Palm Harbor Kitchens was an amazing partner to work with. The whole industry is pretty crazy busy right now so some patience is required but the customer service was beyond great. The pricing was pretty much even with an online retailer for fully assembled flat pack cabinets. But Palm Harbor Kitchen is exactly the reason why its better to source local. We had a couple manufacture issues which is to be expected these days. PHK corrected them in house so I never had to wait for a manufacturer or file a claim. The cabinets are exactly what I had hoped for. I know theyre not top of the line but they transformed the kitchen for us. Also a few times I realized I wanted some trim pieces to change the layout and I called and they kept them on hand so I could pick up that day. That was crucial when we made a molding change last minute and only had one more day with the craftsman. Overall Id give more than 5 stars if I could. People dont stand being their products anymore the way palm harbor kitchens did!

Tyler was great from the start. He helped me find the exact cabinets that fit our design choices and budget. They were very good quality for the price, and less than similar cabinets a the big box store. The delivery time was much less. He visited the space to take exact measurements and created an very exact computer design for our installer. There was a little misunderstanding about the sink measurement which delayed the project, but it was worked out quickly. When the wrong shelves were delivered, it was as simple as taking them in to the store where they were cut to the right size as I waited. This is a great alternative to Lowes and Home Depot.

Tyler sat down with us several times to hammer out all the details to get this kitchen remodels from the studs out. We are very pleased.

My grandson and granddaughter stopped by to see what this company had, so I could redo my kitchen and bathrooms in my house. I am getting older and I wanted a more open space for both the kitchen and the bathrooms, to utilize my wheelchair or walker. They were both doing the leg work for me.After speaking with Dave, who happens to be the owner, and explaining that they were there to speak about a remodel for kitchens and bathrooms, he preceded to dismiss them in a very short and curt tone. They hardly had time to explain that this was going to be for their grandmother, nor did they have time to explain that I as the grandmother would be paying for it.I didnt think it was very nice to turn away young people, just because you do not think they have the means, when it fact I got the job done by another local cabinet company and I couldnt be happier. I would not recommend this business, and I would suggest treating everyone fairly in the future. My poor grandchildren felt so ashamed walking out of your store.With Regret,Ms. Gloria Johnson

Both David and Barbara go above and beyond in regards to customer service. My husband and I recently ordered a kitchen from Palm Harbor Kitchens. We live in TN, but because we had such a positive prior experience with the kitchen they provided for our condo in Palm Harbor we decided to go with them again. The cabinets arrived from the factory with the wrong color glaze through no fault of Palm Harbor Kitchens. When, after much back and forth communications, the factory refused to live up to their responsibility to make it right David and Barbara took it upon themselves to create the right color glazing and send a professional all the way up to our house in Tennessee to re-glaze the cabinets. Walter was an incredibly nice man who did an incredible job on our cabinets. We cant say enough about the friendly and professional service we received from Palm Harbor Kitchens and their goal of customer satisfaction.

My wife and I are remodeling our kitchen and shopped around for cabinets. We decided to move forward with Palm Harbor Kitchens for two reasons, price and customer service. Tyler was fantastic! His knowledge and experience provided us with the ability to make educated decisions with regard to the layout of our kitchen and stay within our price range. Each time we requested changes to the layout, Tyler was able to quickly modify the design and provide us with updated renderings. He also provided us with a list of trusted contractors to assist with new countertops, flooring, cabinet installation, etc. A truly great experience from start to finish!

The staff and owner are super friendly my issue is when I bought my cabinets about a year ago I was under the impression that they were all wood ( because that is what I was told) including the doors and drawer faces. Unfortunately they are not. I think they are like a hardened form of cardboard. They nic and scratch up super easily. I’m constantly having to touch them up. I wish I would have been told about this and the possible draw backs when I went in to pick them out.

My experience with Palm Harbor Kitchens for a kitchen and laundry room renovation was fantastic. Another reviewer mentioned their cabinets being not real wood, but when you go in to pick out cabinets they have like 10 different cabinet lines to choose from. Some are budget and some are more luxury priced. It all depends what you pick. Renee offered a few design ideas that really were great and customer service was top notch. On top of that, when I was having trouble communicating with my own installer (PHK does not offer installation) Dave came right to my house and translated! Thats above and beyond, service you could never get at Lowes.

A very good company!We had a very good experience ordering cabinets for 3 bathrooms and a kitchen from Palm Harbor Kitchens. The prices were good, knowledge very good and customer service was kind of uniquely good in a world where I can’t point to any other company that follows through in the way this company does. Yes, installing that many cabinets does come with some bumps - when our cabinet installer wanted more money for installing the toe boards because the kitchen floor was sloping – David Engdahl / Palm Harbor Kitchens went in and fabricated the toe board and installed it at no additional cost to us – That is the customer service you want when you remodel your home.

I would not do business with this company. They have yet to deliver my cabinets and it has been over 5 months. They want and took over $30,000.00 of my money for my complete remodel; I hope I get my cabinets soon, my rental stops at the end of March and all I can do is hope and pray. I hesitate to use the word liars, but they are almost there. I was promised my cabinets in November 2019.
