Have never had a problem until today. My husband was on the phone with Megan who started yelling at him because our payment was a week late. Im sorry when I can hear you across the room on the phone yelling thats not ok. I work in customer service and thats very unprofessional. You dont yell at your customers thats how you lose them just saying

The manager here (Terry) is Inconsiderate, husband and I both caught COVID and I had let her know, so we were both outta work due to quarantine. So when we went in to pay off our tv stand and let her know we couldn’t pay the remainder of the back up stuff. She wouldn’t even let me pay off my tv stand which I was just about done paying and had way before any of the other stuff. She started catching an attitude, and said if we didn’t pay it all she would pick everything up and that’s what they did..

When we first Arrived in Florida 4 Years ago the moving company that was coming from another state.Was taking to long .And thanks to this Rent A Center, they work so hard to provide us with all the furniture i will always be great ful to them.Thank you guys love you ❤

Floyd was GREAT and helpful, however, the couches I bought were previously owned and stink so bad. They were never cleaned before they sold them to me. Ive tried to clean them with my personal upholstery cleaner and cant get the smell out.

Great place to get an appliance even if its just for short term.

Ive worked with these people many times over the last 4 years that I lived so close to them in my Palm Bay apartment.. Always on time, always very friendly, always helpfull and knowledgeable. They can be expensive but it goes far because you own the item after payingboff loan!!

Decent customer service. A little unprofessional with how they talk to you. Because I have melanin in my skin tone doesnt mean you can be all yo and bro and think its acceptable. And within the same week we learned that RAC is charging the same price every two weeks for the price of one month at Aarons. The TV was 65 every two weeks. Aarons is 65 a month. So RAC is a total rip. This location is also almost always out of what you need, which means you need to wait longer to get something. #NeverAgain UPDATE: Told them to come pick up the item I have and its been three days now.

I would never refer nor rent a single item ...Note this if your late a week they charge 40 dollars well 60 dollars in my case a week ..added to the but off should have been explained there late fee better ... So really your being double charged sad fraudulent as s florida tx RAC ARE NIT LIKE THUS PEOPLE SGOULD DIG WHATS OUT THERE ASS ..I FEEL ..SMH
