When you go the new look is good and nice plus clean. Miss Allison is the one to speak to. Helped me get the right lenses for the right price. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and in research for lenses for my specific frames was able to get what I needed. The whole staff are very kind and welcoming as you enter the store. I recommend this store.

Best choice of glasses now that they have remodeled store. My doctor gave me wrong prescription and they were so helpful in replacing the wrong prescription. I highly recommend. Daniella is very helpful and very knowledgeable. Andrea is great to work with also.

The best customer service! My favorite sunglasses needed a minor repair, so I called and Manny told me no problem, bring them in! Jose fixed them right away and they are perfect! The service that they provide for a checking your eyes is amazing but since they are really busy it feels extremely crowded. They didn’t have the glasses that I wanted and a lady told me that I needed to do it online and she couldn’t help me with that.

Lets start with my appointment was at 11:20 and I left Lens Crafters at 2:00. I didnt see the Dr. Until 12:40 and that was after I was already put into room and then the Dr. was told in front of me someone else was before me, so they had me leave room and put the other person in. She did come into store after me.I had 4 different people helping me look for the correct glasses and each time they would walk away and go do something else.Time for my eye exam which the Dr said would be free since the mix-up, that was very nice. Exam over and I have absolutely no idea of what I need we talked about contacts and he left came back in room with contacts and said Im going to put these in for you so he did and said I was finished. He takes me over to get glasses and he told the girl to show me what to do with contacs NEVER HAPPENED and I left with these contacts in my eyes with no instructions of what to do or for that matter I was not told one contact is for reading and other for distance. Now another person is helping me and training another and never talked with me about how I wanted my lenes for glasses or how it works with bi-focals which I didnt know I was getting. Shows me the cost over $1000.00 for glasses and frames were only $100.00 so my cost was over $500 after insurance and then she says after showing me a couple things says to me the lowest I can go $275. So now Im angry I have been pushed around no idea what I need for my eyes and this completely rude associate could careless of what I wanted but of course I didnt even know what I needed and I asked many times! Now I have to go to work because I have been there for 2 1/2 hours. I left made appointment for next day to get whatever I needed. Im driving and realize they let me walk out with no instructions of these contacts in my eyes. This was one of the most unprofessional, unorganized, and uninformative places I have ever been. I never did go back.I will say when I called whomever I spoke with was very nice and helpful and most of the staff were nice. It seemed like nobody knew what the other was doing.

Went to Walmart customer service suck but I guess you get what you pay for. Costco the lines are completely overwhelming a 2-week to possible a month wait time for glasses. Which leaded me to LensCrafters customer service was great girls were super helpful. Alex grade A customer service thank you.

I visited this LensCrafters in 2019 and was very happy with Dr Gayles exam and approach. My visit on 9/25/2020 left a lot to be desired. The vision technician was excellent with a good approach and fast as she tested my vision. She was a good communicator and willing to answer questions. Dr David Haitz on the contrary had a very poor approach, appeared disorganized in his exam methods. I did not purchase the prescription and will have a second exam elsewhere, most likely drive the 2.5 hrs to La Mirada to my old optometrist that I trust and was thorough and accurate. My second issue is that their hours on the website listing, Google and phone message arent updated. A call at 4:50 receives a message but not a response from anyone. The optometry line at least has a message machine responding. But the business side does not respond just rang and rang and rang and rang.

Some constructive feedback... Please put out a sign that says you need to make an appointment to buy glasses.Went here two consecutive days. First day looked at some frames but they were busy so just asked what the turn around time was once I ordered glasses. Wasnt able to ask anyone a question and now one acknowledged me for 20 min. After I did ask my question the associate said nothing to me about making an appointment.Next day got there and was told I need to make an appointment to purchase frames and lens. I picked out frames had my prescription and was told I would need to wait in between appointments. Was there for 3 hours and in the spaces between ppl that walked in and out of the store no information about when I would be seen was passed. Didnt want to intrude on the staff there and add to the stress of them being understaffed. They said only 3 ppl showed up to work today.1. Create a way to sign up and or view available appointment times online.2. Make it possible for ppl to select frames online and take measurements.3. Properly man your storeI used to love LensCrafters for their quick service. Helped me out in pinches where I needed glasses before deployments and were able to turn glasses out to me same day sometimes in an hour. Fix stuff so you dont go out of business because youre not modernizing and keeping up. We dont want you to get shut down by Warby Parker and other online stores... But if your in person customer service sucks and is the only thing separating you from the online options...If people making appointments are giving you negative reviews maybe something needs to be changed?

Technicians were unprofessional and did not have an understanding of what they were doing. It was as if they were shown the equipment twice and then released to patients.The doctors office was a mess! Upon meeting the disheveled doctor (uniform and appearance awry), I let him know I am uncomfortable being in a doctors office where there are three tissues of trash outside trash can and on the floor; paperwork from last patient was strewn about; open contact solution bottle about; equipment sitting on counter unorganized.Doctor said he understands and I can leave. I expressed that I was on my last day of daily contacts and was desperate. We sat in silence while I thought about it.With healthy eyes, I decided to tolerate it just to get my prescription. Doctor would blow his nose the use equipment to look into my eyes which required his hand on my cheek. This was disgusting. He asked me what the diameter and Rx of my last prescription was initially. I said- thats his job to determine! Not ride off last exam that was years ago and maybe outdated.He tried to make things better by giving me a few more samples and comped the appointment but I will NEVER go back to that location.

The manager (big, overweight lady with curly hair) was not helpful whatsoever! Also, she tried cleaning glasses with tissue paper as if that would help with the issue I had, they werent even clean & when I tried telling her they were still dirty she said “They should be. I just cleaned them.” like girl obviously you don’t know how to clean glasses.

