Countless problems and very long wait times on the phone (if you are lucky to get through at all), drive through and the line inside. Never seems to be enough staff. Its like pulling teeth trying to get 1 prescription filled and picked up.

Terrible customer service, especially from Shannon. Went twice to pick up photos after being told they would be ready. Both times they weren’t ready with different excuses, and the only response was “well he shouldn’t have told you they would be ready”.I had to update this post and give back a star due to a service recovery.

Typically this place performs ok with simple prescription refill. This last time Ive been waiting 3 days to get simple prescriptions filled. Cannot reach them by phone. Been on hold now 3x to be hung up on around the 10 minute, 20 minute and 30 minute mark. Guess Im going to have to go in and retrieve my prescriptions so I can take them elsewhere. Bizzare.Went thru drive thru, waited 20 mins behind two cars, got to the window, asked about my simple prescriptions. Told I have to wait longer. Asked for my prescriptions back so I could take them elsewhere. Waited another 20 minutes. Finally got them. Took them to Walmart pharmacy down the street. No wait at all. They had them ready in less than 10 minutes and at half the price. Adios Walgreens, you forced me to find another vendor and Im so glad I did.

I received my flu shot at the pharmacy from ZizI. She is super nice and efficient and i didnt even feel the shot. Waits are almost always long at the pharmacy. There is a very nice and helpful cashier lady during the day who has worked there for years.

Love this pharmacy, I would choose a walgreens over any other pharmacy store. The staff are always kind and professional even when the client is the equivalent to cow manure. The staff will always be mindful in answering questions, so as long as your asking nicely and not a karen about it. This is my favorite Walgreens. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to friends and family as its a nice and quiet environment.

Great experience using the LapCorp lab services located inside Walgreens.

They should have more signs posted in the store, especially at the pharmacy counter. In big letters with an arrow pointing in the right direction stating where to go for vaccinations.

I would rate this pharmacy zero stars if I could. They are extremely slow, I was sent away three times because my prescription still wasn’t ready (after they said it would be ready in 20 min twice). I am in severe pain and can’t believe it took them 5 hours to fill my prescription. Walgreens. Do. Better.

This is the most inefficient, frustrating pharmacy I have ever seen. My insurance gives me better coverage if I use them but I don’t care if I have to pay more...I’m going back to CVS! Don’t waste your time!

Waited over half hour to get a person to talk to. Waited an additional 15 minutes to get to the pharmacy. Will definitely not be using this store ever again. And will certainly share my opinions with as many people as possible. What a way to run a business!

I agree with a lot of the comments, but, Marilyn is the best pharmacist there. I have never found her to be rude; she has been more helpful than any other pharmacist when Ive been frustrated with PAs, medications not being filled, etc. I appreciate anyone who tries to help when Im beyond frustration and almost ready to just put a gun to my head.

This is a 24/7 365 location includes a pharmacy, which is great when you need something from the pharmacy on a weekend or holiday. The store is standard, with helpful staff. The phone system is a challenge, with oddly long wait times and Ive been randomly disconnected. Otherwise, a standard location outside of the hours.

Dont use this pharmacy! Lots of people running around pointedly ignoring people. When asked questions, they get impatient and angry with you instead of taking the time to answer questions about how things work.Not everyone is trained as a pharmacy technician, it should be their job to help us make sense of that wacky world where making money is more important than our health, and the pharmacists at this location seem to have no love at all for the people they take care of.

I feel like they hire slow idiots. They take too long and they never know when your prescriptions going to be ready.

I waited for 28 minutes on hold until a woman answered and wasn’t even apologetic when I explained how long I had been waiting.

Decent Walgreens with 24 hr Pharmacy..This own that works late like 4am wise is on or was on Backpage and damn does she look tweeked out

Marillyn the pharmacy manager is the most rude and unreasonable person i have ever dealt with at a Walgreens. Previous comments also show poor opinion of the pharmacy and its manager. I called her boss at 1800Walgreens to complain and maybe I will get called.I would suggest any other Walgreens pharmacy but this one unless you like rude and uneccesary verbal abuse by a person who shouldnt be dealing with the public.

I get all my prescriptions sent and filled at this location. I typically use the drive thru and usually in the evenings and late Night. The pharmacist at nite fast and polite and always helpful with answering my questions. The wait time during the day to speak to a pharmacist varies. Going late at nite sometimes will be less safe feeling. I have never been approached or anything but there is alot of sketchy ppl in the parking lot or near the entrance. The prices for candy are pretty good if u catch a sale. Thanks again :)

Very long waits all the time at Pharmacy. The employees are great and helpful..but lots of people needing meds.

