Excellent place to bring your computer for repair. Professional technicians and affordable prices. They know what they are talking about and they are honest. They are more interested in creating a long-term relationship with you then making a quick profit and burning you like some other places that are run by big corporations. Highly recommended if you need a new PC or if you have a virus or even if you need a house call. They are conveniently located on Highway 111 just past Monterey.

Excellent Experience with all the staff from NYPC!

I took my laptop into NYPC hoping that they could solve my problem of my computer not loading up. Angel checked over my computer and did his magic for me and it loaded up. He told me that the Bios file had been changed and he fixed it. Who knows how it was changed. He had it fixed for me in about 10 minutes! When I took out my credit card to pay he said oh no charge for that. WOW! What great customer service. Highly recommend this business for your computer issues. Thanks again Angel!

Honest!! On two occasions I have taken my 10 yr old Toshiba laptop in for repair near our business, JCs Cafe. They could have pretty much sold me anything and I would have believed them. I wish there were more auto mechanics like them. These guys are the best!! Trust them...

These guys know their computers. After enduring several months of a slowing 5 year old MacBook Pro that on diagnostics that every thing was operating properly they were not satisfied and after reinstalling the OS still were not happy. After figuring the hard drive was failing replaced it with solid sate at a very reasonable price. The labour was extremely fair considering all the time they spent with it. Ive been with Mac for more than fifteen years and think I now have the fastest computer Ive had to date. Thank you.

I brought in a computer in which my Windows program crashed. I thought it was due to a defective keyboard where the number 2 was stuck.I brought in two original Windows programs because I was not sure which was loaded on to my computer. I have three computers at this time. I custom designed two of them.I was told that they had read literature that made them think that with my type of system and two hard drives, a reload would probably be unsuccessful.I was also told that my computer is old, has a video card that may soon fail, and that it was not worth the money to fix it.Then I got a sales pitch for a new computer. I declined. Picked up my computer and reloaded Windows with no problems. It will now be a spare.I called them and the person said that he did not realize that I had more than one computer and there was a miscommunication. Hard to believe.I recently saw the owners response which makes no sense. They charged me $95 to tell me it might be hard to load windows. Why not try to load Windows for my $95? That is what I did.Why would I replace a computer that was custom built with 24 megs ofdram and a 64 bit system which is much more than many computers today. There was nothing wrong with the hard drive and the video card still works fine probably because I have extra fans.

Thank you Noah and Team at NYPC for the quick repair of my Dell Laptop. I just wanted to give a quick shout out to this team of experts. I use my laptop every day for business in the office and in the field. My hard drive was failing and they installed a new SSD drive and luckily were able to copy all my data from old to the new and get me up and running in a day. Now my computer is faster with the new SSD drive and I am totally happy and satisfied. Thanks!
