Great doctor. Receptionist was rude and not helpful

Dr Kato has a rich resume and quickly diagnosed my hearing issue. After two MDs underestimated my issue, i have had useful treatment that has improved my hearing.

Dr. Kato is an exceptional physician. She spent ample time with me during my appointment and gave thorough explanations to all my questions. She slowly and thoughtfully walked me through all her recommendations. BONUS: Her staff is friendly and courteous.

I loved the atmosphere and how friendly the staff was. I’m just disappointed there wasn’t anything they could do for my sinusitis.

First arrived in 2013 woke up with mose bleed from dry air. Was nervous about seeing a new Doctor, Maria was outstanding! Took care of problem immediately as I had surface veins in nose.

Dr. Kato was very nice. She explained everything to me and her staff is very friendly as well.
