Beware. You will need a tume up every year. Good luch getting an appointment. Great price. Bad service 2 years down the road. I bought my hearing aids here a couple of years ago. I have worn hearing aides for 20 years. Staff very helpful and very nice for minor things. I can leave my aides with them for 45 min. while I shop and they will clean them.BUT I need a hearing test because the settings on the Phonak hearing aides arent working right for me anymore.Today is June 22. Next available August 8th. I cant hear and you need 6 weeks lead time? Really? By the way they have messed up the time of my appointment twice and made me reschedule.True I paid 2/3 retail but thats not doing me much good now.With a private practice I have never waited more than 2 days for a new hearing test to adjust the aides I bought from the dispenser. Usually they will help me the first day even when I didnt buy the aides there.I am really rethinking my decision to buy hearing aides from Costco. Customer service is not something Im will to sacrifice.
