If I could choose 6 stars, I would!!! These are trustworthy, hardworking, and diligent/detail-oriented professionals, and you can not go wrong taking your vehicle here. We were lucky enough to live close by to them, but it would absolutely be worth the trip from Anchorage to bring your vehicle here for maintenance or repairs. And if you are like me and don’t know much about vehicles, no worries - they will explain things clearly and will not talk down to you or try to persuade you to fix unnecessary things. They seeem to have an almost intuitive sense of what is going on with their projects and genuinely care about their customers. I know this all from first hand experience with them when we had serious vehicle issues that needed to be fixed on a timeline. Just take your vehicle here - you will not be sorry!!

I came across Mat Su Auto and Fleet when I was looking at buying a new car in Summer 2017. They were recommended to me by my roommate for a pre purchase vehicle inspection. Brad went above and beyond when explaining what he was looking at as we went through multiple vehicles. Brad and Margie made themselves available through email to help me filter through vehicles online before I pursued leads further. They helped me decide which car made sense to purchase, what work it needed now, and what work it would need later. They are honest and thorough. Theyve helped me through issues even when I was in Fairbanks, with bad signal in Canada, and have been a solid sounding board now that I am no longer in Alaska. I trust that they have my best interest in mind and when deciding on what work needs to be done do it from a solid standpoint of integrity. The best part, even if you dont know about cars, they dont brush you off, they explain things in a manner that is easy to understand and treat you like a real person.
