I see there are some negative reviews on this location of edibles. But I picked up a daisy Bouquet for my granddaughter and she absolutely loved it! The fruit was absolutely delicious! Sweet melons fresh strawberries covered in chocolate just as I ordered it. I will definitely go there again!
My daughter and granddaughter live in Tampa and it’s was my granddaughters 12 th birthday and when they lived here in North Carolina I was took her on her birthday to our editable arrangements so I order online to have it delivered to my granddaughter bc she moved and kept the trading alive … so pleasedShe loved it!
I ordered a platter in spring as a thank you gift it was beautiful the fruit was so good the gentleman that helped us was awesome in live in Tennessee and it was ordered for someone in palm harbor fl I was in Florida at the time and stopped in the store well today I tried to order another platter from the same store as a birthday gift I ended up hanging up on the lady I was trying to figure out what I ordered last time and she just seemed aggravated with me and didn’t want to take the time to help me figure it out I even knew the price I paid for the platter and what fruit was in it so saddened by this cause one impatient bad attitude person can sure hurt a business like I said first experience was awesome this one not so much
Seems like their go to excuse is “the driver attempted delivery and it failed”. Failed? How does a delivery to a hotel resort and spa front desk fail? As you can see from the other reviews, this location loves to give this excuse. They do not say how it failed and the corporate office offers no explanation either nor do they offer remedy or compensation. This company is one of the worst I have dealt with and will not be using them again.
We stopped in today to grab some different sweets. Everything we bought we absolutely love! Fresh and delicious! The guy working was very helpful with the ordering and it only took 20 minutes to put everything together! We are very pleased!
By far the worst customer service, completely over promising and under delivering. Ordered mothers day arrangements 5 days early and no respectful communication letting us know nothing was coming. Also dont ever try to call because they forward all calls to a cell phone or voice-mail that is always full, I would rate lower than a 1 but no option to do so!!!
I ordered a Mothers Day arrangement on Friday 5/7 for a 5/9 delivery. It never arrived. The store staff refuse to answer the phone since yesterday morning (5/9). I am disappointed as I was able to reach Kelly on 5/8 to make sure my greeting card message was correct. She made things sound so positive but only to execute a complete letdown. Their lack of customer service and ignoring the customer made this a HORRIBLE experience. So now there was no gift delivered for Mothers Day. Thanks for ruining the holiday. I am working with corporate to get my refund. Not everyone should own or try to run a business.
I placed an online delivery order days in advanced for Mothers day since I live in another state, and paid a higher fee for the delivery on Mothers day, they decided to deliver the day after Mothers day... If you try to call no one picks up, and their mailbox is full so you cannot leave a message. This place is not recommended, I suggest to look elsewhere.
Requested for an order to be delivered on a specific date and time frame. was charged a delivery fee for this and the delivery did NOT happen on the specified date nor time frame. And no, this order was not to be delivered on a popular holiday, it was to be delivered prior. this will be the very LAST time i order from here!
Worst place ever! Horrible customer service! I ordered a edible arrangement for my mother in law and most of the fruit wasn’t even Riped she couldn’t even eat it. so she called and asked if she could get another one she even wrote a letter and sent a picture to them and all they said was, well we sold 100 arrangement and not one person complaint she was the only one. so they didn’t even refund my money or didn’t even offer to make it right by sending a new one. She even offered to bring it in to show them but they said no
Placed an order for delivery, to be delivered as early in in the day as possible. It is for administrators who work an 8-5 schedule. So first attempt failed because they put it on their delivery truck which didnt get to the destination until after 5. The next attempt was on Saturday, even though i spoke with them on Friday to confirm they understood this person wouldnt be there on the weekend. They are currently on their third attempt to deliver this. Called earlier and they said it was still in route for delivery. Now, at 2:49 in the afternoon, it is still in route. Maybe her office can grab some fruit for their drive home? Guess this is karma for wasting $105 on fruit.Giving this 2 stars instead of 1 in hopes that at least it wont be the same fruit from their first attempt last week. If it gets there in time today, I will come back and change my rating.Follow up: thank you Yolanda for your excellent follow up. I appreciate your follow through.
I live in NY and Ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement for my mom who I was unable to see on Mother’s Day. I ordered this arrangement a week in advanced and paid an extra $15 to make sure it made it to my mother on this specific day. I have contacted this store multiple times no one will answer and the voicemail is full. I am furious there is no other way to contact this store and get answers. At this point I just would like mother to get what I paid for. I am extremely unhappy with this store. Customer service is horrible, and I will make sure to never buy from this store again.
I ordered an arrangement before they even opened at 9 am, then when they opened I called to confirm they got the order, I advised that it was being delivered at a business and I needed it delivered before 4pm. The first gentleman I spoke to said that they do the business first and then residential so mine would be delivered in the morning or early afternoon. I said ok. Around 1oclock it still had not been delivered. So I called back, spoke to a women this time who claimed they had 34 deliveries today and it was on the 2nd truck.out. I said OK but it has to be there by 4. Well here it is 4:06 and still not delivered. I called back and tbey just keep making excuses. I asked why they did not tell me they couldnt make my time frame when I called twice already. The only thing she could say was it wasnt me that you talked to these arrangements are NOT cheap and for them to show up late is NOT OK. I am hoping my husband gets it before he walks out the door! I will never order again. They cannot be honest and just continue to make excuses. I understand they get busy, they should have told me that when I called THE FIRST TIME. Right when they opened. Ridiculous!

