We had two leaks in our home that we just couldn’t figure out, so I posted something on Facebook to see if anyone could help. Gary responded quickly and offered to come take a look at no charge. He came by the next day, on his own time, to look around and help us figure out where the leaks where coming from. He gave us his professional advice as far as what to do and how to do it. We really appreciated his “pay it forward” attitude and gesture. I hope to be able to use his services in the future and he has gained so much respect for what he did for us. Thank you Gary!!

Renovations Home Center did an excellent job on the remodel of our kitchen and family rooms. We requested bids and suggested plans from three different potential contractors with only Renovations coming through with a truly workable design. Gary went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best options to evaluate and Danica did a fantastic job working with us on the design and finishes. We have used other contractors on prior home renovations and rate the quality of finish work to be among the best thanks to the meticulous work of John and Doug. There were a couple of hiccups on timing however we place the greatest blame for this on the fact that the work was completed in the middle of the pandemic. We will definitely use RHC for our next remodel planned for our primary bed and bath rooms.

We recently had our kitchen remodeled by Renovations Home Center. We made a list of things that we wanted for our new kitchen. We then called and interviewed 4 contractors in the area. The design that Gary and Danica came up with incorporated everything that we asked for and gave us much more useful storage in our renovated kitchen. No other proposal even came close. Danica gave us excellent guidance from her years of experience in our design choices. Once the renovation started, Shannon kept us informed of which subcontractors were coming out and answered every little question or concern that we had in a timely manner. Everyone that was sent to our house was very professional and did quality work. Our beautiful kitchen was completed on schedule. We highly recommend this very professional and talented company.

They did a fantastic job!We did quite a bit of comparative price shopping, and RHC is hard to beat on cost and quality. In other words, dont waste too much time shopping.Gary is very knowledgeable and highly experienced, the Supervisor, Shannon, owned his own remodeling business in New England, so thats a huge plus for responsibility and care. Danica, the designer, has great ideas and shes fun to work with. Kennedy holds the fort, and shes very pleasant and sweet.All of the trades were as good as can be.The young man who does the deliveries is a hard worker and very polite.The demo crew was quick and neat.The carpenters were exact and very impressive.When the granite installers came, they asked which company installed the cabinets that the granite went on. They install for many contractors, but told me RHCs work was superior and never needs shims (thin wood/plastic pieces that fill in low spots). In other words, the cabinets that the granite goes on, need no correction in order to have a perfect setting. The cabinet installation is already perfect.Then there is the tile installer. This guy must be from Asgard. The work was completed 6 months ago, or so, but I still look at the lines and I cant believe he got them so beautifully straight, square and flawless. I dont think its possible to get tile more exact than this man did. Our walk-in shower is approx. 50 square feet of perfection.Dont hesitate to use this company.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with our bathroom renovation. Danica was our first contact. She was very helpful with our choices. We chose our own shower/wall tile. She knew just what floor would coordinate perfectly. She recommended a linear nook which we love!Shannon and all of his workers were very professional and had a great work ethic. After 2 years and 3 attempts to find a contractor to do our kitchen remodel we decided to give Renovations Home Center a call. It was a great decision.From the very first appointment with Gary to the final payment it was a positive experience. Gary made suggestions for the reno but most importantly he listened. We came up with a plan and very quickly received a very detailed estimate for the financials and project. By detailed I mean that every aspect detailed what they were responsible for and what we would need to supply ourselves.During the selection process we were advised and assisted by Danica who always responded quickly. I had picked out a hardwood product previously but they didnt carry it so she set about finding it for me, providing an estimated cost and then delivering it. This was above and beyond but just one of many instances along the way where her help was invaluable.Once the cabinets were here we set a date to begin the project in October. The demo went very fast, no dumpster in the driveway because they haul everything away each day, and they left the area amazingly clean. Shannon the construction supervisor then started scheduling the workers who would perform each aspect of the reno. He communicated with me via text at every turn telling me when and what would happen next. This was invaluable as we did not move out of the house during the construction. The workmanship was outstanding especially the detail of the cabinet installation. Every single day the job site was left immaculate. For me that was huge.There were of course a couple of glitches along the road as with any renovation but they were either explained or reconciled immediately. We are very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking to do a home remodel.

