Rachel an employee at the store was awesome. I order a simple necklace and then hurt my back. The manager at the store was totally rude. Said i had to pick it up, that i had been months. It was less than two months. Called their customer service number and no one there would get me a call from a district manager or vp. Ive spent 10s of thousands at Tiffanys locations in Palm Desert and Vegas. I will never spend even a dime there again.

So Kayla is amazing, I mean beyond amazing, like greatest experience Ive ever had buying something great. I bought my daughters mother & ex the bracelet she wanted for her birthday & I bought it as a thank you to her for my daughter. At the same time i also looked at engagement rings for my girlfriend whom Ive been on & off with for nearly 20 years, as a man whos never proposed, whos moving from Cali to Colorado for this woman & a job & scared s***less Kayla made it effortless. She knew I was nervous, she knew I was terrified of the leap & she was amazing in reassuring me that what I was doing was right. I jonest to God have never had an experience like that ever and Ive been in service industry 20+ years. So, from the bottom of my heart & every fiber of my being, thank you Kayla, thank you for helping me in choosing my future wifes ring. You were amazing & deserve the world, I mean it. Just went in the store earlier this morning, I was with my friend who was just trying to return a necklace that she got as a gift to get credit towards a more expensive one that she wanted. We were greeted by a worker by the name of James. From the start he was very polite, but as soon as he looked at the necklace my friend wanted to return and turned us down because it was “tarnished”, although my friend only had worn it once ever to try the necklace on. He wasn’t helpful even after we showed what we wanted instead of the necklace we were to return. We tried to ask him to clean the necklace instead and he made a very snarky statement about how there won’t be a place to clean “Tiffany silver”. I understand that Tiffany silver is very different but I also know that Tiffany can clean their own jewelry. He never once gave us the option to have the necklace cleaned by Tiffany and co. We are both 18 so him being very rude to my knowledge makes me feel as though he was just discriminating against us because we don’t fit the demographic. And he gave my friend the option to clean the necklace with their $5 cloth, so we purchased the cloth. Only to get to the car and see that the cloth isn’t inside of the box, my friend went back into the store to get the cloth that she paid for. Only for James to rudely ask “are there more complications for your necklace?”. Then as soon as my friend was exiting the store she asked what his name was, and he said “Why do you need to know my name?” as he walked away from my friend. And refused to give my friend his name. Until one of his co-workers gave my friend his name. This was a very horrible experience as Tiffany and Co. should not have an employee tarnish their image by having a snarky and rude attitude. Very dissatisfied with my trip today.

We love Rachel! After visiting two other big box stores for wedding rings and having a lackluster experience, we saved Tiffany’s for last and were very pleased with our experience. The ability to try rings on in your size adds so much to the shopping experience. Rachel was knowledgable and helped my indecisive brain pick out an engagement ring and wedding band. The packaging is beautiful and the hand written note is a great touch as well. 😊

Super great and helpful staff. They very patiently let my husband try on everything, and gave advice on selecting a piece. We ended up buying a beautiful silver chain bracelet, which he enjoys to this day. The jewelry quality is a great reason to shop at Tiffany’s. The superior service is a reason to choose this particular location.

I do not live in the area anymore but I prefer driving to this location because it is in a quiet area with great parking and the employees are always amazing. Today, Rebecca helped me to quickly find what I was looking for, and while she was preparing my item I mentioned that I had a trip to Europe coming up in April. After asking where we were going she offered some great suggestions for things to do in the cities I am visiting. The transaction was already complete so she did not have to continue the conversation, but she did anyway which proved that she wanted to provide awesome service regardless of the situation. I will absolutely visit again.

Beautiful store with great service people. Came in for a simple gift and didnt feel uncomfortable as I expected when walking in and expecting to buy the cheapest thing. I was happy to stop in and I was happy leaving. All around a great experience and will probably go here for gifts in the future.
