Love Best Buy. I gave average rating because: employee was walking towards us to offer help. He was railed by an older gentleman and totally ignored us. He didnt even apologize or say he would be right with us or anything. We had to go find another employee. He was helpful but in a hurry. Gal at checkout was very nice and polite. I get it. I work retail. Every one is shorthanded and no one wants to work. Just remember, treat all your customers politely. Even if its just a quick acknowledgement, look up at them or whatever. The shelves looked like they needed som attention. Lots of outs. However, that seems to be the norm nowadays. They had what I wanted. It was a bit more than I wanted to spend, however, I wanted it now and didnt want to wait on shipping. Overall, average visit.

It took about 15 minutes to get someone to help us but when Ivan came over he was awesome. He helped us find and order what we needed but wasnt in stock. Shawn was also very nice.

Worst customer service, plain awful. Tried to give business to someone other than Amazon and Walmart. Lesson learned. Its Amazon and Walmart from now on.

We went in to ask a few questions about a specific item and couldnt get anyone to help us. We told 2 different sales people that we needed help and both said that they would get someone to help us because they were helping others. We waited .. and waited... And waited. After waiting for 25 minutes we left the store. We were extremely disappointed after just spending $10,000 on stereo equipment and home alarm systems! Plus over$5000 in appliances! We were there because the order was messed up because of their salesperson in the first place! Its highly unlikely that we will ever do business with this store again! Disappointing!

Needed assistance setting up parental controls and safety settings on childs laptop and phone and the Geek Squad at this location, in-store and at home, were top notch professionals. Super happy I purchased their maintenance plan too!

Super helpful in narrowing down what I need... a bit pricey... but got the info I needed. We still may purchase the big item I was investigating from Best buy for the warantee though

Love best buy, but historically this store doesnt have the best inventory. maybe i want odd things, but i typically have to order online or go to la Quinta and beyond. the staff is pretty great tho. have had some very knowledgeable assists with phones, etc. check Inventory online before you go. they will price match competitors...

Daleon and Colin provided upmost customer service as I walked thru the door and made me feel comfortable right away. The computer manager Michelle has great listening skills and made me a great recommendation on my new Bluetooth headset for working out. I got the under armour JBL cant wait to hit the trails now.

In store inventory isn’t correctly reflected online and they aren’t answering the phones so you can’t even call them to ask. The employees were really nice though. Very helpful in every other way.

Purchased a Epson 2760 and needed a usb cable to hardwire for installation purposes and Best Buy has zero product. The guy tells me to go to staples. I did and purchased the printer and cable there and returned printer to Best Buy. How do sales go up with this kind of service. Best Buy please answer??Ps I have the geek squad plan and they told me to get the cable. Sad ………

Top drawer electronics retailer with nice walk-in stores!

I received bad service. The man that was helping me wasnt really helpful. He had an attitude towards the questions I would ask him and he also had sarcasm. His name was Chucky. I received better service at the best buy in LA Quinta.

Best Buy I always forget it exists and glad I do because everytime I go there I pay more than I should.

One staff member was not very helpful, the geeky section employee just told me where to look for wires, but he didnt help me and he stayed standing behind the counter. I wasnt able to buy the cable because I dont even know how to choose those things. It was a Palm Desert store. Very famous and prestigious, but it was my first and my last visit.

Always so hot in there. It takes a while to find someone to help you. Once you get someone they are very nice.

Never have been a big fan of Best Buy, mostly in the past I have found the employees arent technically knowledgeable; however, I reluctantly I went there looking for a sound system for a specificant application. The employees I talked to about my project were very knowledgeable and very helpful. I ended up buying the first system I was shown once I installed it I was very happy with the quality of the system at a cost that was considerly lower that what expected to pay. Good experience!

Got my dash cam finally. Decent selection to choose from - David was great. I come here for 1 on 1 customer service and that’s what I got. Shelves are looking a little light, but I think they’ve just been busy lately. It looks “shopped” which I guess is a good thing for the economy.

This Best Buy is generally well stocked and next to a Toys rUs and a Costco. Most of their products offer a Geek Squad discounts that adds to and often extends the factory warranty. We purchased one of their new TVs and purchased the extended Geek Squad warranty that is supposed to cover accidental damage protection, but later we found out it doesnt cover screen damage. Do be careful with their damage warranty. The screens on the new flat screens can damage from only the slightest hit or pressure applied to the screen.

