Wonderful supermarket. It has a huge variety of products. The French bread is so delicious and fresh every time I buy it. I also buy my knishes which is scarcely found anywhere. Store is always clean, products in place with great prices. All products are correctly identified with its price tags or signs. Luv this supermarket!!! Wish I had one just like it here!!

Such an awesome store! Only downside is parking/traffic can be an inconvenience at times. Shopping center is always busy, but if you’re willing to park a little farther away it’s worth it.

I will go out of my way to shop at this particular Publix from now on! Although the staff at the Publix closest to our house is wonderful and friendly, it is often overflowing with customers and because it’s a smaller location, aisles are narrow. You often have to push your cart to the side to let someone pass. Not fun. But…not the Publix at Boot Ranch… The second you walk in it feels open and airy and the entire store has a lot of space to move about, including all of the aisles. WIN-WIN! I think this is especially important during a pandemic. You don’t want to feel like your elbow to elbow with a stranger just trying to reach for the garbanzo beans. 5 stars hands down.

First time being here. Really enjoyed myself. Lost $220 on several slots. The experience was unbelievable so many new kinds of slot machines

Wonderful from moment I walked in. Customer service assisted me with my InstaCart phone app. This store is bright, spotless, efficient and employees are friendly.Meat dept so well stocked. Great buy one, get one free deal on some meat items. Yea, especially since Publix meat are such great quality. Thank you Publix.

Very busy Publix location. Plenty of registers open to accommodate all the shoppers. This location does not have a butcher section which was truly disappointing.

Always the best spot for us. The store is conveniently located very close by. The food and quality is super.

Ive been shopping at Publix at the shops at Boot ranch for over 15 years and I have never come across any employee that was not nice or did not ask can I help you with something. If you see any of the staff in the aisles they will ask have you found everything youre looking for. They also stop what youre doing hope you find what it is youre looking for which is so comforting to know that they go out of their way and give it their all to help you. The deli is exceptionally nice they work so hard to try to please you I love Publix

Jorge and Rob are the best butchers around!I needed skirt steak for fajitas and there wasn’t any good cuts out for sale, I spoke with Jorge and pulled some from the back and Rob went to work and cut them to bovine perfection. My guests raved about the fajitas, which start at the cut of beef. Thanks!

Its Publix so they are efficient - customer service - customer value, shelves are stocked, and the store is super clean however one thing I noticed is overall the staff is not super friendly and personable (some are but a small %) and I believe the reason is they are trained to be efficient/customer service as a priority (its part of their mission/philosophy) and nice which is great but were all people and I dont get that warm friendly feeling with most of the staff and who doesnt want that at the end of the day! Its more a mail it in fake persona nice - Im trained for speed personality and not real and I can feel it but I believe you can provide great service/be efficient and be very friendly and personable!

The publix here holds up to the standards set throughout all the public around the affluent areas of Tampa. They even have sushi options! It is very quiet at night yet they still manage to have enough staff at checkout to not feel like you are at a Walmart with one cashier and regretful about the shopping experience. Really great people. Prices a little high for some items, but its a pleasant shopping experience.

I ordered a sub and paid for it online. It was supposed to have (almost) everything on it. When I got home and opened it, it looked like a meat and bread sandwich, with little toppings. I took a picture and called the store asking for an email to send it to so they could see how poorly made this was. I was told the only email is corporate. After an extended conversation with the assistant deli manager, she offered to refund the amount, which I didnt ask for or want. So I have to go to HQ for something that could have easily been handled at the store level because they dont have any means of communication. So dont ever order anything online from publix, their policy is we dont care, send it to corporate.

The friendly produce worker helped me find the eggplant needed for dinner. I had to change my original plans to use lamb stew, because they were out of it. The produce department is much larger than Publix Brooker Creek and has a good selection of organic vegetables and fruit. The store is large and has more variety than some other area Publix stores.

We will drive by other Publix stores to shop at the Publix at Boot Ranch. Store is very well laid out. Staff is very curious and helpful. Many times they will stop and ask you if you need help finding an item before you can ask them for help.Produce and meats are always fresh. And the bakery has some of the best Brioche rolls.And the pharmacy is extremely helpful, even to the point of syncing medications so that they can all be picked up in one stop, for the whole family.Thank you Publix at Boot Ranch!

Plenty of parking, very clean, friendly staff.Always plenty of inventory for sale items. Can also get some unique products, such as gluten free and imported, which is nice.

People are awesome from each and every department. And at ALL Publix stores. The food selection is great, since Im shopping for others; its great to be able to find everything and if Im struggling, someone is always willing to help me. BTW, love and use ur app regularly...hate having to wait at deli or sandwich shop. To be able to order thru app And pick up when I arrive. Better than sliced bread!!!!😊😊

After going to this Publix today (19Nov2020), I don’t think I will ever go to any other Publix again. Being new to the area, I was frantically looking around to figure out where everything was. I was helped by a young woman named Amelia. She not only pointed me in the right direction, but she walked me to the products that I was looking for. She was extremely friendly and I couldn’t have asked for a better staff member to assist me. Thank you so much to all of the Publix staff.

Typically quality meats fruits and vegetables. Having a Pharmacy inside of Publix is great. Shop while getting prescriptions filled. Staff are always so helpful. I wish they accepted tips. Every Thursday starts new sales...so get your brochure as soon as you walk into the store.

The store itself is great, the staff is wonderful. Great produce and products and flowers......But I am very disappointed overall in Publixs politics, as obviously the owners must not believe in science, having given $100,000 to DeSantis re election campaign ( a man who does not believe in science, masking, etc) and in turn DeSantis rewarded Publix with the contract to give the Covid vaccine. Since I learned this happened I have been going to Sprouts and Whole Foods. Very disappointed in Publix, a company I used to think so highly of.

Customer service is great. We couldnt find an item we needed but the associate from the fish department took us right where we needed to be. Unfortunately the item was out of stock.

Clean and organized location. They have most in stock with the exceptions of some of the BOGO items. I wouldnt say the staff is friendly. But they are functional overall. This is our local Publix. There is always parking and the lines are short and are speedy.

I order food from the deli, usually where all the hotfood is supposed to be. And ever since they changed the deli area, the hot food is always ice cold now. It’s really not just this Publix but every Publix produce is just awful. How many times have I bought strawberries or corn or something else and a day or two later it’s not just going bad... it’s completely bad and smells. Purchased a garlic clove recently snd used it the next day and it was completely moldy inside. I’m so sick of wasting money
