I was just gonna gripe about the older lady working as a cashier today but apparently this has been an unresolved issue for quite some time now...rude as they getYes I forgot my mask at the house and had an improvised face shield in its place and even bought a mask pack but as for the rest of my purchases I’ll get them elsewhere.
The only problem with this store isnt the store itself its the older woman who is quite possibly the rudest, most disrespectful & flat out one of the meanest people Ive ever met. I can never split a transaction when shes behind register because according to her Its not something we do everytime I ask for something thats kept behind counter she acts as if its a chore & I shouldnt of asked. Wont accept DMV issued license renewal paper work. It honestly seems like she treats people bad just because she wants to do so. This store is close to my home & convenient for me & wished there were more employees like Kurt who is honestly a genuinely nice person & always goes out of his way to make customer happy & even engages with customers in conversation. Kurt & the other younger guy with dark hair, Chris I think? Sorry I forgot his name but him & Kurt are assets to your store & great guys.
Horrible old lady ruining this business. have been going here for years now. One bad employee. (Old lady with nasty attitude) every single time I go there and she is there I can expect a problem. Even other customers constantly having an issue with her. I’m over 30. Everyone in the store knows my face. She rejects my ID to purchase beer. I’m not an alcoholic had not been drinking and rarely drink. Thanks for ruining my night and my companies evening. Will no longer do business here until this bitter woman is no longer seen behind the register. It’s time to retire her please. EDIT: Lets talk about the purpose of scanning the ID. its an aid for the cashier to verify the age of the consumer. the cashier is still trusted to make the decision. THIS WOMAN IS AWARE I AM OVER 30 YEARS OLD. I have purchased alcohol from her numerous times over the last few years not to mention something else from this store almost every other day for the last 2 years and she has sen my valid drivers licenses and ID BOTH FOR LONG ENOUGH THEY COULD EXPIRE! So what we can tell now is this woman is not trustworthy to properly judge the customers age or remember the regular customers or respect the average person that walks in. I guarantee she is driving away more then just my business. that said, THE REST OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND COMPETENT.
Susan the older lady That works there is bad at her job, bad customer service. I’ve witness a lot of people have issues with her and I just had my bad experience. You need ID for Lighters is just dumb.
Incredibly rude cashier there. Rolled his eyes at me because I didn’t know what the reward number meant and then got mad because my canadian debit card wouldn’t work in their machine.
Don’t bother coming here. Mask only.
Rude and unbelievable. Went in to purchase drinks and snacks asked for a public restroom he said they didnt have one. I said, thats ridiculous, if you gotta go what do you do?He said, he locks the store and goes next door. Needless to say I left my drinks and went somewhere else.
Excellent only thing I dont like is they close for some periods of time for breaks I guess that is inconvenient.
