Dont be mislead, the UPS Store is inside the pharmacy. You will be driving around in circles looking for a UPS sign that doesnt exist. Apparently the City of Palm Desert only allows one sign per business. 🤷🏽‍♂️

I find the staff to be incredibly accommodating and friendly. The store can get busy cuz its a small store but they dont hurry anyone along just to make the line go quicker. They calmly work with each customer until their needs are met and then help the next customer

I typically visit the UPS store in the heart of Palm Desert by Whole Foods but Google directed me to this location when out traveling. It’s like a tiny UPS in a pharmacy.I was told couldn’t use my own box for Amazon return but I could buy one and then asked if I had my own tape to put the return label on.Returning to my local friendly real UPS store that never gives me that nonsense.

They charge you $1 for 3 inches of tape if you dont tape it yourself. Save yourself from bad customer service and go to the ups store next to Whole Foods in palm desert. Worth the little extra drive, they wont nickel and dime you there...

Great customer service and a big smile is what you can always expect from Leif and Peachy in both the UPS and Pharmacy counters. I love this store.
