Frustrated today. Tried to call the Bell Tone office in Palm Desert Ca where I purchased my hearing aids in 2020 and learned that theyre closed and only open on Fridays. When I purchased the hearing aids I was told that there are Bell Tone service centers all over Ca. Today each one I tried calling is closed. The soonest appointment for Palm Desert Ca. isnt until 9 days from today. Very disappointed. Left side isnt working.IJust came back from my appointment at Palm Desert Beltone. I received the help I needed and was met by a kind and helpful Beltone representative. My hearing aids are working well and Im happy.Thank you Harmony for your expert help!!Happy customer

If this isnt the best hearing center in California its pretty darn close. I think the thing that impresses me the most is the owner worked for the top labs in America for over 25 years before he went into private practice. She understands hearing problems and hearing aids at a higher level than your typical audiologist does.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a problem while visiting friends in PD. Kathy took care of me even though I didnt have an appointment and she was pretty busy. All of the patients seemed to really enjoy the office and were telling me about how nice and knowledgeable the staff is. I would highly recommend Vasquez Hearing to anyone!
