The pharmacy is a joke. I understand many hate their job, it’s a tough world at the moment… however, to purposely go out of your way not to help a customer in need, to make their life easier & over all, an easier transaction, it’s a little pathetic, & beyond rude. Fine, be bland & rude, but give me my medicine & make sure you tell me exactly what I need to do in order to get it faster. Staying quiet & giving me 1 word answers as if we’re playing a guessing game, on top of wearing a mask, it feels like a joke going in … & not at all en environment where I would trust my medicine to go.Beyond words, it’s just wrong. How does NO ONE care at a place that has managers? Like how do people get paid being able to treat customers like so?!

Pharmacists, pharm techs and store staff are always nice, helpful and quick. I feel bad they always have to deal with upset and impatient people.

I was on hold over 30 min. Finally got through and the guy was rude and acted like he had no patience. He said they only had 2 people working and were busy. I get that but that is not the customers fault you should take your frustrations out on your manager who makes the schedule. DONT go to this pharmacy unless you like being disrespected.

Terrible place to get your vaccine. My brother went in for his 2nd dose of the Pfizer vaccine and he had pre-schedule his appointment WEEKS beforehand like many of us do. They didn’t have him on the list and she was very hesitant about it and I had to look it up on my brothers email account. She then told us to go to the pharmacy drop off to let them know that he wasn’t on the list. My brother gave him his name and they were able to find him on the system and he did in fact have his appointment. After that he asked us for insurance verification. He had his IEHP and not his state insurance card (Medicare) that they needed and they said that a social security number was fine. We were able to get his social security number in a few minutes from our mom but he said that if we didn’t have that either then we were going to have to do something differently for the vaccine. I don’t know what that meant. Did he mean that my brother was going to have to get re-scheduled or that he had to sign up all over again??? This vaccine is free and putting people against a corner limits their access to a vaccine. I can only imagine how much of a struggle it is for families that speak only Spanish as is the case here in the Coachella Valley. I’m glad that we have our vaccines but the service here is terrible and very suspicious. I think our congressman Dr. Raul Ruiz should be aware of these activities that affect all types of communities as well as local city officials and news outlets. Please do better.

Terrible, awful location in every way, shape and form. Horribly stocked. No one has even the tiniest clue as to whats going on. Run from this store and never look back!

I’m retired and traveling in an RV out west so I go to different pharmacies in different states but I always use the preferred pharmacies in my part D plan. CVS has been filling one of my medications for over 2 years but when I called to have it refilled they told me it wasn’t in my profile. When I told them that I had been getting refills for 2 years they acted like it wasn’t possible. Got that corrected and then when they tried to fill it they said my part D provider denied it. Called Wellcare and they said it was covered, so I called CVS back and told them this and they again said it was not. So.....back and forth with CVS and Wellcare until CVS realized they used the wrong product code and finally filled my prescription. I can’t find the words to properly express how incompetent these people are. I won’t use them again.

Disorganized and slow! Poor communication and customer skills they have no problem sending you to a line so they can tell you they can’t help you. Worst customer service ever!

Just came in this morning To kill time before work so I took a look at the makeup section as a walking around Im constantly hearing a bell ringing I finally figured it was a motion sensor. Which is extremely annoying to listen to while youre trying to shop and look for things. Finally I left cause I got sick of the noise. Plus Their make up section was pretty bare. As Im leaving the store the cashier is looking me up-and-down and saying youre not buying anything. As if I was Stealing I said no. Your shelves are bare. Plus I felt very uncomfortable due to the Motion sensor constantly going off.

They have nobody in charge. And if they do they certainly dont show it.

Convenient place to get to. In Albertsons shopping center. Store is big and has a pharmacy. Store is still open, but business hours keep changing. Highly recommended

I was permanently kicked out for reasons that werent explained to me after I went to get some baby formula.With this virus around, its scary to think that this store could let my baby die simply because they feel like it. There is no where else to go when I get home from work and they are taking advantage of the virus to make people struggle.The guy who claimed to be the store manager was extremely rude and abrasive.(He wasnt the manager)I recommend you dont send your worst enemy to shop here.

