My experience has been horrible at this location. They promised me free phones/no activation and when I got my first bill I was shocked. It had all the extra charges. I am still fighting with them to get refund or these charges cancelled. Also after returning a phone, I was still charged the full price. The store and the corporate don’t share data. For every small issue I have to go to the store. They keep telling me that I will get refunds after 2-3 billing cycles. But don’t give anything in writing. I feel cheated!

Was on the phone for so long trying to figure it out with customer service, even went to another store and they couldnt even figure it out. Lindsay helped me in less than five minutes!!! shes very nice & informative even help my whole family save on my current plan.

My Husband and I came into the store to open a new account. I was already on AT&T and my husband was on Verizon. We wanted to start a new plan and both be on the same carrier. Through our situation was complicated the staff was extremely helpful and very patient with us. Edgar was especially amazing, he really helped us and got us all set up. I highly recommend coming to this store.

While helping my elderly father shop for a cell phone and new service we stopped here. Mike helped us, he was very friendly, helpful and informative. Mike was able to answer all our questions and offered helpful suggestions for our situation. We were in and out of the store in no time thanks to his help. Store itself was very clean and orderly. Father is very pleased with his new phone! Now he just has to learn how to use it, which Mike also offered to help with. Very pleased with customer service here. Thank you!

I came to this store a few days ago to get help with my phone plan and service. I was helped by the Assistant Manager Charles. He was the most patient person that I have ever come across in any AT&T store or any retail environment in my entire life! Not only did he help set up my phones he also suggested a better rate plan which saved my over $100 a month! Who does that?!! I am sure he is under appreciated in the AT&T world, but trust me this man deserves all of the accolades and respect possible. Give this man a raise. My question to AT&T is WHY is he an Assistant Manager? Even store manager isnt where he should be, District Manager, Regional Director or something! This man is the greatest!

I came to this location to see if I could save any money on my At&t bill. I was helped by Charles, he explained step by step what he was doing and showed me the difference between my plan and the proposed plan he advised me. The newer plan not only gave me unlimited data, but it was also cheaper!! Than you Charles for your time, patience and professional attitude!

I very rarely take the time to fill out these reviews. However, the level of service and heightened attention to customer satisfaction that I found at this place compelled me to put in my two cents. The staff here really took the time to listen to what I needed in a phone and service. Where most other places have their sales associates solely focused on pushing a sale, you could tell that the staff here were genuinely concerned with making sure I got exactly what I wanted and took their time in doing so . I also cant forget to give a HUGE shoutout and thanks to the associate Ryan. He personifies what a good salesman is and wha all sales associates should strive to be like. He really made my experience there as smooth and informative as possible

Id give a -10 if I could. I called in and specifically asked them to confirm the availability of a piece and told them I had to drive 45 min to get there. On the phone, the reckless rep confirmed they had the piece and then when I went there, he said they dont have that piece ! Absolutely INCOMPETENT and extremely INEFFICIENT customer service.

Came to this store to do what i though was going to be a complicated process, I met the store manager Charles and he assured me that he could fix my problem which of course I didnt believe him because of my past experiences with a few other stores including customer service. Charles listened to my list of issues asked questions and then proceeded to tackle one issue at a time. He was very patient with me and has lots of knowledge. When he was all done he smiled and said Have I addressed all of your concerns?, which took me about 10 seconds to reply because I was in shock and said Heck yes!! After talking to Charles and asking him how long hes been doing this he chuckled and said over 25 years! I was like yes I like that answer and it shows. People all over the Peninsula if you are reading this and want the best At$T experience... go to 370 University Ave in downtown Palo Alto and see this man Charles! He will DEFINITELY take care of you with the utmost professionalism.