Staff are always welcoming and friendly their. They seem to be recovering very nicely from the pandemic closures with stocking items. I just wish they would go back to their regular store hours instead of closing at 6pm

Bought an open box TV, man at the store told us everything worked fine. What he failed to mention is it didnt have a remote, or a stand. This is stated nowhere on the box, or anything, so I only found out after driving 45 minutes to get home. The only assistance Ive been able to get is that I can drive all the way back and exchange it for one that hopefully has a remote.

I always know my visit to Best Buy will result in an informed purchase.

Bad customer service and the worse policy on electronics. I suggest buying all your electronics from Costco or Target. Try it and you will be happy with their policy. Hope Bestbuy close down.

This is a great store.. the staff is great, they always have The items that you need in stock and parking is easy. I highly recommend this store I know its just another Best Buy but this one is very nice

1) It took 8 weeks to get a laptop battery replaced. 2) they had a very poor selection of new computers probably due to everybody doing virtual classrooms. 3) I was on hold for half an hour before I hung up - make a reservation to pick up my repaired laptop.Nevertheless, the staff were pleasant and nice. Being efficient and timely would be even better.

Usually go to la quinta but thought Id mix it up as I had no working laptop. Had to wait a while for service, but they were slammed. The gentleman who did finally help me directed me to a dell system not in their store and a nice 200+ discount. Had to be shipped but got to me in 5 days. Very pleased with his recommendation and direction. Not to mention my decision, but yes eben a blind squirrel...

Best Buy has always been my go to place for consumer electronics. They provide very comprehensive service contracts. This store is like the rest: neat, clean, logically laid out. The only issue I found was a lack of CDs for sale but with the raise of streaming music services physical media is going away.

They have the dirtiest restrooms!Worst than your normal gas station. They have good service though.

Not the best best buy

We went late on a Sunday afternoon to purchase a large TV. The sales staff was great, helped us explore our options, scheduled our installation, and still had us out safely in under 45 minutes. The installation team was just as marvelous.

Was not happy at all. They have always claimed to neat anyones advertised price, price match. They wouldnt on the phone. I applied for Best Buy card to get a more expensive phone. They told me o was turned down. I wasnt....I got home and had email that they wanted varification it was indeed me applying as to prevent identity theft. Big difference.. Have on over 20 years bought all my phones there. Not any more!O..By the way..Im a 66 year old disable woman who was in a wheelchair so its not like they could miss it. They just didnt want to. When asked why they wouldnt do the price match. He couldnt even give me an answer. Angery for such poor service.

Super friendly helpful sales people! I get the impression Best Buy has upped its game.I think they have come to understand that customers someones want it at least like technical help in making major electronic purchases. So the staff I encountered were particularly good. The prices were comprable to what you pay on Amazon so why not have the personal service!? I bought $500 work if goods that I had not even considered buying before that day. Seeing them physically and accidentally as I walked the aisles and catching surprise sales made the difference.

When I asked what size of ram were in each tablet the Sales person told me the tablet I was looking at didnt have a ram size then explained I knew one of the tablets had a 2gig ram n would assume the more expensive ones would have a higher ram size... dont ask if you can help if your not gonna be any help

Was waiting for help 10-15 minutes when they had some employees free to help. End up not getting laptop cause they ware out of stock. I did try give BB second chance after not buying nothing for 8years from them and I’ll stay away for another 8. Poor service,high prices.

Nothing ..I told him I just have a quick question and was dismissed..Was told they could help me up front..So I went up front walked through the doors and off to Costco the shopping experience their was exceptional

There is NEVER anyone willing to assist customers and then when it is time to check out, theyll tell you where the cashiers are. You stand in line over 15 minutes watching no less than 6 employees stand around doing absolutely nothing. I hope best buy goes out of business soon and some company that knows customer service will replace them

We went to buy a new tablet. Were not pros, but we knew what specs were looking for in a tablet. The signs dont list the specs on their tablets. We asked an employee for assistance. He directed us to chairs in the front of the store. I guess if you ask for help they give you a time out! Because even though there was a constant parade of employees walking by us, after 10 minutes no one even asked if we needed anything. So we left, Amazon here we come!!!

Nice people in BB, all wearing masks the right way. Helped me find a fridge that was in stock, could be delivered in 4 days. But not a deal and I had to pay for delivery?? Last choice but they came through when other home stores were sold out.