90 dollars to get 2 dozen chocolate covered strawberries delivered before the tip? Their prices are outrageous. Used to be a customer but I cannot support a business that charges these prices.
WOW! Just WOW! The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Not sure how this company stays in business. They way a general manager Yolanda talks to clients is just not acceptable. They screwed up an order, said it was delivered, then evidently it wasnt delivered according to them. Refunded the money thankfully. Stay away from this place!
I have ordered multiple orders from this store. I ordered my fiancé something for Fathers Day. They forgot the balloons which was exciting for me to have a box of chocolates and balloons delivered. I wanted them to make up for messing up so bad but all the did was give me the money for the balloons they forgot which was $13. That is a small amount of money which it wasn’t the point. They should have made it right but did not. The General manager Yolanda is rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t care about losing customers since it doesn’t come out of her own pocket. I asked for the owner to call me and she said no and hung up on me after talking for a couple minutes. I just want a credit for maybe $50 just to redo a nice gift for Father’s Day. But it’s fine I’ll never order from there again and neither will my 6 family members. Would not recommend this store to anyone!
What amazing service. An arrangement was delivered to my door on Saturday. A call and a text came through telling me about the delivery. I was out of town for the day and had just moved into the neighborhood (so didnt know any neighbors) so I was unable to get it until the next day. Heather, the delivery person, not only went back to pick it up and take it back to the store, she also took a picture and text it to me. The next day I was surprised when they redelivered the arrangement! Great customer service to say the least and it was delicious!Nancy
I’m more than disgusted with this store. I live in NY and my elderly parents live in FL. My dad, who has Parkinson’s, will be turning 83 on Christmas Day. This is probably the last birthday he is going to have. I was so disappointed that I couldn’t be with my parents this year because of covid but I planned to go down there in the spring after they get their vaccine. My dad loves fruit and chocolate and I have loved the arrangements that I have gotten up here in NY. So I ordered an expensive arrangement (roughly $100) and paid $14.99 extra to get it delivered Dec 24. I spoke to my family around 5pm on the 24th and asked if anything had come. No, they said. I asked them to check the porch, nothing. I asked if they had missed any calls. No. At this point I was starting to get a little nervous so I checked my phone to make sure that I didn’t miss any calls and I checked my order again to make sure I had put Dec 24th, and I did. On my order receipt there was a button to track my order so I did that to see where it was and it said that it wasn’t going to be delivered until DECEMBER 28TH!!!!!!!!!!!!! They just changed the date, without contacting anyone, and decided that the Monday AFTER Christmas was fine. I am literally in tears right now knowing that my dad is not going to get anything from me or his grandkids on what very likely is going to be his last birthday. I called the store and no one was there. I called the corporate customer service and they were so indifferent to the situation and asked me if I still wanted to have the arrangement delivered on Dec 28th or get my $ back. They offered no recourse...NOTHING! So that’s it. Have it delivered next week, 4 DAYS LATE, when the holidays and his birthday have passed, or just refund my money. I told who ever I was talking to that I want a refund AND I wanted the fruit delivered. That is the least that they could do because NOTHING is going to fix this or make it right. He said that will be up to the store. Unbelievable. I will never order from this company again and I will not stop until I get an answer from someone at corporate as to why this happened. I will DEMAND an answer. From reading the comments, it looks like this store is incompetent of running a business and I have to wonder why they let someone franchise their name, just for that person to proceed to ruin the company’s reputation through gross incompetence. If I don’t get an apology from a manager at corporate AND the store owner, along with a complete refund and the exact arrangement I ordered delivered Dec 28, I will contact every small business association and the BBB in that area and tell them about the incompetence happening at that store. I’ll update my review if anything happens.
Had a fantastic experience with Edible Arrangements. Was able to work out a timed delivered (Very close to what I requested). Chocolate covered fruit was fresh and the girl I had it delivered to was in LOVE with the gesture and the hand off.Thank-you to the Edible Arrangements Team (Destiny specifically spoke to me about 3 times today to assure that everything went through smoothly)Side Note: Make sure to place your order EARLY (I placed mine at 8am the morning of the delivery)

