To say we frequent this Starbucks is an understatement! I don’t just go here because I love the drinks! I love the staff equally as much! They go above and beyond any other store I’ve ever been to! Mindy the manager has this store so well run and her partners are truly like a family! I love THIS STARBUCKS!!! 🍀💚💚💚💚💚

Nice surroundings, comfortable seating outdoors and in, and very good help. I had the double sausage egg breakfast sandwich and it is divine! My sister and I have now made this place a weekly coffee get together.

The staff here are kind, and it was nice to ask first if I would use the reward to pay the money. This place is crowded like other Starbucks stores on holidays, but I like it because its not crowded at other times, so you dont have to wait long.

Saturday August 7th 2021- I know this facility opens at 5AM so I was a little early it was 4:56am I waited in the drive thru menu till 5:04 still no one, I drove around and saw the young lady with this attitude because I drove around, I was just asking do you guys open at 5? She let the other male employee respond and he said give us 10 minutes I said 10 minutes? I drove away.My personal start time is 6am if I were to tell my boss give me 10 minutes Id be sent home.All I wanted was a simple dark roast coffee.Have your employees prepare for a 5am start not 5:15 start.

If yiu like the Pink drink then you have to try the dragon or violet drink. So good always my goto drink for the day sometimes multiple times a day. Great location and nice staff. Wish they didnt run out of the PB&J boxes so quickly each morning as my kids love them. Other then that great everything.

Although they asked for a name, they did not do a call out when our order was ready. And this was after a wait to be served at all.

I will rightfully rate this Starbucks a Hated 1 ⭐ because when I reached tonight (Thursday; 04/08/2021) right on their closing time 9:30 p.m. CDT for a drive-thru order of my hot coffee, the lady working over there didnt reply promptly over the drive-thru phone line and after a minute responded back saying that sorry, we are closed! I think she needs to be retrained for customer service skills.

Always pleased with how they make my drinks here! Friendly staff, but sometimes the drive thru takes longer. Worth the wait.Side note: Please fill that giant pot hole in the drive thru lane! Its unavoidable and is damaging vehicles.

Everytime I have gone here my drink isnt made correctly and doesnt taste right. I would suggest going to a different location so as to not be disappointed.

Please cook my egg bites throughly. They were cold. Please give the sriracha. Drink is almost always made wrong.

Employees and service are always great. Starbucks needs to hire more baristas at this location though. It can be extremely packed in the drive through. A lot of the time youll end up blocking people trying to get in line. Happens often on Sundays.

Be careful in the drive through around closing time. I recently witnessed a customer cut in front of the car ahead of me as well as the several behind me. They forced their way in the line of cars wrapped around the building, as I’m sure they saw the employee setting up the green cones to eliminate further drive-ups. The car they directly cut off brought it up to the employees attention, to which they did nothing. It was so obvious what they did that even the car ahead of the line cutter actually noticed as well and reported it while placing their order at the speaker. As I was the second car to be cut in front of in the line, I had enough time to round the corner after placing my order to see that the line cutter was serviced. You would think they could tell them they had multiple reports of what they did and to pull around and get back in line, as technically they made last call - but should have been last in line. If they had a problem with it and left, so be it. They probably didn’t want to risk getting any more negative reviews, but enabling this customer’s bad behavior has gotten this one from me instead. Will this customer be allowed to get away with this again, will you be the one he almost gets into an accident with over coffee? Perhaps not, but the possibility is definitely there. Furthermore the coffee at this location is pretty bad, the service is extremely slow and orders are often incorrect.

Asked for a triple Venti mocha Frappuccino no whip. Lady tells me it doesn’t come with whip cream. This is when I knew my order wasn’t going to be right.I’mI was given a Frappuccino Venti coffee no mocha. I had him as if they could fix it and it looks exactly the way it was given to me the first time.Like all conscientious Customers in a drive-through line I didn’t want to hold it up for them to give me a different drink a third time. And I was fairly confident they’re just gonna give me the same drink and just called something different. They said they’re going to remake it and he gave me the same cUp same color.And while I’m writing this review : the hot version is $6.60 why is the frap $8.50. Could had gotten it hot, free cup of ice, and it would had been the same. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤔

I love the employees at this Starbucks! Always greeted with the warmest hello, incredibly sweet and happy to make sure you leave with exactly what you want and a smile. There are three stores that I could go to on my way to work but I go out of my way to get that perfect cup of Joe and to be treated so kindly by these wonderful people. They are the first people a see and there is no better way to start my day. Keep up the good work and stay sweet and cheerful!Chi

Fast and Friendly

The employees here are always incredibly sweet and personable :) i order in-person or through uber eats and ive never had any issues whatsoever. ive also received a gift card from them when one of the items i ordered was out of stock- it was very kind of them to go out of their way and do that for me.

