The employees were polite and took us in quickly. Our tire was repaired and we were back on the road to complete the days task. They explained what had caused our tire to leak air and Im confident that it will not be a problem again. My first tires will come from Good Year as well as any other tire meets world issues. Today I took my 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour to be seen about because the back tires were grinding, and I had a great experience. Everyone was very personable, especially Tony, and even gave me a discount because it took a little longer than expected. I was very pleased with my experience.

I very highly recommend! We had car trouble about an hour into our drive heading home and had our car towed back to PCB to this Goodyear location. They exceeded my expectations in every way making an otherwise stressful situation manageable. The store manager, Tiphany, stayed in frequent touch with updates, and the necessary repairs were made quickly allowing us to get back on the road headed home!

Most caring service Ive ever received anywhere! Had a radiator issue on way back from the beach loaded with family a couple of months ago. The manager worked us in immediately although they were overwhelmed already. They found the issue, repaired it, and we were on our way back home in a couple of hours. I cant say enough how caring and friendly the whole team was. If I lived in Panama City this would be my ONLY automobile shop. Again, thank you so much for such wonderful service.

We were visiting from out of town and hit a screw/bolt while riding around P.C. Luckily we caught it and we had the warranty policy to cover it. We went to the local store and Tiphani was awesome. She is the store manager and on top of all that is going on. Super friendly staff that was very helpful also. Cannot say enough good things about our experience. Had a flat tire a couple weeks ago. Called and got quoted a tire and fixed it the next day when the tire arrived. A week later I had to go back because I had a leak in a tire, it wasnt even the same tire, and dropped it off my car again to figure out what was wrong with it and they called me back 10 minutes later saying they could repair it and had it ready real quick but I already left because I didnt know how long it was going to be so they kept my car inside overnight and when I picked my car up the next day they said I had a screw in my tire and they fixed it for free. Everyone was nice and friendly

Mike, service manager, did a great job communicating with me, and Tiffany is the best shop manager Ive ever worked with. Its pricier than I wish, but they do a good job, only problem Ive had was resolved. Quick turns if you have an appointment. They have only ever asked about updates, never been pushed.

Tiphani provided excellent service- she gave us frequent status updates and set our expectations accordingly. We were instructed on where to find USB ports, outlets, and water bottles.

I went to Goodyear Auto for a written estimate for 4 new tires. There were no sales associates on the floor and was totally ignored when someone would come into showroom. I had hoped to get a good estimate on some top of the line tires as we wont be paying out of our pocket. Their loss and someone elses gain.

Although I though was just an anomaly, when I got my tires installed it took them 3 1/2 hours to complete the task. Now that I’m back 5k later for a rotation and balance I’ve sat in this chair for 1:40 minutes and counting. Did I mention I came in 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment? I caught them sitting in my car doing nothing. When confronted they said there doing the free included inspection. God knows whatever the hell these geriatric so called “professionals” are doing.

I recently needed tires and priced around town. Noticed that Goodyear had price matching. Tiffany at Goodyear in Panama City went above and beyond with her customer service. The day I took my truck in for an alignment there was only 1 person waiting on people so it took along time to be waited on approximately 30 minutes

Waited for 15 min only for someone to too help only to be told I wasnt being helped because they had a morning meeting they had to take care of first .Im in customer service and I can tell you your customer comes first morning meeting are held as long as you have have enough staff watching over the clients coming in your shop.After 20 minutes of waiting just to be greeted the lady who assisted me walked out to my car and told me I couldnt plug the tire and that I would need a new tire. Went down the road to Bay town tire and spoke with Greg who greeted me on the spot and assured me. After taking a quick minute to assess the situation he pulled the screw out of my tire and made sure I didnt need a patch .I would recommend any one who takes there car to good year to go down the road to BayTown pro better service!!!

I scheduled my boyfriend an appointment there because I have always had hood experiences with good year in the past. After the oil change he had NO oil in his car and we didnt realize it until it started overheating. The coolants were not topped off either and they normally do that. Now im wondering if they even rotated the tires..

Went to get an estimate on tires the associate was more than happy to help. He advised me that if I would bring my vehicle to that location they could look over it to see what the problem was. Also the advised me that while looking for a tire at a different tire store they would match the price he was truly a good person to deal with.

If you dont fit in their box with the tire they insist you have, good luck. Seems they could order any type tire you need with the Goodyear name.

Those people in there told me that they wouldnt do an alignment because of there was so much stuff messed up on my truck so I think about it is I took it to my mechanic and he said that there was nothing wrong whatsoever that they were lying to me and it was just my tire. Left there and smelt oil through my a/c. Didnt think much until I got back in my car and smelt it again...so I pull over and check under my hood...the oil cap is sitting on the windshield wiper! Thank God I checked, I was about to make a trip to South Carolina. These people must be beginners. The Lady who tells you whats wrong with your car is very rude . After she told us what was wrong with the car and we told her we wanted them to do the work. She chased us away and acted like she just didnt want to be bothered with us. Then 3 days after they claimed to do the inspection they said oh we just did the inspection and its gonna be 400.00 more than we originally quoted. Bad Bad Place.

This is my main place to go for car repairs. They got massive damage from Hurricane Michael, and were closed for many months. Theyre back up and running, and I dont recognize any of the people there but they are Goodyear owned and back by all of Goodyears promises and guarantees. So I know that if something happens to my car in a different state, I go to a Goodyear and all my stuff is backed up. That gives me some extra peace of mind.

I blew a brake line on my Yukon XL and these guys were awesome! I called several places and they were the most honest and professional, they fixed it within a few hours for the amount they quoted me. Will definitely be going back in the future.

I had tires balanced and a front-end alignment done (Oct. 2013). They have a new manager and very experienced and professional staff. I would recommend them. They have great tires and prices are competitive.

I just had my 2011 Ford Taurus Limited serviced at this location. The store manager, Brett Master, is an outstanding manager. He asked several questions trying to pinpoint the problem I was having. I had just driven 13 hours from Dallas/Ft. Worth to Panama City and had another 5 hours to drive down to Orlando. The steering wheel was shaking all the way from Texas to Florida. He took the car on a test drive, and then had the wheels balanced and a full check of the car to make sure there were no other problems.They found that, cumulatively, I was off by about 10 oz on all my wheels. If you arent familiar with balancing, that is a huge amount to be off. This shop cares about fixing your car. They didnt try to upsell me anything, they fixed what was wrong and I was on my way.Go here if you want your car worked on correctly.

The staff are pretty nice and helpful.My 2001 Saturn SL had troubles with the key working in the ignition.After bringing my car in for an oil change the key finally stopped turning.They attempted to help me out, but the mechanism had stopped working.They recommended me a good towing company, told me what dealership would be able to install a new key mechanism and let me stay in their parking lot until the tow truck picked me up.The oil change was no more expensive than most other shops.

The new store manager is great. Youll spend a little more money here but feel much more confident that you got what you paid for.

These folks are extremely slow, only 2 cars there when I arrived and it still took over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, plus the service advisor that I dealt with had absolutely no idea about oil types, I also asked about tire prices for another vehicle and was handed printed out papers, no offer to sell, just indifference, I also noticed the same attitude with another customer that walked in WANTING to buy tires right then, and he left to go elsewhere.

Great folks at this Goodyear! Had a balance, rotate and alignment done a couple weeks ago. Felt it bouncing again at 60 mph so they took it back in and found the problem.....apparently fix a flat was used in my tire b4 I purchased the vehicle and they found a big glob that was the issue.