I thought that the strawberry’s were hard chocolate? Was it supposed to be melted? When taking a bite of the strawberry it had a funny taste and there was a small bite of mold. Only ordered from here once but wouldn’t do it again. The manager of the store was not nice and basically called me a liar about the mold. The also forgot my popcorn

This business deserves negative stars. I would never recommend Edible Arrangements to anyone after my recent experience, first and LAST time I will every buy from them. Completely disgusted with their customer service! Fruit was completely spoiled, and the extremely arrogant associate that I spoke to over the phone verbally accused me of being a “liar”. She did nothing to rectify the situation, was belligerently disrespectful over the phone, cut me off from finishing my sentences, aggressively exclaimed that there was “no possible way” the arrangement could spoiled, that she and her manager personally put together the arrangement. They obviously have no concept of the definition of quality in any sense of the term. The manager was supposed to call me back today and I still have not received a phone call, it is now one hour after close. They did not have the decency to call me back and completely disregarded my concern. I am extremely baffled by the lack of professionalism.I did not receive what I paid for. I gave this associate the opportunity to make things right, however, she gave me no choice but to write this review. If this is a reflection of someone who represents your company or how you handle your customers, then it speaks for itself.
The worst experience ever with a gift type delivery from this store. Yolanda the manager actually told me they attempted delivery at 105 am Christmas day. I was shocked when she told me that since I was calling the day before and was on the phone for over an hour waiting for delivery information after my order was placed 4 days prior. This same manager proceeded to refund my money without listening to my request for redelivery. I was willing to accept after holiday delivery however she hung up on me and made her own decision to refund my money. Problem is she didnt even refund the whole amount. I am thoroughly disgusted with this company and treatment. I have been attempting to reach the corporate office since this has created more issues than expected.
I received a box of chocolate covered fruit for my birthday a few days ago. There were bananas, strawberrys, and apples. The bananas were soft and brown, and the strawberrys were old.I am very disappointed because my brother and sister paid good money this gift.Shame on you Edible Arrangement for using old fruit.
I wanted to use the edible arrangements to get my mother something for Mothers Day. I didnt wanna do the classic Mothers Day arrangements that they had listed because she is more into Mickey Mouse and would have liked a lot better the Mickey Mouse Disney selection. However for a whole week up until mothers day Im not allowed to get any arrangement other than Mothers Day selections. Everyone is limited to doing only the specific ones listed for Mothers Day which i think is completely absurd. I will refuse to ever use any edible arrangements.

