STAY AWAY! This is the saddest excuse for a business. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Asked for money up front in full so he could order a part for the iPhone. Said would have the part next day or two. Not true. Then claimed the part came in but it was damaged (really? OK....). Made SEVERAL appointments to meet. He NEVER EVEN ONCE showed up. No one EVER answers the phone. Leave voicemail? They wont call you back. Ended up calling the Corporate office. Not much help there either. Its been a week. They still have our $$$$ and the phone is still not fixed. You have to go in person and HOPE someone is there ----- typically the doors are closed and locked. Maybe theyre out playing lotto with our money? Be warned!!!

Orkan was beyond helpful in getting my daughters phone fixed. He was patient and kind with both of us as we navigated through the issues with our apps also. Without him my daughter would have lossed all of her information bur he took his time to help us and now I have a happy daughter and he has a happy customer. I recommend him not just for fixing her screen in less than 15 minutes but also for his patience and thorough. He may not remember but I saw him deal with a belligerent customer who was, by the way, in the wrong. He never shouted and was calm during the whole time.

He wants $80 cash up front then orders the screen. Took over an hour to replace and now the phone doesnt charge and gets hot and the back isnt adhered to the screen so light shines around the edge. He destroyed my working phone.

Over a week waiting for a screen kept changing when the delivery date would be. Finally get it fixed and they give it to me cracked! Horrible customer service and clearly dont know what theyre doing. Not to mention Everytime I showed up to see if they had the screen or could refund me they had a sign that said be back in 5 and waited over 10 minutes each time.So go back into the store and the guy tells me The kid who fixed it was in training and didnt tell me he did that wow. Just wow. Well clearly they hired someone with no integrity. It would of been a completely different story had they just told us upfront hey so sorry this kids new it was a mistake let us fix it. Nope. Just let us walk out with it and waste our time. Then he tells me he can only give me half of my refund and he will let us know tomorrow about the other half smh.Update- took the scotch tape off they told us to wait to remove. The whole back of the phone is lifted off the phone and the screen is lifted off. No reason the back of the phone even needed to be removed to repair the screen.

I dropped my sons phone off to replace the screen and fix the charging port. It was done within 20 minutes. Unfortunately when I brought the phone home, there was a dark shadow on the screen. I returned to the store and it was addressed immediately and I was given a new screen to make things right (no charge of course). Again I was out within 20 minutes despite having several other customers. Excellent customer service.

I brought my phone in after cracking the back glass and within an hour the gentleman’s there happily fixed my phone. His name escapes be but he was extremely helpful!

Disappointed to say the least....First off he had to order my screen and asked for cash, Zell or Venmo half upfront ($65) and it would be here next day. When I refused to Zell/Venmo and wanted to only provide credit card he pushed it out an additional day instantly because of this change in payment. Secondly This business is only open after 3pm which is not posted. When finally fixing my phone 3 days later the screen doesn’t work at the bottom (iPhone flashlight and camera buttons). I have to fully open phone to access those applications. When on a call the screen stays black and I have to push side buttons multiple times in order to activate the screen and hang up. Also, my screen isn’t fully attached and pops out on the side. I have to push it back in where it clicks then pops back out.In all, I should have trusted my gut and not gone to this place when I was asked to Zell/Venmo half upfront as it seems like a scam. Now with the screen malfunctioning on three weeks later it’s evident. Posting this review in hopes to want others as the positive reviews are the only reason I went here and I have regretted it since.

My son in law took my phone here to repair the back of my phone. When I got my phone back the buttons on the left side don’t work at all. He took it back and the guy said all he did was fix the back which doesn’t look like it belongs on the phone at all. My phone also has rubber bands around it which I was told not to take off until tomorrow. I’ve been without my phone all day and now can hardly see the screen from the rubber bands. A $80 deposit was put down said the part would be in a couple of days yet it took over a week to finally catch up with someone to get my repair done only to have my phone damaged. I am so disappointed.

