Store is very clean, customer service representative was helpful but was unable to help me with my request. I had called earlier and spoke to is coworker and he told me to come down they would be able to help me, when I got there the gentleman said Im sorry thats not something we can do here at the store. I have spent 4 hours today on the phone and they at customer service told me I had to go to the corporate store. I called the corporate story they said come down will help you. I get there they say O sorry we can help you with that period clean store but otherwise useless

I purchased a new IPhone 12 mini from Pablo. The experience was great. He was a good salesman. An hour later I brought it back because the touchscreen wasn’t working properly. They didn’t have anymore in stock. He gave me two options. Return it for a $55 restocking fee or he would mail me one when they get more in stock. I could purchase the regular size IPhone 12 for a $55 restocking fee. I don’t believe that this policy is good for AT&T. I asked to speak with the manager. Alex the assistant manager came out. He refused to budge on the policy. I’m not sure I understand how you can sell a product that doesn’t work an hour later and penalize me for it. I decided to pay the $55 restocking fee so that I could get a phone. I went there to buy a phone. I did not go to buy a phone, waste a couple hours of time setting it up and bringing it back so that they could mail me one. In my opinion, Alex the assistant manager could have used common sense and figured out a way to wave the $55 dollars. His lack of empathy in this situation shows me the type of management AT&T has hired. Alex took what was a pleasant customer experience with the salesman and ruined it.

Miguel Coronel was my sales consultant. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Miguel took time to explain the new phone he was selling and helped convert all photos and contacts from my old phone. I felt so comfortable with his service I ended up adding 3 more lines and purchasing 4 new phones. Sometimes its all about having a sales professional you trust and who listens and makes you feel valued. I previously went to Verizon and Apple to look at new phones and didnt receive anything close to the exceptional service I received from Miguel.

A+ made switching from Verizon very easy.Edit: ended up having to come in multiple times due to Verizon’s unhelpfulness, and Javier, a manager lady whose name I didn’t get, and Lisa especially were all super helpful too. I had a horrible experience. The guy I was talking didn’t know nothing and answered questions like “I don’t think so” what’s that even mean? It’s not like I’m asking your advice. I had to ask three times how many gigabytes on that specific plan after the speed slows down. I had to tell three times that I want to get a new number. The plan options wasn’t clear and I can tell the guy was irritated from the start with my questions. I wanted to pick the number and I’ve spend around 15min there in total after trying couple of times I wanted to return to the previous but they said I have to pick what it’s there or I have to leave! That was very rude. There was no one at the store and I’ve already picked the number. I hope you will meet someone will do the job that poorly and rude as you do yours. I went to Verizon and made a contract with them. And they’ve let me pick the number even tho they had people waiting.

The wait was long however the service tech Priscilla was helpful with addressing my concern. On the other hand ATT CUSTOMER UNSERVICE was useless, I was transferred to 4 different people with the same weak approach, I dont have full access because I am working from home. Worst engagement ever. I recently got my service upgraded not. Asked useless Maria how long have I been with ATT, reply 3 weeks that what the record shows, I have been with ATT FOR OVER 20 YEARS. Clearly customers mean 0 to this organization. Its bad enough service in general sucks but customer longevity means nothing. Bring on Verizon.

Overall, the experience was great! Pablo set me up with the phone I wanted and also got me a deal on an iPad.Thank you! My old one was outdated and some apps no longer worked on it, and I had been thinking about it anyway. The downside, and it was huge, was finding out that stores can no longer transfer data from phone to phone. Since I could not remember my Google password on the spot, and the old phone had a totally black screen, he was unable to assist me. I hope I can get all of my contacts and other information moved over. :-( I dont want to take stars away from this store, because it wasnt their fault. The employees are great.

I have a phone which I bought three years ago. AT&T does not have batteries for them or extra parts. The phone, in order to change the battery you cannot just take off the back you have to take off the front tooth you have to take the phone apart to change the battery. The man at the AT&T office said they no longer make this model phone. He said your best bet would be to buy a new phone come up because the phones changed so fast. Then they have no phones in the store, in order to show me the new phones so that I may pick one. Not even a catalog. And Ive been at AT&T member for years and years and years. But it may stop

The store had the product I wanted. Their system was down and they refused to sell if to me witb cash. Like why try to help a customer buy exactly what they want. They had 4 workers inside and no customers. The salesman told me to go to Best Buy to purchase the item that I could have received at their own store.Not sure if anyone here has take. a management or business class before. But recommend trying to help customers buy products at your own store instead of sending them away to another store.

Day 1 Arrived In Palm Springs from Canada with an unlocked phone. Went to AT&T and bought a SIM card and a phone plan including data.Day 2 discovered data didnt work and went to another AT&T store for help. Tech there said unlocked phones from Canada sometimes did notprocess data in US and I should buy an unlocked phone from him. Not Happy. Day 3 happened to be passing AT&T store on Fred Waring and decided to go in. Told my tale of woe to the young tech Freddie who greeted us. Freddie patiently trolled through my phone, changed some settings and MIRACLE.. the phone works like its supposed to.Original purchase $50. Time and attention spent by Freddie.. way more than that. BUT AT&T will be my go to carrier when I am in the US (which I am.. often) and with that kind of service I will happily recommend them to my friends.

Worse customer service ever! Pablo and Stephanie shouldn’t be working there, they’re both rude & won’t help resolve my issue or submit a ticket for a lost shipment of my new iPhone. I got kicked out of the store by Stephanie telling me I need to deal with customer care. Spent almost 6 hours in 2 days trying to figure out where to go and who to call to process a claim for a phone that was never received. I wish there was a 0 star option, never had this kind of experience at any AT&T store in 14 years of service with them. So disappointed!!

Whether u have a simple question or a complicated purchase be prepared to wait a looooonnngggg time. They have the dumbest point of sale system in place that doesn’t differentiate from an hour long two line purchase process or a simple two minute exchange. Male staff are just ok but the girls that work there, especially Carolina are absolutely exceptional. Despite the stellar female staff members the customer experience overall kinda sucks!

Clean store with a long wait in an organized lineup. But the staff didnt know how to do what I wanted (short-term iPhone SIM activation with data) and the manager insisted it couldnt be done, even after I told him I got what I needed in New York three months prior. I suggested that we phone the NYC store but he refused. I guess the store didnt want the business.The 123 N Canyon Drive store was an interesting contrast. The rep there didnt know what to do but he had no problem with the suggestion that we call the NYC store. The NY rep was helpful and I was setup very quickly.

Probably the WORST customer service I have EVER received! AT&T messed up on my bill and then shut my service off for their own error. I was told I had to pay over $600 to get it turned back on by the MANAGER of this store! Needless to say I did not pay and left the store in complete disbelief that they treat customers this way. After about 2 hours of being on the phone with AT&T customer service I was able to get my service restored at NO CHARGE and a ticket was issued to correct the original billing error. If you want good customer service steer clear of this store!My final thought...how do you as a MANAGER tell a customer they have to pay you over $600 to turn your phone service back on when your company messed up on the bill in the first place?!?!?! And then wonder why the customer gets really mad about it?!?!

It took quite a while to get my phone activated because I pre paid some money online prior to picking up mb y phone at the store and online to store do not sync together. They had to void it out and start over. A fault in thier system they need to fix at AT&T. Staff was nice