This pharmacy is a JOKE!! I went today through the drive thru and waited 20 minutes. No one was in line before me. No one came to talk to me or tell me that I would have to wait. I rang the call button-no answer. Rang again-the guy (who was nowhere to be seen) told me to wait. TWO people were on their break at the same time. At LUNCHTIME. Do they not think lunchtime is obviously going to be the busiest time? My infant was screaming hysterically in the back seat of the car and I couldnt do anything because these people couldn’t care less. After 20 minutes, he finally came, unapologetically, and took 4 more minutes to find my medicine and they didn’t even have it all. SO frustrating. They don’t care at ALL.

(Horrible) I have been fighting with this Walgreens for quite some time now. Im extremely unhappy with the non existent results Ive had with them so far! I spent 10 days admitted in the ER for some very painful and awful infections and was told I needed to take my medication that night so after being released I went straight to the Walgreens to get my prescriptions filled. That was on the 11th, when I got there they had told be it would be 30 minutes, I waited two hours before I was told I could not get my prescriptions because they needed a diagnosis code. Knowing I needed them immediately I called the ER to get the doctor to send over the diagnosis code. I have the voice mail that was left on my phone saying the information had been faxed over an hour later. They told me it would take 5-7 days for my insurance paperwork to go through... Already in tears I went home to my 2 hour commute. I have been calling every day since checking on my prescriptions that in the system are non existent. Today was my breaking point (9days later), they told me that they hadnt received the diagnosis code and there was nothing I could do but wait until they got the code then wait another week for it to go through to my insurance. I called my insurance trying to find out anything I possibly could to make sure I get my medication so I dont once again end up in the emergency room and they called everyone including the pharmacy and returned my call saying that the pharmacy had obviously lost the information but still had my prescription slips and that my best bet would be to call in my self to get the code or go back into the ER to get the diagnosis code and bring it to Walgreens and hand it to them in person to make sure that it doesnt get lost then my insurance gave me the number to call to have it expedited because this was rediculous... Im beyond stressed and I have already passed a kidney stone without my medication plus the other is supposed to be taken every morning and night to ensure my infections dont come back and needless to say Im beyond irritated and if I do end up in the emergency room again because I did not get my medication because they misplaced a code and have refused to help me im going to make a very large stink about it. Like I said I have called day after day about this and not just that Ive gotten hung up on numerous times just after saying hi my name is Nichole... I wouldnt recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Its absolutely horrible, Ive had to rely on family and friends just to help me with my two babies because some days Im just in too much pain. And of coarse I cant go get another prescription because I already have one in the pharmacy.. Im constantly in tears and am just distraught and extremely unhappy with them. I have had a girlfriend tell me that she too has had problems with this pharmacy loosing information.

If there were no stars thats what i would choose. Im a local business owner and i was working late and had a lot to do this morning (its 130am) so i only a had a few hours before i had to start all over again. I had run out of medication that doctor prescribed yesterday. This asian women pharmacist refused to fill my prescription. I made no big deal just told her it was my worse experience ever and will never come back to that location again. I went straight to cathedral city which is the only other 24 hr walgreens out here. Within 5 minutes i was driving out of that pharmacy with my prescription ( no surprise there ).That lady was a real treat. exercising her power to gain her own sadisitic pleasures. Thank god she isnt a police officer or i would be in jail badly beaten raped and or dead right now. Probably a psychotic feminist with distorted perceptions on reality. The WORSE service ever for prescribers. They keep prescribers on hold for 30 minutes or LONGER and they never check their messages on the prescriber line. Do not call your prescriptions to this pharmacy!!!

Awful pharmacy. Have used twice and they had to order meds both times. A wait of two days a one day respectively. These were common meds, not something exotic. And the lines; don’t get me started.

There’s a policy that only Canadians and Americans can purchase alcoholic beverages and cigarettes. Anything else is not acceptable because there’s no barcode, no matter of your age. That’s a very narrowed point of thinking and running a business. There’s no empathy for such a absurdity

A few male and female white supremacist skunks works here. My prescription was shredded once, the other time ordering for my post surgery prescription was ignored until I returned for pick up 3 days later before the order was grudgingly submitted.