Brought in my S10+ to have camera fixed I paid a $40 deposit they opened the phone up to replace the camera stripped a screw in the motherboard so it couldnt be removed. A bit upset it couldnt be fixed I said ok I will just take my deposit back. They said no they would not give my deposit back. They told me I could have the camera though. I explained I did not come to buy a camera I came to have it fixed. Bottom line...try to find a place that either can do the job they say they can do or doesnt still charge you when they fail to.

I have taken My wifes phone in for a couple repairs now and can honestly say we have never had a better experience than here having a phone repaired. Its not if your phone gets damaged but when and when it does take it here talk to Orkan the owner.

Although I didn’t catch his name, he’s the owner of the store I visited in Palm Bay, Florida inside the Walmart on malabar rd. I went in there distraught, thinking my phone repair was going to cost me a fortune. I had dropped it and there was no outside damage but the top third of my xs max screen stopped working. I run my own business and couldn’t access the app I needed to run it. I took it to him and instantly he knew it was the screen. The LCD to be exact. What a relief. Although he didn’t have a screen for my model at that moment, he came up with a solution until it came in. He had a cracked screen in hand from another phone and put it on mine to hold me over. Worked like a charm! The very next day my screen came in and he replaced it in front of me watching, in less then 5 mins. Wham bam...... it was done and I was out the door. I could’ve been stranded and taken a hit on my business but thanks to his problem solving skills..... that didn’t happen. And his rate was very reasonable compared to other phone fixer places in the area. A sincere ty to him!!! I highly recommend!!!

Told us twice he will be back in 20 mins he is on break. After they just opened a hr and half ago. Never showed up. So called cell again and he didn’t answer. Poor customer service skills. Making a mother wait with two children for over 30 mins and nothing. What a waste of time!!!! Left and brought my business somewhere else. If you have a customer waiting why not even show up at the time expected. I work for retail and I know the skills of customer service and this is definitely awful. And rude !

Dude lied about /didnt understand the tech of the display he installed and put a cheap LCD on a iPhone X for 140, told me it was an AMOLED, the LCD has since just fallen off the phone, the bracket where it screws in separated from the screen. Proximity sensor stoped working after repair and phone wouldnt wake up during calls when the screen was working at all.

I recently Had my HP laptop repaired with a new LCD touchscreen. The staff was very personable and attentive. My repair was done in one week as they had promised because my screen was a special order. However, most repairs can be done within a day, if not special ordered. I would definitely recommend these kind folks who have the knowledge to repair any device you bring them.

My screen was cracked everything was great he said to come pick it up in 20 and I was like cool awesome. Pick it up 20 min later and he gives it to me to check. I put on my camera cause pictures are important to me and I notice the pictures come out dark and grainy looking. My instagram pictures so dark! All pictures are like that! I tell the guy my pictures and camera looks wrong everything is dark and he tells me oh it’s a phone setting problem. It was NOT. I would know when it was cracked my pictures were still clear and perfect now it’s horrible😑🤬

I had a screen protector put on in November of last year and was told it was warranted. Well I went today to have it replaced and they charged me for it. Also I dont like the fact that they use a phone to read your debit ot credit card. Very suspicious. I just called the 800 number and left a message.

Excellent Service, Quick, Professional and most of all...saved me TIME and MONEY. My iPhone 6 suffered from a serious fall and the glass screen had spider cracks from both corners of the phone. I have insurance on my device but they were wanting me to send the phone back and wait 2 weeks for the fixed one to be returned. iFixandRepair was able to repair my phone within the same day and saved me money by paying less than my insurance deductible. I will now rethink the purpose of having insurance when i know that these guys are around...Thank you iFixandRepair!!!!

We had an awesome experience at ifix and repair. We were helped right away and the young man helping us was extremely helpful and compliant, he even stayed an extra 30 minutes after closing just to make sure our device was in perfect condition and working properly.