Renovations Home Center were so wonderful and easy to work with. I am so pleased with the 2 bathrooms that they remodeled in my condo. These bathrooms were from 1987 and they knocked down walls, removed bathtub and gutted both bathrooms. Before I chose Renovations, I had 7 quotes done near Palm Harbor. Quotes ran all the way up to 60k for 2 small bathrooms. It was crazy what some of these places want to charge you (or shall I say, rip you off). Renovations were right in the ballpark for the cost of both bathrooms and there were no hidden costs. Their quote was broken down, so you knew exactly what to expect and what you were paying for. Danica, Shannon and Kennedy were wonderful to work with and answered all of my questions (even when I probably bothered them about petty stuff). You would always get an immediate response! Even after my bathrooms were completed and I still had to find a bathroom mirror, Shannon sent someone over to hang it up for me a month later. Wow, where do you get that service from??The project started on time and was completed on time. A very professional crew and the best customer service. I cant stop looking at my bathrooms with how pleased I am of the results. Love this company and will refer them to anyone who needs remodeling. I am one to really do my due diligence before tackling a large project. Remodelling a whole condo, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, showers, doors, fixing old poorly sliding doors is a scary proposition for those of us that know little about these things. After careful review, we chose Renovations home. We definitely made the right choice and couldnt be happier with the planning, assistance with choosing materials/colors etc, the process with Shannon keeping us informed via text from Canada, to the end result which is a beautiful condo. Gary, Danica, and of course Shannon are a pleasure to work with.I would not hesitate to hire them again and we highly recommend them for any project

We worked with the Renovations staff to design a wall-to-wall hutch with wine cooler for our dining room and a wall-to-wall storage cabinet for our study. The results were absolutely beautiful! From design to installation, the Renovations team worked closely with us to assure we were pleased. The installation team was scrupulous in their attention to detail, installing our items perfectly and ensuring the area was clean before they left each day. These were expensive cabinets, but we feel they are obviously hand-crafted works of art. We would highly recommend Renovations Home Center for their quality, friendliness, helpfulness, and customer service.

My husband and I got quotes from 2 contractors to renovate the kitchen and 2 baths in our Clearwater condo from afar as our permanent residence is in MA. After speaking with Gary Clark we knew he was the contractor we wanted. He was extremely knowledgeable, listened to what we wanted done and also made several suggestions which we incorporated into our designs. Renovations was recommended by our condo management and is a family run business. Garys daughter, Sarah and son-in-law, Drew were wonderful to work with. Sarah is very organized and the work was done with a great deal of attention to detail. My husband has an extensive background in the construction industry and he is very happy with the workmanship Sarah even went to the paint store and helped me pick out paint colors. We flew down to FL for a short period to pick out tile, bath fixtures, lighting etc and Renovations directed us to the suppliers they work closely with. We were treated wonderfully by the Suppliers and were very pleased with our choices. Renovations made us comfortable during the whole process, constantly emailing us photos and progress reports. Renovations home center recently remodeled our two full bathrooms, rebuilding the shower in one and installing new cabinetry, hardware, granite counters and fixtures. The results are beautiful. We have been through a lot of remodeling this past twelve months and this project with Gary Clark and team has been the easiest and most thorough with no detail left undone. We plan to use Renovations Home center for our kitchen sometime in the future.

They tore out the old kitchen and replaced it with high quality custom cabinets and a beautiful Granite counter top. The back splash was done with mirror which really brightens up a rather dark kitchen. I have even used the same cabinet company, who would be extremely disappointed in slander that Mr. Simon’s is making against them and Renovations Home Center who is one of their most reputable and sought after dealers in Florida. Gary Clark at Renovations Home Center is not only passionate about what he does, but he is one of the few contractors/companies out there that truly care about their customers. I called the owner asking why he was not putting a stop to this ludicrous review that was posted and he explained that his legal counsel advised him not to pending legal action, but the accusation of RHC ‘taking money’ is 100% untrue. It is hard to please everyone, but I will say that Renovations Home Center does their best to do so and I am more than thankful to know such a reliable and hardworking crew because those are few and far between!