Always a great experience when I visit! 99%of the time my order is fast and spot on. On the rare occasion that a drink is off it is replaced and corrected with a smile and an apology. The staff is bubbly and personable, the cafe is always clean no well stocked with sugar cream and accessories, the food case always looks stunning, and the service is always fast. This is THE Palatine store most definitely!

Amazing customer service! They really do care about their customers. I had a big order and I came at a busy time so I had to wait a little longer than usual due to high volume and a large order. However, the barista gave me a little $4 off card to apologize for making me wait which I thought was EXTREMELY generous! Ill definitely be coming to this Starbucks more often!

They have a camera in the drive-thru. Its pretty funny. Ask for a double shot in your latte and you will be good to go all day.

I had a unique experience, not one you would like to have, but that is unrelated with Starbucks. A friend, we were with, fell sick at this Starbucks store and we had to call 911. The manager (Mandy I think it is her name, unless I heard it wrong) filled out a form with all the necessary information and surprisingly, 4 days later, I got a phone call from her, asking about our friends condition/ health. She was extremely friendly and kind. I would give her 10 stars for being such a kind person.

This is my favorite area Starbucks!! The staff is always friendly, they always get the order right and whats there not to love about baked goods and espresso?! The breakfast sandwiches are amazing and, while a little more expensive than other fast food establishments in the area, they are delicious, fresh and filling. The inside dining space is always clean and its a nice bright atmosphere with free wi-fi!

Why would anyone like overly roasted (burnt coffee) I’ll never understand. I don’t want the syrupy, whip creamy, sugary over the top $5.00 a cup burnt coffee. I also don’t want their very overpriced muffins and cakes. Coffee and a treat shouldn’t cost ten dollars or more. Are you really spending ten dollars a day, fifty dollars a week or more, two hundred fifty dollars a month or $3000 dollars a year? Cut that out and cable tv and you’ll have a five thousand dollar raise and loose ten pounds or more. Coffee is almost always the same Aribica bean and you can buy it at Costco or Sams club for two and a half pounds for about sixteen dollars a bag. That’s about $6.40 per pound. I grind my coffee fresh and make two cups in the morning. A pound of coffee makes about sixteen cups of coffee. That’s about .40 cent a cup.

Bit pricey for Cup of coffee. Or custom drink more than half without Ice or Milk. If you go twice daily and spend each time $6.00 on avrage it become costly and very little incentive with stars.

Completely wrong drink received through drive through. Only got one drink, but the one we received was one of two so clearly someone else got a wrong order as well. Asked for something to make up for the inconvenience of driving back (with a screaming baby in the back seat) and received nothing. Way below normal Starbucks efficiency and customer service. Please check your drinks since clearly the staff arent!

Its an OK place - and I seldom visit/buy here; during my 3-4 visit coffee never tasted good - it is always on a weak side, customer service very imperonable; more of a fast food place than cafe so I dont go there but choose the Palatine Train station location where the coffee and service are always great;

This is the better starbucks in Palatine. The train station starbucks is constantly packed. My order has either been forgotten or completely wrong there. This starbucks is efficient and my drinks always taste amazing. Its worth it to leave my house a few minutes early to hit this starbucks on my way to the train station.

I drop off my husband for work on my way to work every morning and grab a Starbucks. They always get my order right . Cool baristas ! I love it!

I always stop by to get coffe or a frapuchino on a hot day, but last night 9/16 I had the best mocca frapuchino ever. I did not catch barista name as we are all so busy to even notice who is preparing our drink that keeps us going. I want to say thank you for my perfectly made drink last night, 7:30ish.
