So I stopped in today to discuss getting a rough estimate on redoing my kitchen. The lady at the desk was very dismissive. She had to show me a pile of files that she has to still complete designs for and that if I was just looking for pricing that she wouldnt help me. I may not have looked like I was rich but I will be spend 10k for my kitchen and they lost a customer. And potentially several customers because Im in the business that I could have referred a lot of business her way, but that wont happen but Ill make sure to tell my customers to NOT go there.

I just wanted to take a minute to belated thank Kim for all her time and hard work...while I was unable to afford to change the footprint of my 30+ year old kitchen, after many revisions, I have a lovely kitchen!

Owner does not respect your right as an American. Spend your money with a company that does .

Cheryl was fantastic! From the start to the finish of the project, she was there for us! This was our first big home remodel and it went smoothly- thanks to Cheryl and her team of recommended plumbers and electricians. We will be remodeling our bathroom in the future and well go back to PTKitchens!
