Theres a stand by the door asking to sign up and wait for a text. I waited thirty minutes then went inside and was served. Never received a text. Would have been much faster if they told me they were ignoring this... 😓

Jose at the Palo Alto store was calm and knowledgeable about the products, plans and discounts. He helped me with a phone upgrade. I’m not a ‘techy person’ so i was anxious about the process but he made me feel calm and explained everything in terms I understood. He also showed me ways to save money on my monthly plan. He will go far if he applies his genuine personality and device knowledge to any sales or leadership position that he puts his mind to.

Jose offered me the best customer service that I have ever received from a Verizon associate. He worked efficiently, helping with the issues I was having with my new cellphone and watch, all while keeping a positive attitude during a stressful time when several people were walking into the store for his services. I am so thankful that he was the associate that helped me today and have nothing but great things to say about him. 100% the best.

Would be 5 stars, Jose was excellent, the wait was about an hour until I could be seen. I had a baby in the ICU and really needed to be in and out with a few prepaid phones so me and momma had communication. Im sure theres something Verizon can do to get more than a single employee in the store.

I went in to get two iPhones and I have to say that Jose is awesome. Genuinely nice guy who was doing amazing, especially considering that he was balancing incoming calls, customers, and calling customer service. I would definitely encourage for him to get a bonus / raise !

Employee there wasnt really welcoming. He charged us 10.90 for a sim card. Usually got then for free. He also reffered us to call customer service to help with a sim card. Dont know why hes there if hes not going to help customers with their phones. He looked annoyed that he had to even work.

Terrible customer service. I arrived yesterday morning at 11:40am (they open at 11am). a sign on the door said on break, be back at 11:50. the girl working there showed up at 12:05 with me waiting outside by the corner. how can I help you she said as she walked in and didnt even think to hold the door open for me as it closed in my face. then she sat behind the desk and pointed to where the iPhones were. I had no intention of buying from her after this experience, so we left. Id give 0 stars if it let me.

Samantha was absolutely amazing. She made the entire process extremely easy and was a total gem. The customer base was pretty bougie and annoying, I felt bad for the staff. Nonetheless samantha and Jose were great and handled everything with grace. I highly recommend this place to get anything done you need with your Verizon account.

My experience with this store when i have purchased my last two phones after switching phone providers, i have always gotten excellent help from them. Any trouble or questions Mary and her staff have been able to answer them for me. They helped me through the process of getting my phone credit with my old phone from my previous provider. i have other devices that i use from them for my job and I’ve always had a good connection with them. i live in San Jose but i go to this location because of their customer service. Whenever I’ve gone into this location I’ve never had to wait for service and attention from a staff member. Thank you for everything.

So I visited this Verizon Wireless branch because I want to know how much it would cost to add an ipad to my existing line. Online services at the time kind of doesnt work for some reason so I was forced to go here. At the store, I was greeted and helped by Neda and she also gladly assisted me in providing information about my options and how much it would cost. She was very helpful, accommodating and provided me great customer service. Also thanks to Mary for helping me process my employee discount from my bill. Excellent service overall and will definitely comeback!

It really bad service in Bay Area. 4g is horrible. The Verizon service is garbage. Thats only word to describe that service. Dont even think to switching to Verizon, u would regret like me.

Wants to charge $20.00 each time a SIM card is switched over to new phone. Salesman did not know what he was doing and very huffy. Go to a different location for knowledgeable service where they dont charge extra for simple labor.

Came in with a technical issue after installing the latest android OS update. The staff did a very poor job of troubleshooting and ended up accusing me of not having a technical issue. I went to another store to get it fixed. This is unacceptable customer service and I wont be coming to this location ever again

This store tried to rip me off by telling me my new phone needed to have several parts replaced and tried to charge me $375, They also gave a very hard sell on a new phone instead for $660. I took it to UbreakIFix who said only the glass was broken and the charge is $229.

Im a current Verizon Wireless subscriber and went in a with a new phone that I wanted to switch to which required a nano-SIM card. They wanted to charge me $25 for the SIM. Fortunately, they were unable to figure out how to get my Moto G5+ phone to work--claiming it didnt have CDMA (not true)--and so I saved the $25. Went to the Verizon store on Rengstorff and they installed the SIM and enabled the new phone for no charge.

I recently had reconstructive knee surgery and went hoping to leave with the IPHONE 7 Plus (for myself) and add a new line for my 11yr old son.... Jenny, offered me a seat and after confirming they were all out of the phone I desired she proceeded to bring phones to me for my son. After spending about 45 minutes selecting the IPHONE 6 she went the extra mile to establish ICLOUD and new Gmail accounts.Jenny stayed after closing which was 6pm on a Sunday to assist my son and I making sure he was squared away. Jenny went above and beyond by helping me adjust my plan and features which enables me to monitor my sons activity.Im so grateful for her patience and willingness to help. I will definitely be going back to activate my phone as soon as it arrives.I highly recommend this location to anyone with VZW.Thanks so much Jenny! Fraud. I purchased phone insurance from this store and when i went to use the insurance they refused to honor it and refunded my money. The difference was $53 between the repair and the insurance.

Not a original Verizon retailer but a verizon reseller, I both a phone here and some how got signed ups for a whole bunch of use-less add-on services that I did not need and they couldnt help me reverse out the charges

They charged $292 for a Dell laptop screen replacement. It took them 11 days to fix it. Terrible customer service. They even gave me the wrong charger for the computer when I got my computer back.
