It just didn’t seem like there was any pride in the food being served. I had an egg McMuffin sandwich and I won’t do that again. IA microwave really isn’t a cooking appliance! See you never again.

Well, suitable place to stay to recharge yourself in the afternoon. The only thing - tables are dirty and they do nothing to clean them up - there is a blue tag on every table Our tables are not sanituzed. When we asked to clean up the table, they gave a bunch of napkins offering to do it by ourselves.

Very good. We stopped 2 or 3times a month after riding bike. Very happy with everyone.

Their coffee actually tastes like coffee! Much better than Starbux. Also, Starbux makes cappuccino by spooning in foam from another container. Coffee Bean actually makes the cappuccino correctly.

I ordered a drink with NO whipped cream (Sugar free mocha soy blended coffee). They call my name and my drink has whipped cream. I told the guy that I ordered it without whipped cream. He took the lid off, scooped the whipped cream off and tried to hand it back to me. It still had some whipped cream on it. I asked him to make a new one, he did but seemed resistant. Anyways, not a good experience.

Love this coffee shop. Cant sit in or outside yet so right now its just take out. The staff is fast and courteous and they are following the proper Covid guidelines. One of my favorite summer drinks there is the Malibu Dream, it is fruit tasting some strawberry and orangey and maybe a bit raspberry too, make sure to get the whip cream! Its just not the same without it. Also they have a nice assortment of pastries and sandwiches and some healthy combo packs. I cant wait to be able to at least sit outside, they have a nice outdoor patio.

Iced oatmilk cold brew was PERFECT.

I ordered 2 drinks. As I was heading out the door, I dropped both drinks. They promptly remade my drinks and helped me out with them (Im disabled). Great customer service and great beverages.

Nothing out of the ordinary for this coffee bean location. Your miles may vary in the customer service department. Frequented by locals that like to discuss work, politics, their neighbors... Its located right on the beautiful El Paseo strip and great to walk into for an impulse beverage.

I must start off by saying, I drink coffee bean almost daily so I have been here quite a few times! (I go to many different coffee bean shops as well) For the most part, I get really great service! They have actually taken our order right as theyre closing twice now! (Very sweet of them) I took away a star because we have had one instance where we have had rude service by a young man who is no longer there and have had to take my drink back a couple of times because it tasted watered down, but 4 stars for all of the great service and well made drinks!

Good roast on their coffee... Much better than Starbucks and not nearly as expensive. Large tea selection as well. Baristas are well trained and work hard to get the drink the way you want it.

I usually go here to relax and people surf

Best coffee downtown. You might find yourself looking at the pretty new shop across the street and think you should go in for a drink. However, Pretty new digs dont make the coffee taste any better. Get the goods at CBTL. The happy delicious face WILL make YOU prettier. No bitter sipping face here!

Came here to kill some time while I waited to go into Soak for a manicure. Nice and clean! Great service. I got the hazelnut decaf latte, perfect for a sprinkly afternoon!

Great location and very service oriented staff. The only I would suggest is that your valor chairs need to be cleaned & wiped down.

No great one here I had to settle for a hotel room with the handicap restroom paid over $100.00 its nice to be able to soak in a tub for the akes soreness in ebsonsalt not here the bus stop is much more restful

I’m very reluctant to write a bad review but it’s the only way they will get the feedback they desperately deserve. And hopefully, it will prevent another patron from waiting 35 minutes for a latte and cappuccino (no modifications).We ordered a latte and cappuccino at 8:00 AM from a nice enough person at the cashier. We waited the usual 4-5 minutes. At that time our coffee has not yet been made so I asked “excuse me can we have that coffee for here now, we’ve decided to stay” they said “no problem”After 15 minutes of watching people who ordered behind me get their coffee (at least 4) I asked about my drinks and they said they’re coming right up.10 minutes later and 4 more patrons received their order and mine had not come up. Even people in the store were telling me “we can in 15 minutes after you that’s not right!”At that time I made a 3rd complaint to the cashier and she just said “sorry”Now after 35 minutes I asked for a refund and the manger ageeed and apologized. She never mentioned making my wife and I put coffees so I asked / “we’ve been here for almost 40 minutes can we still have those coffees”. She said sure. Of course.Meanwhile one of the baristas told Me my coffees had been stolen or taken by another customer. That did not make sense as I had been watching the counter the entire time. Never once did they call “Adam” nor did I see any coffee in coffee mugs put up for grabs. They were all in to-go cups.Long story short - boo! Not coming back to this place. They need new baristas, a new cashier and a new manager.UPDATE: I went back in 5 minutes later and they were very sorry and gave me a $5 gift card - upgraded from 1 to 3 star as a result.

Simply the best coffee. Try the vanilla dry chai latte ice blended 32oz... Dry means no water added, just the chai extract to make it strong

Normally the workers are nice. Today... Monday 11/20 6:00 AM .. Tall slightly balding guy wuth dark glasses was a rude ass... I buy coffee or tea here quite a bit. Over a period of past two years, alot actually. I brought my coffee in while walking, but was going to buy a shot of espresso to add to it. He was such an ass, I wont ve back. I live a block away. Starbucks I am voning your way. Loose thus rude dude and I will be back.