When checking out at the register the Cashier David on February 22, 2020 at 10:38 pm was inpolite. No greeting and had an upset look on his face, when handing my change back he simply dropped all of it in my palm and the reciept tossed on the counter. I only purchased one item which was a thermometer not the best experience in this store.

I was wondering why they have 2.9 stars. Now I know. The pharmacist is rude, and he was gonna make me drive 6 miles because he’s lazy.

The guy listened patiently while I asked questions followed with answers.. He was real cool, pretty much with just a few, yea and a couple right. All I needed. Too bad only Walgreens will load my secured MC at no charge...

Told the pharmacist I would wait for my prescription because I lived 30 min away and she said it’s going to be 1hr. I went to run an errand next door and returned within in the Hr and was told I had to wait another 30 min! While a lady picking up while I’m waiting only waited 10 min. There’s literally nobody waiting for medication I don’t understand why they don’t fill the ones that are waiting in the store. The attitude and lack of understanding is unbelievable from LaRessa who’s the person at the counter. Will never come here again!

Terrible service today. I have a 3y old w/ terrible stomach pains and the main PT that was working with laresa tonight january 10 2020 6:30pm. There tonight kept talking about he could still purshase tickets to ..... and chit chatting made sure everyone else left. There i am with a 3y wanting to poo every 3secs waiting for his prescription when all he had to do was something that took him like 3 secs after i had to verbally tell him i either get the prescription back and go else where or you fill it because my son is having bad stomach pain. Seriously so inconsiderte to children. His life was far way more important and so was the outside chatting. Terrible terrible 1hr and 10min just to get over the counter that they had. .....

Well stocked! They have lots of seasonal items. They even have ice cream. Staff isnt friendly or very helpful though.

I am giving this place a one star, I would give zero stars if I could, simply because of the Head pharmacist. Just rude, yelling at patiens over the phone and giving the 2 people ahead of me attitude and even myself. Got mad because my addresses weren’t the same, I even asked where is the epsom salt, he got frustrated LOL, Not only that he keeps slamming the keyboard.Most uncomfortable experience here so far. I’ve been coming here for over 12 years...

Horrible pharmacy... Dropped off prescription 2 weeks ago, called & was put on hold for 45 mins too be told to call back in another 45mins. I called was told my order was ready go pick it up. Once there, they advise me my prescription still not ready, to wait 30mins. I go back, & still not ready... Way understaffed, poor communication, & very unprofessional.

Its a fine CVS for pharmacy and otc meds..A little expensive compared to other stores and since Chase ATM was removed I dont go here as often...

At 5:30 am, Saturday March 25th, I asked the druggest for help in locating an over the counter anti nausea medication. I was looking for gravol, a common OTC in Canada. He seemed very confused. I explained that it was to help stop throwing up. He insisted there was no OTC for that and that a prescription was needed for that type of medication. My wife suffered through the morning. Since then, I have seen products in California drug stores that are OTC for nausea.

Not much to comment about this place.

I dont know who the guy is working the night shift but he is extremely rude I was polite handed my money over and he just snatched it from hands and let out a sigh and rolled his eyes this is the second night he has given rude customer service Im going to contact management tomorrow he was also rude to the other patrons as well can management please find another stand member for this shift

The overnight guys are absolutely horrible! So rude and never helpful. They are so lazy and never want to do anything

Terrible place to go between the hours of 1am to 4am due to the fact that there is an individual who has been working there for quite a while and surprisingly so because he is not friendly whatsoever and he should definitely not working with the public.

Issues with printing, not as nice as other nearby Indian Wells locations.

My son needed a restroom he was feeling nauseated and not feeling good we asked the cashier Laura if she could hand us the keys to the restroom and she just ignored us didn’t even care to respond and we asked twice we told her it was an emergency so we had to walk out . Awful experience we will report her !!
