I was on a travel job last week and I needed some office supplies, so I ordered them online and came to this store which was the wrong one but Michael a young black man (cashier) helped me with my dilemma, reason for me to be taking time to write this is because I am a almost 50 year old man who appreciates politeness and great attitude from customers service, before Michael help me he was helping another customer and I can’t even find the word to describe the pleasant and helpful attitude of this young man (Michael) told me about a survey and because I was in such a hurry I said NO as I was walking away. Today I wanna make sure this young man is valued and appreciated at this store. I was so pleased with his whole personality that I even tip him $10 so he can grab some lunch. Who tips a cashier you might ask...I did and I would do it 100 times over. You guys have a great employee in Michael.
I like this place. Excellent service and good job Velle ... shes very nice. thank you
Great service and helpful clerks. They opened a new register once they saw a line got to 3 people in line. Great Job Staples!
They have most of what I need, but lack the customer service required to satisfy me as a customer.I leave work 10 minutes early so I can get to Staples to buy all the essential things I need for my business.I park in front of staples at 6:59, watch as a group of people are flocking into the store, get out of my car, lock the doors, and walk to the entrance only to witness an associate lock the doors in front of me.We close at 7 he says through the doorAll those people just walked inside. I respondThey walked in before 7 he says*pull out my phone*Its 7 right now I respondThe associate just walks off.No apology, no let me ask the manager if its alright, just walked off.The fact that I needed a few things was irrelevant.I purchase everything I possibly can for my business & all my office materials through them to support a local business versus purchasing through online retailers, once every quarter I visit them to copy all of my tax docs, print out thousands of fliers whenever Im doing a promotion for my store, & etc etc etc...Never has a online retailer turned away my business because Im 15 second late. They should think twice about their policies. It wasnt too long ago the Office Depot went out of business a couple blocks over. When youre bleeding cash and your main competition is an online retailer, the least you can do to support your business is provide excellent customer service in hopes that customers continue purchasing through you versus buying online.Unfortunately for Staples today, they lost a $180 purchase to Amazon.Keep it up. Well see what new retailer pops up there when youre gone, Staples. You lost a loyal customer of 15 years today.
29 minutes after giving my name, number, address and phone number to get 1 single copy made, I was told to look out for a phone call. At some later time.In a store with exactly 4 people in it...Not even sure how thats possible. There are some very simple and largely FREE improvements that can be made to remedy this.
Horrible experience trying to buy a desk. Two people that had on Amazon vests were walking around and were not in the office furniture section. I had the ticket for the desk I wanted and sent my son to get an associate to have them ring me up. The amazon people walked up with an associate and asked what desk was available and the employee pointed at the desk I wanted to buy. I told the employee that I had the ticket to buy the desk and the female amazon employee said she was there first and had the paperwork. She was lying since she didnt even know it was available. The manager spoke with the lady only and wouldnt even hear what happened because her vest apparently came first. Never again will I shop there. Horrible service.
This location needs a complete overhaul. The management (Gabe I think the name tag said) is useless! The employees are rude an unprofessional. Locker room chatter should stay in the locker room. Honestly the conversation overheard with management and employees made me do an about face and leave the store.
The staff is always eager to please here. Staples seems to be most appreciated by its business customers, but it is a great place for school supplies and home office supplies as well. I bought my wifes Nexus 7 here and they wed very helpful.
Its the people that make this a great store. Very friendly and helpful. Always match prices that I come in with from Amazon, nice.
The only reason I gave it two strars is the cashier was halfway friendly and the store was clean. Phillip, who I think might be the manager, made me feel like I was bothering him. When I misunderstood a question he was sarcastic. I will never go back there again! Too many places that have good customer service and product knowledge.
Sales associate James was a great help. Didnt even have to ask for help. I guess he could tell I was totally lost. Thank you James
I fairly know what I need and what I can expect to find. Thank you for updating your office supplies.
Worst staples location. The staff is just plain stupid. You would be better off going ANYWHERE else
Friendly, helpful staff. Always seem willing to answer questions and go that extra mile.
I went to office depot and they ignored me. I crossed the street to staples and the personal was very helpful and cordial.
Great visit to Staples. Service was good.
They lie about having products in stock, I went in to purchase something I needed two of; they told me there was only one in stock. So I purchased the item, then proceeded to call other locations but accidentally called the same store they told me they had one left in stock, so I put it on hold and walked back into the store went back to the same manager that lied right to my face and told him Im here for a pick up. The manager then proceeded to give me and attitude and when confronted about calling in to reserve the item. Very unprofessional, I feel as if they were profiling me.
They price matched some SD cards from Amazon so I was happy!
I love Staples. But, the prices sure have gone up for copies...
Self service easy to use.
Dad and I exchanged some ink and recycled ink and printers there a couple days ago
Everything is so overpriced its surprising how this place is still open for business. The only reason why I ever go in here is to do a fax, or drop off a FedEx package.
Little problem with the register but fine customer service
Great customer service.
My cousin took her iPhone in and her iPhone not even back yet like they told her a week and today its a week already because they the one that mess up her phone and yes she calling every day because she want her phone and they taking for ever to get fix.
Staples 1 hour pick-up not 60 minutes
They have no time limit on their computer work station saids employee who was working in the copy and print shpo
The service at the printing department is horrible I waist it more than 1 hour here, I when to do business cards, was almost done when the mean employee came and erased them because I need it to make a small change and say 🤬 well you have to start all over again never going back to this store 🤬
Attentive customer service
Very knowledgeable staff
Have been here about 3x to drop off ups and Fedex items and the ladies behind the counter are not friendly and act like they are annoyed.
Nearby office supply store
Worst print center...wait is so long and manager never knows anything.
Girls behind counter were rude and very incompetent.
Same Staples Channel same Staples prices.
