Amazing CUSTOMER SERVICE!I went in looking for a massage gun. They were sold out at this location. But they looked at their other stores close by and asked them to hold the item until I got to the other location. I was able to get the massage gun.

Staff is very friendly and bent over backwards to help me find a properly fitting shoe! I am a challenge having recovered from two ankle and heal surgeries. Great customer service! I called in looking for a item, the female employee was very helpful, found the item,then transferred me to her manager-Pedro, as I had a question. He was extremely helpful too and receptive. I needed the item shipped to a nearby store so I can purchase and pick it up. He would arrange for delivery to my nearby store. I took info down and would await until arrival of it. Within seconds, I received a phone call back from Pedro informing me there was another store close to me that carried same item and was also in stock. He went over and above to make it easy for me to have this item as soon as possible. Btw, item was a deal, too. Thank you Pedro and employee...this kind of customer service speaks volumes of your work ethics!

Such great service from a young man who was on his second day of working there. As a small business owner, I really appreciate good customer service - I would hire him in a minute! He helped me find the items I was looking for easily and I was able to get in and out with what I needed without having to hunt.

Wanted to purchase pickleball supplies i.e rackets, balls and shoes. Selection at this store was somewhat adequate, however not a huge selection of rackets. Most priced $60 and above. $25 beginner sets were all wooden. Picked out a few better made rackets and purchased.Store personnel friendly and helpful at checkout. Parking lot was adequate. Didnt have my store coupons, but cashier said I could bring them in next day and they would discount the purchase price back to my credit card.

Selection isn’t the best. And employees aren’t the most knowledgeable but their prices are better than Dick’s believe it or not. And plus if you sign up for emails they’ll give you 10% off right there on the spot.

This place has everything for the golf enthusiastic. The customer service here is always great. A young lady by the name of Nikolette was a great help when I couldnt make up my mind on the shoes I was trying to decide on. If youre ever in this store and your undecided ask for Nikolette her personality is cheery and helpful.

I am a retired Navy Submarine Vetean. I went to the store after cruising by The PGA superstore next to them.Rancho Mirage 72200 HWY 111Well I wanted gear to go out to Joshua Tree.The Kid at the cash register I think was HIGH. I had a military prepare list of items. I ask what would be the stored preferred method on a large purchase. I walk in and Hand to GOD. I told the a 5 times I have a list as I am bringing items to the counter. Then we ring it up. Ok price is wonderful thank you Big 5 for honoring Veterans.I said can we take everything of is packing.The kid says to me.... WHY??Cause I have a huge hiking trip 2 mouths I will be on Silent Mode.I feel this would be an outstanding opportunity for some trainingThank you so much Parker

This comprehensive Sporting Goods store has excellent staff, very helpful and courteous. We came in to shop for pickleball equipment, and ended up purchasing there. When you join their e-club you get some good coupons and daily specials. Will be going back soon

Browsing and finding good quality items

As with most big fives you will find that they have a lot of things marked for sale but they wont have your size it wont have the particular item youre looking for on the racks and many times I dont even have your size in the shoes.

With Dicks and Sport Authority in very close proximity to Big5, Big5 does not price match any competitor. Service isnt great so no good reason to be a loyal customer. So you may want to start here and buy it for less elswhere.Dont get it. As slow as the store seems, you would think they would try to be competitive.