I came into this store ready to return my phone and break up with AT&T forever because of the shady customer service I had received. Then Charles came to my rescue and I left the store feeling very relieved and satisfied. Months ago, I made the mistake of bundling my cell phone, internet and cable over the phone which ended costing me twice as much as promised. I had tried to resolve these issues over the phone, but ended up frustrated with the dishonesty I encountered. He walked me through all of my accounts and found that I had been charged for months for a phone I had never activated. Not only did he answer all of my questions, I noticed that other employees seemed to rely on his expertise as well. Charles patiently undid all the past damage and made me a happy customer again. I live in San Jose but will drive to Palo Alto for all my phone needs in the future.

About what I expected from an AT&T store on a Saturday. There were only 2 people on duty and 2 customers, yet it took over 1/2 hour to get a rep to serve us. All we needed was to have a watch added to our mobile phone account. That part took an hour and they had to call the floor manager from the back room to get it done. He tried to get us interested in a non-AT&T service that comes to your home to fix things. Appalling! Just glad to be out of there.

Worst service ever. I bought a new phone and the worker told me I couldnt keep my old number. I called the customer service line and they told me that it was possible to keep my old number. So I ended up losing my old number forever thanks to the two employees working. I didnt understand the terms of my contact and the employee didnt take the time to explain. At least their service is consistent... SUCKS!!!! They couldnt answer my questions without confusing me or saying I don.t know

Id first like to say I have best experience coming Into this store, everyone greet me and they polite as if I could sign in to make sure I was next in line, after Gustavo help me out with me porting over 2 lines from tmobile, and get the free wifi for life ! Thats was a good deal more then that help me with everything I was in need, THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE RECOGNIZED then in pagemill at&t store, professional workers and best costumers service ! Shoddy and dishonest service:1. Only one person staffing the entire store. Even fifteen minutes after the store opened, that one salesperson was overwhelmed. Several potential customers walked right out the door. I wish I had.2. The salesman misquoted the price of the phone I was interested in. He quietly quoted the higher price as he was attempting to rush me through the sale, leading me to believe that the misquote might have been intentional.3. The salesman told me I was eligible for an upgrade, given that I was already a customer. What he didnt tell me was that the discount on the phone was in exchange for signing on for another two years of service. I had to ask to obtain this information, and I thought to ask only because I had been doing some shopping online and saw that the extended service agreement was a condition of most offers.All in all, poor service. In the end, I walked right out of the place, and wont be returning.

They cheat. They cant do anything. They cannot create a normal family plan. When they say you have to deposit $500 because of the system, they are lying. When they say you need to recharge your phone for $17 in order to change plan, they did not tell you that activating a new sim card requires $20. They dont know how to use their own system. It takes you 10 hours or more to get a god damn number.

I gave this place a bad review because of the employee serving me and not an at&t product. I bought a sim card, service was very slow, the man seem not to know what he was doing, but that was the least of my problems. As a tourist, I wanted a local number so the employee swapped my own sim card out for an at&t sim. After going thru everything and paying, I almost walked out of the store without my own sim. I asked for it and he gave it back to me. My fault for not checking if it was indeed mine. When I got back to my hotel, miles away, I found he gave me the wrong sim so I had to drive back. When I got there, he could not find mine and swears he didnt do anything wrong. I suggested looking at the cctv.. After some time, he found it in the trash at the back of the store. I could not believe it when he said I should be thanking him instead of complaining about his service. Nor did he apologise for making me come all the way back to the store. Oh well.

Initially we were told someone would come between 11.00 am and 1.00 pm to install what we had ordered. That was confirmed by several phone calls. Just before 1.00pm there was a new phone call saying that the AT&T person might not arrive before 1.00pm but would definitely come by 3.00pm. At 5.30pm I called AT&T because no one had yet shown up and there had been no call to explain/apologize. What really annoyed me was that I was told I was rescheduling the appointment. As if it was my fault! I know that it is a computer program and not a person talking… but still that detail really got to me: I had rushed home to be here at 11.00 am and not dared going anywhere for fear of missing the appointment and then I am rescheduling… Anyway...
