Great service...excellent customer service skills!

Was told by another repair shop that car needed a new water pump. Went to Shell to have it replaced and it was only loose hoses. Fixed without a large cost. I really appreciate an honest mechanic that does excellent work.

BEWARE!!! I wish I could give NO STAR! I took my car in on December 19, 2019 and just got it today, January 29, 2020. I took it there to get my car Smog. The person in charge “Wayne” told me it would cost me about $2000 to get it fixed to pass smog. I paid over $1900 and every day he couldn’t find what was wrong with my car. I left it overnight countless of times and he never could get the smog done. But he certainly collected my money. He lied continuously about the parts that were missing and about what was done. I caught him In countless lies and finally told him on January 28th, that I was speaking with an attorney. Wayne is a thief please do not go there! He will rip you off especially if you’re a female.

Absolutely horrible service. Tried to overcharge me by 200% on a repair to my vehicle on parts alone. They charged me an hours labour to be able to tell me that my diagnosis was correct. When I questioned their choice to replace unnecessary parts they all gathered around to insist I had no idea what I was talking about. The shop I sent the car to after pulling it from shell knew the issue I described and the part that needed to be replaced with a simple phone call and quoted the job at 1/3 the price.Not only did they try and overcharge for replacing unnecessary parts, but the way in which I was treated while trying to have a rational discussion about the need for those parts was about the worst Ive ever been treated by any business Ive ever dealt with. Their service manager Wayne Barnhoorn absolutely cannot be trusted and I can only assume that their GM or owner is just as bad, as Wayne had to turn and ask him what to do when being questioned about why they couldnt just replace the parts I asked them to.1 star is being kind. They deserve less. Beware of these scam artists. They will do everything in their power to rip you off.

This place closes 30~45 min early on a daily basis!!The lady Patti is always on time in the morning, why can’t the guys in the night be more responsible in caring for the customers like she does. Too bad I was about to drop a couple 100’s in there that Circle K down Washington now got on Lottery tickets!•To the owner I’ve lived down the street for years and the only consistent things about this Shell Station are its high gas prices, the fact that you close 30 min before store hours and Patti’s happy to be at work friendly attitude!! So just a note ya’ll lost out on $250.00 to be exact at 9:32pm~ sorry for your loss...Pdcc resident!!

These guys are GREAT! Moved to the are and needed an oil change. They were professional, courteous and offered a great price! They did a complete inspection of the vehicle, rotated my tires and more for $34.99! I will not take my car to anyone else. Today I needed a smog and they took good care of me! Thank you Edward and gang!

Great techs here! Very convenient location. Well stocked store, close to grocery stores. Never had a bad experience here, and I have been here dozens of times.

I would never fill my vehicle here if I wasnt using my company issued gas card. This place is so much more expensive than other gas stations I can hardly believe it. I do like their convenience store though, small but well stocked.

Steve, who runs the auto repair/smog check station at the shell station was EXTREMELY helpful and genuine. He helped me get my vehicle to pass the stupid smog check. I highly recommend his services to everyone. I always thought honest mechanic was an oxymoron until today. THANK YOU STEVE!!!!!!!4-10-18Steve does not work here anymore:( dont go here. Horrible! Did my smog check here and they never alerted the DMV...Had to take time off work to get a copy of the report only to take more time off and turn it into the DMV!...Dont waste your time or money with this place!

This place is great, it feels like a small town gas station, the owner is always there making sure everything runs smooth, and they are always happy to put air in my tire with a slow leak.

Needed some help pumping gas because the rubber boot on the pump was wore out. I went inside and asked the attendant to have someone come out and assist me.While waiting for someone to come out I waved to one of the mechanics working there to get their attention I needed help, only to get cussed out by him in Spanish. He said he has a name and he is not a dog. All I did was wave my hand in the air to get his attention.Horrible customer service, worn out pumps. Super high gas prices only to get cussed out by some mechanic. Ill run out of gas and walk somewhere before I ever do business there again...