If you enjoy speaking with frustrating, incompetent customer service reps when your order has an issue, and it will, order from them. I spoke with both national customer service and with someone who finally answered the phone at the store.Heres one example:The person, whom answered at the store, never identified themselves, but said my arrangement, would be one of the first to be delivered this morning. NEVER ASKED WHO IT WAS FOR.I said theyd like to pick it upHe said, Oh yeah that would be fine NEVER ASKED WHO IT WAS FOR.I said anytime this morning okayHe said anytimeI said do you think you should check the order?He said Oh yeah, hold on I NEVER GAVE HIM ANYTHING TO IDENTIFY THE ORDER.He came back to the phone and says ahhhhh Dude, its already out on the truck out for delivery...Dude? Really? Calling a customer DUDE? Im not a dude nor do I sound like a dude.Seven phone calls about this order. If you have the time and the energy, by all means order from them and enjoy! If not CALL ANOTHER STORE DIRECTLY!!UPDATE FEB 13- The order was never put on the truck for delivery! I called back ( phone call # 8) at 12:30 and was told the order was at the store for pick up as I had requested from their national customer service.... sent my father to pick it up. He reported that the store is run by some nice but very young people. It took 15 minutes for them to find the order.UPDATE FEB 15 -They forgot part of the order. Called this morning and explained that the order was missing an add on of fruit. No apology and nothing offered except a refund for the add on item. Lets see if its actually credited. Lovely way to run a business and keep customers happy.By the way this was phone call #9 about this order. As I mentioned if you have lots of time on your hands and love to talk on the phone by all means place an order with this store.
Ordered the 16th to be delivered the 23rd, never delivered had excuses for all 3 days they promised to deliver. 4th time said out for delivery I said no refund my account. Now I wait to see if shows up on CC statement. Do not use this location. Very unprofessional currently looking into corporate reporting process.
I ordered chocolate dipped strawberries for valentines day. Upon arrival, my mom opened the box and it was soaking wet all the filler paper was just drenched. Not how you want to see a valentines gift, I was so embarrassed. I will NOT order from here again.
I just can’t say enough good things about Dennis Jolicoeur and his team at Edible Arrangements. My law firm placed a very large Christmas order at the last minute to many many recipients all over the State of Florida. The folks at Edible Arrangements worked tirelessly during the holiday season to organize our orders, disburse them to the right locations and deliver all the arrangements ON TIME! Throughout the year I have continued to use them to send fabulous chocolate covered fruit to friends, family and business contacts. People LOVE it! But the best was when I myself was a recipient of a huge arrangement of chocolate covered strawberries. . . . YUM! Thank you Dennis for your wonderful service, and most of all, your wonderful chocolate covered fruit!

Had an issue with the delivery that resulted in the rejection of the delivery. Called to obtain a refund and was chastised and talked down to by the owner on accepting personal responsibility for our actions, despite him saying he was taking responsibility for his by offering a 50% refund... After arguing for well over 5 minutes, the owner became emotional and finally offered a full refund, saying that he doesnt ever want my business again. I dont believe this is an Edible Arrangements issue, more so a local business owner who lacks customer engagement and employee training. If you order from this store, ensure you call frequently and stay on top of your delivery.

Called at 10am for Birthday delivery by 6pm. Employee said truck broke down and their other truck has no driver. So unprofessional. I use this company all the time. But only at this location Ive had problems. HIRE ANOTHER DRIVER. Or make the current driver take the OTHER truck.

Arrived at 5:45pm 9/20/18, my daughters birthday. Girl at front desk had no in store arrangements as stated online, nor was she willing to make anything, even though the store closed at 7pm..again it was 545pm.Worse service, very rude, big damper on my daughters birthday. I left with nothing.

I had a most awful experience with your worker she is work tonight I miss the delivery is here, I just miss him for 5 minutes she told me she couldnt call him. She dont have idea what time try to come tomorrow. I dont know who stay and wait all day at home. I think everybody have a job. If you want to have the worst experience ever dealing with a company go here!!! I had my mailbox ran over by the person delivering me edible arrangement. I called and talked to the manager at the store just to find out that they hire a third-party so-called company and have to deal with that other company to get my mailbox fixed. When I called that person they take no responsibility and I have to deal directly with the individual that ran my mailbox over. It is not an actual company just a person that then finds other people to do deliveries. The store gave out our personal number and info to the person that hit my mailbox, but yet they wouldnt give me the other persons info. I had the person who hit my mailbox calling us being very rude and hateful. So please save yourself from this hassle and dont use this company.
This is just unbelievable! this is the second time this store messes up an order! they just didnt deliver for our step moms birthday in April and again today they never delivered our dads arrangement! I hate this brand and wont call them again, they have made us look bad twice within months and they didnt even have the respect to call and let us know. This is stupid and disrespectful to the customer.

Picked up an arrangement Christmas Eve which consisted mostly of melon strips which were bland. I contacted the store two times leaving a message for the store manager to call me. To date, I have not received a response. Unsatisfactory product and customer service.