Me and my husband has been looking for a great caring bedside manners eye doctors. And we found it him at lenscrafters. He was so caring and not trying sell you stuff you dont need. He helped my husband get his vision corrected cause he blind as a bat lol. Then when it was time for the lenses the was this great guy his name was Jahar very caring very sweet tryed to help us out with our benefits and PRICES. He was awesome. It was getting late and he had night school but he kept telling no no am good yall are my customers and I want to makes sure it gets done . So we are very happy customers and will continue every year for our check up!

Pros: great service, prompt, and large selectionCons: my opinion you pay a large mark up for instant glasses. If you can afford to wait, its better to do so. Youll save a bundle.

Got a LensCrafters gift certificate for my birthday. LensCrafters didn’t have the style of sunglasses I wanted an apparently couldn’t order said style for me. I then tried to return the gift certificate, LensCrafters was unable to do this for me as well. So, finally, I decided to just get a pair that was close enough to the style I liked. This will be the last time I ever deal with LensCrafters.

I haven’t gone yet to pick up my glasses but the service was very nice the people made you feel relaxed and the dr was so kind I was wondering if I don’t like the frames can we exchange them thank you

Yes went in for my glasses and were not done right again .so we change the frame and will see if these will work .hard to believe this is happening twice now I will never get glasses here again .I hope I get a refund on these glasses after all this as now it will be 6 to 7 weeks UNFORTUNATELY

Ive always had a great experience at this location with not only those doing eye exams, but also the no pressure sales when selecting frames and during the selection of additionl options for your lenses. The associates are more than knowledgeable on their products and what theyre doing when measuring the frames to fit your face. I have never once been pressured into an add-on option that i didnt want or need on a new pair of glasses and that made the process less of a hassle and more of an enjoyable experience. They also offer a one year replacement program from if you damage your frames and lenses, its worth the upfront cost of the protection plan and when you need to replace the frames or the lenses its only a $25 deductible and if you want both lesnses and frame replaced its only a $50 deductible. You can also replace them as frequently as needed during that one-year period and just pay the deductible. I always get a full new pair the final month of the protection plan to have a new set until i purchase a new style of frames!

This is by far the best worst company I’ve ever been to in my life! I seriously tried to give it 0 stars. I bought a gift certificate for my boyfriend for his birthday. They not only had a terribly small selection of frames and didn’t have the ones he wanted but they also wouldn’t let me return the gift certificate after they told me that they could 5 minutes beforehand. How can you refuse to return money that hasn’t been spent?!? Then the lady that “helped” us took forever and a day ringing up the frames we begrudgingly had to pick. Then she disappeared and I had to go look for her because she was taking so long. We will never be returning and I will definitely not recommend it to anyone. Nice job Lenscrafters!

Horrible unprofessional associates! Very rude over the phone! Received a phone call saying my lenses were ready so I drove all the way from Coachella! Was told they will be ready in a hour so I went walking around. Later on received an other phone call 30 minutes later say that there was a problem and that they had to reorder my lenses! Made me drive and wait for nothing! Recommend not going!

I cannot believe this place. I drove an hour and a half because I was told I could be seen at 1220 by a gentlemen and when I show up they say their is no appointment and Id have to wait 2 hours. Very upset. I spent all morning calling places. I need a manager to contact me or I will let everyone know not to do business here.

This LenCrafters location does not deserve one star. YOU WILL BE IN THEIR STORE FOR A MINIMUM OF 90 MINUTES. ITS HIGHLY LIKELY YOUR LENS PRESCRIPTION WILL BE WRONG.My lens prescription is not correct. The manager could care less if you have an issue. Especially when it appearsThey did something wrong and wont fess up. I had one Dr give me a prescription. He gave me a choice of two strength lenses. I came back for afinalization on the prescription. I had to see another dr to complete. He said Dr Gayle was wrong! Even though I had been wearing a 2.0 and Dr Gayle prescribrd a 2.5. This dr prescribed me a 1.0 lens! It did not work for me. I tried. My prescription was filled at Costco because they have awesome pricing for contact lenses. LC does not price match. Today I have spent more than $200 on 4 boxes of contact lenses that dont work. Costco could not take the boxes back because they were opened. I called LensCrafters. The LC employee told me to come in with my Costco lenses. I received 5 trial lenses for 5 Costco lenses. For the left eye. I used one and they were too weak. What a mess! So I called and asked for the Costco lenses back. I WAS NOT ASKING FOR ANYTHING FOR FREE. My left eye had adjusted to the previous strong lens. The weaker strength was not strong enough when reading. THE MANAGER OF THE STORE SAID WE GAVE YOU 5 TRIAL LENSES. WE ARE NOT GIVING YOU ANY MORE!!WE NEVER EXCHANGED ANY LENSES! WE DONT HAVE ANY LENSES FROM COSTCO! I said she was basically calling me a liar. I told her I would report her to headquarters. She said go ahead I will write all over your file! Period end of story! So much for customer service. Today my prescription at Costco is NOT CORRECT and I do NOT HAVE a contac for my left reading eye. I think trading contacts purchased at Costco was not supposed to be taken in! So maybe this needs to escalate to another arena. ALL I WANT IS AN ACCURATE PRESCRIPTION AND LENSES STRONG ENOUGH FOR ME TO READ!I SM SHOCKED AT THE MANAGERS FLIPPANT ATTITUDE. MAYBE I SHOULD GO TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND ASK FOR A REFUND. I WILL TAKE THE VOUCE MAIL THE LC LEFT ME. THIS MANAGER HAS NO VLUE WHAT GOES ON IN HER OFFICE. THERE ARE OTHER PLACES THAT OFFERING SERVICES FOR LOW PRICES.
