiting area had a neat tire table. Will go back.
