Everyone is always so helpful. They could have a better produce selection but everything else is great.

For some reason the store feels gross, its somethin about the stores palette, giod deals though. I just seriouslt hatr the gross feeling

Bought the weekly special of crab legs & lobster. Spent over $100 on seafood. Crab meat was old, yellow, & dry. Tried to reach out to seafood manager> he had left for the day. This was at 2:3p. Asked for store manager, was on hold for 20 min. Finally left a message with staff to have him call me> still waiting! It is apparent that this store & its staff could care less about customer service & satisfaction. Use this store for basics not pricy specials!

Went to Publix first, their produce is lacking in quality, the packaged lettuce is always old and brown, strawberries rotting, etc. Asked for thinner cut ribeye steaks that were on sale ($10.99 a pound), Publix meat dept employee cut the steaks for me but they were about 50 percent fat (white) and 50 percent meat (red), needless to say, I didnt buy them. Instead I went to this Winn Dixie and bought beautiful, lightly marbled Ribeyes for $7.99 a pound and the produce is fresh! Store is well stocked, clean and the employees are friendly! Ill be shopping here more often!!

The main reason that I gave it a five, is that their Angus beef is a great value for the price! They usually run a special on these every couple of weeks. T bone, Porterhouse, Ribeye. Be sure that you have a rewards card to get the best price. You can sign up for one right at the register.

Good quick local store bit honestly, the prices are way too high and the selection isnt great. Especially on the gluten-free stuff!! I just avoid that section here.

Easy in and out. Really my only complaint was cashier didnt say Thank you. I like to be thanked for choosing a place to do my business. Maybe it was an oversight.

Not much of a selection and when the guy was bagging my groceries he was just tossing them into the cart. I had to rebag them outside and ended up with smashed bread. That was my 1st and last visit.

Was new to Winn-Dixie. Was able to get a Winn-Dixie card at the checkout, so I could receive the discounted price on the products.

Very clean, well organized, impressed at the wide range of organic and healthier style foods available. I think people underestimate the variety that Winn Dixie has to offer and I think it is increasing its quality items.

Poor management. 2 teenagers standing around the checkout area while one is ringing me up and meanwhile I’m bagging all my own groceries. I can certainly do it myself, however they’re standing there staring right at me. The girl gets done ringing me up and WATCHES me finish bagging the rest of my items. Only thing she said to me was have a great day. This place is going downhill. Might I add Publix in crystal beach May be a little more expensive, but the positivity of the staff goes a long way. You guys should take notes.

Your store closes at 10 o’clock I tried to buy a lottery ticket at 10 after nine I was told very nicely at the lottery closes at 9 o’clock that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever I don’t know what you’re teaching your customer service people but that is ridiculous

Since you couldn’t wait until you closed to clean your cutting boards in the seafood department, I have left my cart and gone to your competitor for what I needed On an attempt to support you. One can only assume why this chain is of a quickly failing business model.

Lesson learned. Dont shop Sunday evening. Shelves are a little bare.

Best two for one deals of any grocery store.

Management was super friendly an attentive to both customers and their employees. Super clean and well stocked. An easy to get into in the plaza. Also the girl behind the customer service desk was super and very helpful. Big plus on this store.

This is a great place to shop. It is a well stocked very clean store. Exceptionally well merchandised. They have a fantastic selection of all food products. A great deli, meat market and seafood market. The store staff is courteous, efficient, professional and friendly. They also have a very nice liquor store. I would highly recommend this supermarket!

Great little local store. Clean and good prices. The manager Diana was extremely helpful and had exceptional customer service skills. Cashiers are always helpful and fast.

Best price for groceries in Florida. We get 90% of our food there. Fruit and vegetables are items we look at closely but have got some very good ones.

Store was clean and nice. The Butcher was very helpful. Sale was going on and he went the extra mile. He cut pork roast into nice steaks as I requested. Very nice man. All meats looked fresh. Deli was nice as other departments. Plenty of free parking.

This is the nicest place I have found to shop for groceries.

They are now carrying Beyond Beef... their frozen organic selections are getting much better...not so much in the rest of the store.

I will not be back!!! ALL of the employees at Publix and Sprouts wear masks to protect their employees and their customers. Therefore, most of their customers do, as well.Not an employee mask on one single employee - not one!!! If they dont care about me, I dont care about them!!!

This is my neighborhood Winn Dixie.I always find plenty of deals here.

The Winn Dixie in Ozona is not that good. I made a quick stop to grab some soda since it was on my way home . It is a small one with not very much inventory . Unfortunately it was a quick stop grab and go but took longer than expected not many registers were available that morning. I personally I still like Publix much more.

Always a pleasant visit

I was so disappointed when I went to the bakery to purchase a loaf of wheat bread and it was still partially frozen! Their own bakery brand! Shame on you for selling previously frozen bread as fresh! Very limited produce selection. Not a fan.

My only complaint is the baggers are horrible.

They cook fresh wings at demand.Now I go home with 2 dozen of fresh roasted wings for $12.99.Yum!

Not enough fresh organic produce. Bought a beautiful porterhouse steak, lucky for me it was the only one worth buying in the case. It was delicious on the grill!

A good shopping experience today. Nice fellow cut my steaks, coupons showed up and nice young checkout girl. Restores my faith in WD after several bad experiences.

Courteous employees, well stocked store, mid range pricing of groceries, beer and wine sales

A great local supermarket spot with some good deals, especially on meat. Here you must sign up when checking out to get all the deals. The layout of the store is easy to get through. The main difference is that all healthy options are just to the left and behind of the produce area when you enter.

Smaller store but I actually enjoy stopping here. The selection is a little limited compared to larger stores. But, Ive found everything Ive need and not having a huge check out line is a definite plus. Add in some of the deals with their card and you really cant go wrong.

Beginning to go there less and less the produce is always minimal and today I couldnt even get frozen cauliflower every kind of cauliflower you can get but just regular frozen Cauliflower. I will just go to Publix 1st as they never seemed to be out of things like Winn Dixie

I usually only go here because they are the only grocer who sells my favorite coffee. They have a really cool hot wings bar, where you can buy up to a bucket of wings with all different flavors. Plus, theyre open to 11 PM. We need more Winn-Dixie stores in the area.

Good fried chicken breast. However the fried chicken sandwich was raw. Too busy to bother to fix the problem.
