This is such a cute place! Been here on two occasions and left a happy customer.Cute little hang out place to enjoy fruit tea, bingsoo, bubble waffles and boba. The passion fruit tea is absolutely amazing. Also the bubble waffle with the ice cream is a must try.Great service!! The lady at the cashier was super sweet and so patient with answering all my questions. They pay attention to details and do a wonderful job of presenting their food.Check it out for an unique ice cream experience.

Matcha Cup Bingsoo tasted great! Highly recommend trying it out. Taro Milk Tea however... The name should be Taro Water, not Milk Tea.At first I thought it was made incorrectly. I asked if it was made correctly and the owner remade it but it still tasted like water...

Very disappointed with their items after seeing all the awesome photos… their waffle was very dry … I asked what flavor their milk tea is and the lady told me it’s jasmine … judging by the color (kinda dark) I knew it can’t be … it’s a weird flavor with heavy cream … but for sure not jasmine … then the boba … is so plain and lacking sweetness … my husband and son likes the bingsu though … but I would not come back for their teas …

I came here few months ago but milktea boba doesnt have much taste and I started to feel nauseous. I went to back home after 20 min then I vomited. Maybe milk was ROTTEN? I will never gonna come back.

The two ladies behind the counter were very sweet and welcoming. We came on a Saturday afternoon and it was not busy. There was plexiglass barrier, hand sanitizer and social distancing spacer stickers on the ground. Although dine-in is allowed in illinois now, they did not have any tables and seats out. My friend and I ordered the large tiger sugar milk tea and the large tiger sugar latte. The tiger sugar milk tea had too much milk, but I enjoyed the tiger sugar latte (has espresso in it). Will come back to try their bingsoo or bubble waffles next time!

Hangout Cafe is my most favorite place. It is like my second home since I visit there at least two times a week 😂From the first day it opened, I already loved this place. (I was the first customer at the grand opening 😊)The owners and workers are the most kindest people ever, and the drinks are so delicious!! I’ve tried many other drinks as well but I forgot to take pictures. My most favorite drinks are: strawberry matcha, strawberry cookie, golden crush, and Choco banana.With the COVID-19 going on right now, this cafe is one of the few places I trust ordering drinks, since it is very sanitary✨

Super clean. The staff was very nice! I had a matcha bubble waffle and it was delicious! Highly recommend. Also had a tiger sugar latte that was tasty. It tasted like a latte with a little more than a hint of sweetness.

My favorite place in Rolling Meadows. They have a great variety and delicious treats. Their mango bingsoo cup is the ideal summer treat.

The drinks here are so delicious! It was my first time having boba tea and I will definitely be back. EDIT: This is now one of my favorite places to go. I only wish they opened earlier in the day so I could grab some tea in the morning!

The cafe is located next to a ramen shop called Ramen House Sincan. The place is quite big, with plenty of seatings. Looking at the menu, they offer quite varieties of drinks (coffee, teas and bobas) to desserts (bingsoo and waffles).First time we came, we just ordered the mango cheesecake bingsoo and matcha cheesecake. The bingsoo was good, the ice was very soft like snow ice, not icy at all. The cheesecake that my son got was good, but it was quite hard to consume since I think they just took it out from the freezer before they served it to us.Second time visit, we ordered the green tea bubble waffle. Legitimately one of my favorite places. Their Bingsoo is amazing and I highly recommend it. I like the mango one the best, but all the flavors are good. I have been back multiple times and will continue to return.Do note that if you want a Bingsoo, they shut down the machine they use for it before they close. Youll probably want to be there at least an hour before closing.

Absolutely sweet staff but slow, SUPER overpriced ($6) for a cup of ice, matcha icecream kind of sucked and their strawberry cheesecake bingsu was all shaved ice and literally one bite of cheesecake. It’s overrated go to Handsome Bakery in Schaumburg instead. The bubble waffles were honestly the only impressive thing about it which is unfortunate; I really wanted to like it.

This place is great! Very modern, clean and friendly place to go. Just like the name says, great place to hangout. They have some really creative and delicious teas and snacks. Our group of 4 went up for seconds after finishing our drinks the first time because they were so good.As far as food goes, you gotta to try to the waffle ice cream cone; I forgot the exact name of it. But it was amazing!We are definitely coming back for more!

I’ve been here many times since they’ve opened. I tried their blended vanilla bean drink with mango bobas, blended taro with tapioca, and their Matcha blend. Very good. My husband tried the iced chai tea with tapioca which was also delicious.However I was very disappointed in their Bingsoo dessert, it tasted like I was eating snow (specifically the matcha one)also wasn’t able to customize my waffle dessert to have just one topping, it has to have all the sugary toppings which I found excessive.

Its a neat place! Went for the first time had mango tea with tapioca it was DELICIOUS. The girl at the counter was very nice and informative. She gave me a sample of their lychee to try. They have games to play as well. Over all a great environment ^-^

Not happy with what I paid for, just wasted 5 bucks of water down thai tea with half of ice. Took one sip, and threw it out... Im not going back. No comment on the drink... It was that bad. (Powder taste!!!)

My friend and I ordered both ordered the choco brownie and oreo Bingsoo. It was absolutely delicious! I loved it, first time here so many to go. The shop was very clean and there was outdoor seating and place for bikes. The employees were also very kind and friendly and gave us napkins since we forgot.

Only had their coffee. Its worth it if you are in the area. Ive seen their food options come out for other groups and they look great, just never tried myself.

They dont have cold brew. I thought I could go in and work on my tablet but I did not feel too comfortable, so I left. Also, they dont open until 11. And my iced coffee was actually an iced americano... They have no really half & half. They gave me the small plastic thimble creamers....

Nice decor...modern but comfortable. Inventive take on dessert...we had he Oreo brownie shaved ice sundae. It was great. Will be back with my other kids or my friends.

The strawberry waffle was very delicious. Service staff was kind and helpful. I will be going back again. Also, the coffee was perfect.

The bubble drinks there are extravagant. the boba/tapioca is made perfect, it is so chewy and soft.

What really made me appreciate this place was how kind everyone is here. The smoothies and all that are good. If I were to complain about something it’s that they don’t ask for names when you order something which I wish they could add. Also I wouldn’t necessarily “hangout” here. But everyone here is very friendly. One of the workers had remembered me from the grand opening and she gave me free tapioca. Soon after that I saw them hand out free ice cream and they seemed very eager to hand out more stuff for free. I think that behavior should be noticed and I’m happy to have this in my area.

It’s a really great open space with lots of natural lighting and plants! Great for hangouts with friends or studying! The menu is full of yummy and unique items and they’re having a BOGO right now! Will be coming back for more!!

I’m going to be honest guys. The coffee here is pretty bad. I appreciate the effort that they put into this place but for the price that you pay, you’re better off going to any chain, be it Starbucks or what have you.

I’ve gone here twice, the first time to try it out, the second time out of convenience. I got different drinks both times and they were just ok. For the price, it’s not very good actually. Their blended drink wasn’t well blended and too sweet. Their hazelnut latte was very watery, no texture no flavor. Nice place to chill, that’s about it

Ive ordered twice their fruit smoothies from here and they taste very chalky so I think they either use a little bit of powder fruit flavoring (commonly found in cheap fruit smoothies) or they use milk powder of some sort. The fruit I got was not very good (ex. the avocados and mangos come out chunky and hard). Their prices and taste are not comparable to Fresh International Markets and Mitsuwas bubble tea,fruit teas, and Fruit smoothies.

Employees were nice. Theres a lot of variety from coffee to Boba to hand made muffins and deserts. Ill DEFINITELY be back when Im in the area.
