Can you believe Staples has a usb cable from lap top computer to printer? Kudos that you get my sale along with printer. Can you imagine I went to Best Buy first! Staples has much better service and will meet any legitimate price. Thanks to Q for his great customer service.

Staff is very helpful, honest, and stands by their word. I shipped a package to the East coast from here (through UPS), paid for expedited shipping and UPS missed the deadline by about 4 days. The manager here made it right, very friendly staff, honest and helpful. Dont waste your time with other postal places. Competitive prices and even if they werent its worth it for the peace of mind knowing they will take care of you.

Nice huge store, has the best selection of office supplies, the business station has very friendly and efficient employees. Always get faxing done here and it’s fast and easy.

Ok its a big store and they have parking near and far. The staff is so super duper genuine AND HELPFUL!!! they have a nice selection of clearance, bookcases, powerstrips, notebooks, pens and all sorts of other stuff a book junkie like me needs to zen the garden of my electronic life.

Today I received the best customer service I have ever received in a Staples store. Carlos helped me find the item I wanted. Philip checked out my order. Both were very courteous. I will return to this store again.

Good location for South Palm Desert. Easy parking and easy access. Staff is super helpful. Only issue with Staples is prices are sometimes higher than necessary.

I had in interview scheduled with Kevin the manager for 1pm. However Kevin was 15 minutes late. I felt at this point I felt disrespected. Why would a manager schedule an appointment and not show up on time. I felt he was showing me know respect as a manager and for me the interview was pretty much shot. I went ahead and waited patiently for the interview. Kevin was not to familiar with my resume and went over it with me. He discovered that I had not worked in years. I found this hard o believe that he did not read my resume. Once he discovered I had been out on sick leave he lost interest in the interview and cut it short. I feel as a gay man with HIV, I should have been able to explain the situation. I feel disrespected and discriminated by him. At this point I would not accept a position even if offered.

I went to staples to get colors for a project im working on for a toddler with autism. I had 2 employees offer to help assist me. They were genuine and appeared to have knowledge about their job. VERY RARE TO FIND! Although I did not find exactly what I had in mind, it was close enough to make it work. I didnt get their names but kudos today to the male and female employee that helped me. There must be a great hiring supervisor somewhere close by. Thanks so much for the great shopping experience.

Great store, but they waste so much. Instead of donating paper, pens, electronics, they fill our land fills with these things. Need to change their policy about waste... save the planet...

This store is great. The new and useful service you can get in here is a TSA-Pre which is a must for a traveler.The stuff are great, for instance, Scott and Amy who participated with my EDDM order.Defenetly would recommend and would use their services again.

Joseph provided first rate customer service with both TSA Pre application processing and office supply purchases. Wish more stores stepped to this level.

I drove a little over an hour to get to Staples so I could do my TSA Pre Check and it was a great visit. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and the TSA Pre Check area was clearly marked and easily identified. The process was simple and the gentleman helping us was great to work with.

People who work there are fantastic. Friendly and helpful.

I came here with my 8 month old baby, and some idiot name David had a problem with me using coupons and tried to make me feel stupid.. that was my first time ever going into that store and never again will I go back to a horrible store

The copy and print center staff could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. They help me get what I needed in less than 10 minutes and for half the price it wouldve cost me to go on my own.

The people at the desk, when we checked a few days ago, told us only a portion of the facts to do the job we needed them to do. When we returned today to have the job done, we learned the job would the 2 weeks and would be sent away to be done. Much longer than they said

Went to Palm Desert Staples to do our TSA pre-check. We were walk ins, talking the bell and the guy came to process us, easy pizzy.
