Excellent. Although we couldnt understand the menu or choices the lady behind the counter was very helpful and responsive. She helped us with the combination. We tried the mango chili as that was something our friends had recommended. And it was good. Plus the service was excellent. Will surely visit next time and try something different. Only recommendation please put out a menu with description in English for folks like us who have very little idea on the combos and contents of these ice creams also add description on what its made of and fruits/yogurts/toppings/etc. Will increase your business 10 fold. More people need to try it. I would surely recommend!! Thank you to the lady behind the counter who helped us with our order. Much appreciated.

This place is okay. Service is SLOW! Otherwise no complaints here. They take your order, you pay, you enjoy whatever you bought. No issues in the visits Ive had here, so far. You walk in and go straight to the right side and form a lime against the wall to tell them your order. then you swing by the front door to the register to pay.

No offense to anyone but I am going to convert over to going to ice cream places like La Michoacana from now on. The variety of ice creams is phenomenal - theres so much to choose from.From fruits flavored sorbets to ice cream to yogurt to fruits and food - tons of choices. I particularly love the lime/chilli/fruit ice creams mix - they are the best.Quality is quite good. Only thing I would ask the establishment to improve is to mark their ice creams with their names - I had to ask and it took about 2-3 minutes just to go over all their varieties and name them :-) thats how many flavors they had.

Awesome Ive cream at a good price! The paletas will give you a new appreciation of what can be done with an ice cream bar! The tiramasu ice cream and Ferrero Roche paleta are favorites!

Great ice cream, soooo many options way better than any other ice cream place around. Everything is made in house, they also have fresh fruit and healthy juices and smoothies. Definitely give it a try, support local businesses!

It is an amazing place to buy ice cream. They have various flavors of popsicles and flavored water (natural). They also have tortas, chips. But, the only reason I gave it a three was that they have increased the price for the ice cream and I am buying less and less. Of course it is good but it is hard to enjoy.

I’m writing this review with my 5th time experience of coming here. One thing that’s great about this place is that, the people are really friendly! I speak English and don’t know much Spanish but we still work it out and they are very nice and patient! Anyway, their ice cream is legit! One of the best around... I love how fresh their ice cream and different flavors they have. I’d come back to this place once in a while, probably more later in the season where it gets warmer :)

Best ice cream Ive ever had. So many different flavors and toppings. Fresh fruits, drinks, and snacks. Reasonably priced. Cant have any other ice cream after tasting this one!!! Staff is very friendly.

Great food and very polite and patient servers. The line gets long, but thats because their food is amazing and worth the wait. Weve been going for years and are still discovering new items on their menu. Sweet desserts, rich and flavorful drinks, and surprisingly, good hot food items including elotes, chicharon and tortas.

This place is the best to try various fruit flavors ice cream. Price is a bit high (medium cup = $5.49) considering the store maintenance yet its okay to spend for the taste. Best thing is we can taste each flavor and have 1 scoop of each flavor in same cup (medium = 4 scoops).

Ice cream was delicious. The elotes tasted off, too much sauce was put on it. I love their drinks, they are delicious. Always hard to pick just one. I have been to several of these places, and this one is in my top 5.

Everyone should go here!!! All the food is awesome and they have everything from Mangonada (con chamoy) to more simple flavors like Oreo. It will help a LOT if you order in Spanish, but if you dont you will still be treated with respect and served well by the employees. Definitely making a return soon

I frequent this place at MINIMUM once a week. The service is amazing. All the ladies are so sweet! Ive tried pretty much every flavor paleta they have and their torta is THE BOMB. I cant express how much I am in love with this place. Its the best!!!

Went to buy icecream for the whole family we order strawberry cheesecake icecream got our icecream but it tasted funny so we ask Gris supervisor to change it and Gris said that we should of tasted it before and refused to change it stating that her policy.

Delicious made in house premium ice cream! Very authentic Mexican ice cream flavors and snacks (i.e. elote)! Some of my favorite ice cream flavors include ferrero (yes as in the chocolate), caramel, rompope (eggnog taste), tequila, cheesecake, Brandy, and so many more, vanilla, pecan (actually has pieces of pecan!). Also offers yogurt and fruit desserts (sweet and spicy) or chocolate covered bananas which are all amazing as well!
