Website appointment booking failed, no one answered the phone. It took most of the day to swap my battery. Also, took lots of negotiation to get any kind of warranty support on my existing battery, also purchased from Mountain Tire. they then tried to tell me that the battery cost double what I paid for mine and they prorated the warranty and gave me a half off discount. What kind of idiots are they used to getting here? If I had not had my original receipt, they would not have given me anything at all, and then they tried to send me out with no printed proof that I had got service. I will not be coming back to Mountain Tire for anything, it wasnt worth the effort for the warranty. If you do business here, get everything in writing and keep good records, you will need them.

The absolute WORST experience Ive had at a tire shop. I only needed 2 tires but let them talk me into 3 (thats fine) but then the nightmare begins. After sitting there for almost two hours, they finally took me out to see that they snapped a stud on one of the rear hubs. They said they had to remove the brakes in order to replace the hub - Im sure I didnt get a manufacturer brand replacement. After another two hours they finally have it done. I pay and go to drive away and there is a clunking noise from the rear. I took it back to them and they put it up on the lift and we discover they had taken off the rear upper control arm and put it back on, backwards !! Add another 45 minutes to take everything back apart and put it back together properly (while I stand there and watch this time). Five hours, broken parts and parts not put back together correctly - all for three tires. PLEASE BE WARNED !!This would be the Mountain View at Monterey in front of Walmart.

They cancelled my appointment two days in a row without any notice. They said they were unexpectedly short staffed. The second day, I called to confirm 3 hours prior. They gave me the same excuse. I can understand staffing situations, however, they simply could of made a phone call. Nice way to run a business.

The service was good. They really looking into the problem. I went to another shop down the road before I came here. And they did not anything to solve the problem with my tire. They just put the air into the tire. Next day my car warning came said I need to fill up air .So I went to this place less than an hour they found the issue. From now on I will make a business with them than the place that I always go before, Thank you! I forgot to mention the another said I will call you when you car ready and they did not call till almost their shop close so we have to call then they said oh your car is ready which this shop always call and let you know about your car. Keep up the work 👍

Dave and the Technicians are the very best! Dave instantly knew what to do when finding out we couldnt get a full drive shaft for my 4x4 until December, he took it upon himself to replace all my U joints and Center Bearing. No one else would touch that. He and his techs did. They are Gold.I will always drive here to get things done. Well worth that kind of service!!

Service was good. Jim has a horrific customer service. He claims that he called when work was done. But, no after 5 hours I call. Oh its ready........Jim did call back and apologize for the confusion even offered a discount for tires. Thank you for restoring my faith in the brand.

I was helped by Jim but everyone there was nice. Came in for a tire replacement. Got a nail in mine driving in from out of town. Only had 1 in stock very pricey didnt want to spend that much. Another tire would take a week to arrive. They understood and helped me find a tire with their competition down the street. Threw the spare on for me (free) since the other tire wasnt safe to drive on. Nicest guys.

Take all my hon days there for oil changes. Usually pretty prompt but one day was different. Two of the employees had called in sick, so I had to reschedule for the following day. But other than that they are very helpful.

Jim must be gone. And they do like to rip off Women. Had synthetic oil change, asked how long to next time, told 5,000 miles. Huh? I know some can be more or less 10,000. Said filters are still only 5,000. Checked, not true! This is only 1 upsetting thing of my appointment.

This guys are con artists. I went in to repair a flat in the center of the tread. Both times they said after taking the tire off (even though you could see where the screw was lodged in the tread; Oh yeah, its too close to the sidewall to repair. Youll have to buy a new tire and Audi will only let us sell two. Dont go here, save yourself time, money and frustration.

Oh my God absolutely amazing the guys at this place are so friendly and knowledgeable about what they are doing. I am very satisfied with the quality of workmanship. The price was fantastic and they made me feel really welcome each and every time Ive gone in there. When my car runs low of oil I can roll in theyll check it and top it off for me at no charge guys are super. Could do a little more with the lobby while youre waiting however. Wouldnt hurt to get Wi-Fi, but I still give him five stars

They like to rip off women. They wanted to charge me $240 for front brakes only. I called around before agreeing, and Im glad that I did. Discount Tire did it for $160, and were much friendlier about it.

I have had only good experiences here. Ive been taking both of my vehicles here since they opened. I trust these guys 100%! They are very knowledgable if you take the time to try and understand what they are telling you. I buy my tires fom them, and they do all the work in a professional, and expedient manner. I know that this business is too reputable to just take advantage of some random customer. This shop is part of our neighborhood, and in for the long run. Highly recommend. Thanks again Leo & Jorge!

Got there on time and they said my appointment had been scheduled for the previous day. Unless I can bend spacetime and I dont know it I called AFTER the time they claimed I had scheduled the appt for. They begrudgingly said theyd check out the problem anyway. Waited 1.5 hrs. Saw them finally take the truck into the shop from waiting area. 15 minutes later they said nothing was wrong with it. When I protested the guy even said, Look, Im not saying youre lying. Never going back.

Again, this service center is the place to go. Im a regular customer and as always, 110% satisfaction in all the services from every angle. The mechanics, the reps, and the Supervisor Leo Manchuca and his assistant Steve. thank you both for being there. You guys are awesome!

My Toyota Highlander was in for a 65K service and replacement of the rear shocks. Jim Mellin was my service advisor and did an outstanding job of describing the replacement parts (same as OEM) and the lifetime warranty. This car has been serviced at MountainView for the past 40K miles when the Toyota new car service package expired.

Do not I repeat DO NOT GET TIRES HERE! THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF. The service is horrible, they are overpriced. They will try anything to get out of warranty obligations. They dont take checks. They will haggle you on prices and then say they need to charge extra for balancing. There is an American tires across the street and its a lot cheaper. Please heed my warning you wont regret it, go any place but here.

Had a terribly experience at this tire shop. One star is the lowest it lets you put otherwise Id put no star. They give advice for your car you dont ask for and pressure you to purchase things you dont need spent 70.00 dollars here for them to balance one tire and them to tell me another tire was shot.

This is place started off faking their customer service. I was sent away in my vehicle not in safe conditions. I also met another customer (elderly)was had to drive from hemet & they did not help, she was sent back home without the help of her paid warranty which they claimed didnt exist. I will never go back & have spread it to all my friends.

The worst place ever. They fix the problem, bad they broke down something else to make sure you coming again.

After having my vehicle serviced there (oil change and tire rotation), when I went to do it myself at home, found that the lug nuts were so tight I had to buy an impact wrench and the oil drain plug was over tightened as well. Will never return.
