The items are nice, I love them but theyre way too overpriced sometimes. Not to mention that the staff is rude sometimes (ive gone there 3 times max) and being the person that I am, Im too scared to go back there. Idk but they seem intimidating every time so and I know Im not the only once experiencing this because my friends also dont shop there for that sole reason. :/

Such an awesome store

Ive been to this place several times. I really like the things they have to sell. But earlier today I had a extremely bad experience. I was buying an item and at first I tried to use my debit card. She swiped it twice without me knowing and said it was declined. Then I paid in cash. I check my account and it went through the first time and she told me it didnt. She tried to charge me twice. I was livid. I went back and told her that it went through the first time (she looked really scared when I walked up so I know she did it on purpose). She said no it was declined and there was something wrong with my account. I called Wells Fargo and got my money back. (One thing she doesnt know is that was all the money I had and she tried to take it. So I took this very personally)So DO NOT trust this store!! And always double check how much you were charged!!

This place is AMAZING!! Hidden gem of the desert for anime fans!

They are not friendly at all. No greeting, or inquiry into if we need help looking for anything. My daughter touched a figure and the lady snapped at her saying dont touch she then came over and started picking up figures that had already fallen down before we arrive as if blaming us. It was too bad, there were some things I wanted to buy, but I will find them elsewhere as I just cant bring myself to spend my money and support this company.

Fantastic little shop! Has a lot of anime goodies from Pokemon, Dragonball, Studio Ghibli, Sanrio and more popular anime of the time like Attack on Titan, Yuri on Ice!! and so much more. Figures, keychins, plush, wall scrolls, pillows, lots of amazing stuff. Also cultural thing like tea sets, fashion, tends and more. Plus they have a great selection of Japanese candy. A great little store! I highly recommend if you are an anime fan. Also the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Went in yesterday and my son was going to buy an item that clearly had a price of $50.99. When he tried to pay the lady, she said that was not the right price and it should be $59.99. Instead of doing the right thing and selling it to him at the stickered price, she created a new price and stuck it over the original tag. Not only is that very poor business practices, but she was rude to us when she changed the price. NEVER shopping there again!

Did not know this store was at the mall. Will go more often 😃
