Whats wrong with this employee??? They are very rude with all customers. I dont know if they dont want to work there, but it is not my fault . Im paying for a service, it is not free. Walmart should create a new group or work in this department.
2nd time I tried to stop in this week during business hours and the auto department is closed, lights off, shutdown. Dont list your auto department as open if its not. You have enough people working here that someone can update the accurate hours.
Now I got it. Why people gave only one star. Actually this center should have -5 stars. Replacement battery took 30 min. After the service I have to wait 40 min for checkout. auto center had a system error and the manager never explain the situation. Just a newbie passed the receipt for checkout to customer service person but she didnt know what happen and how to handle this. Because auto center employees was not explain why they sending the paper for checkout. Avoid this auto center. It is Terrible service.
These guys talk to customers as though they doing a favor and for free.They dont accept customer at times even 30 min before close.Take a lot of time to fix things.
Never seen such unprofessional service, I called them to inquire and they told me that swapping already mounted and balanced tire is equal to tire rotation and they charge 2.50 per tire. I was like wow thats inexpensive at about $12 whereas I am charged at least $30 for tire swap which also not expensive though. They advised to come early in morning to avoid rush. I was at the center at 7:45 am since they open at 8:00 am ; I went in and they gave me estimated of $120 for 4 tires though its quoted as $2.50 per tire on their rate board. Then they decreased it to $60 for for 4 tires. Who charges $60 for swapping already mounted and balanced tires . They quoted its labor intensive as reason but when I asked for the logic of how it is more labor intensive than rotating the tires, they started raising the voice, Beth was the name of the person. I just wasted my morning, I should have just taken $30 services from anywhere which is anyways inexpensive but $12 made be greedy. Now I feel that I wasted my time for pennies but at same time the horror stories I have been hearing about this center is true.
If you have four hours to waste what should take 15 minutes at a regular tire shop this is the place for you.
Very unprofessional services! I have my Camry 4 tires changed and they even dont bother to inflate tires after installation. for safety concerns, I have to say, stay away from this auto center.
Its alright. I just wish there would be someone to help but Like having this at a WalMart, hopefully they would on improving their service.

Fixed my tire. I Had a flat tire on my car and ended up driving it to this store. There is not any gas stations to fix them any more. Its nice to go to Walmart because there is so many of them near by where ever you are. As I waited they fixed the tire. wait 60 minutes. Overall a good experience
During the recent snow and freezing rain, my wiper blade broke. Not a big deal repair but YOU try seeing/driving with the snow from tire spray of other vehicles. SCORE ! Walmart had the blades I needed. The mechanic at the auto desk was quick to schedule the blades and gave approximate wait time. Before long my wipers were replaced and all four tires aired up too ! Thanks guys ! Great service !
Got new tires about 2 months ago. Picked up a nail, tired multiple times to get it repaired only to be told they are not taking anymore vehicles today. Called once again today at 3:10 and told there is already 2 cars there and they need to finish them before they close at 4. Website says they are open until 7pm. Website needs to be updated to reflect correct hours. Very frustrating
I got a standard oil change here this morning. No wait. They did a good job. It was a half an hour. My car runs better. The only reason I took one star off is the lady I first dealt with at the front desk needed an attitude adjustment. I almost walked away and said the heck with it due to her but I did it anyway.The rest of the men I dealt with after that were very very nice...It was a decent and convenient place for an oil change....
I went to buy a car battery and also installation at 5 pm. The person at the counter (Gerald), he is very old and not able to service people fast, he took 30minutes to serve a single customer and then manager came at 5:45, I asked him if they can do installation he said it is late and they are not taking any more cars now. I have waited for almost 40 mins to hear that there are about to close. The fault is with the slow and don’t care attitude of the people working at Walmart. DO NOT EVER VISIT THIS PLACE FOR AUTO SERVICE. PLEASE AVOID.

The working there just puts you on hold and dont respond to the call and they dont take any customers after 3 PM due to they dont have much peoe working...and there are plenty of customers want to get their auto work done in Walmart. How come management cant look into these things. Also the hold time is 20 minutes..which is so sick
Went in to get some tires Sean was great. Was in and out quickly and the quality of service was amazing. He was so friendly and helpful I will definitely be going here for future service Sean was professionally very happy with tires.

The worst customer service run by the same idiotic manager/lazy workers and the most unpleasant experience in my entire life. In particular, people working in the auto department were extremely rude, inefficient, and had no concept of even half-decent work ethics or whatsoever. One cold morning in January, I was there early morning to get an oil change. I got there early to avoid waiting in line but the door wasnt even open on time and when there was a lazy, dumb girl inside taking her sweet-ass time after she already got there late. When I finally knocked on the door, without even looking up, she raised her index finger signaling me to hold on although she saw me outside the door when she first got there. So I waited and waited for full ten minutes in the cold outside the door while she continued to ignore my presence. By this time, I was already pissed waiting 10+ minutes in the freezing temperature. When the door was finally open, instead of an apology, I was greeted by a rather angry assistant manager who claimed they were trying to find a key to open the door. So I explained to him that all she had to do was to walk up 10 ft from where she was standing when she first saw me and tell me she didnt have a key to open the door instead of ignoring me and making someone wait in the cold. Instead, they argued that they were busy and it wasnt their fault at all. I still decided to get my oil change but here is the real kicker. The same incompetent assistant manager also told me in a very condescending tone if I was looking to get a discount out of all this and walked away. A $4 off out of $40 service? Furthermore, he intentionally delayed opening the garage door for another 20 minutes by disappearing when there were already workers inside. By this time, I ran out of my patience wasting almost an hour of my precious time when these lazy workers absolutely did nothing but continue to aggravate me on purpose. One guy even threatened me that he didnt want to hurt me?!?!?! Things dont usually bother me but I had to report these people to Walmart headquarter. These minimum wage workers certainly dont have a brain how to do their jobs properly, have absolutely zero common sense, and also extremely rude to their customers. How could a big chain store run like this? This isnt the first time I had unpleasant experience at Wal-Mart. They often have no price tags or wrong price scanned in and when you bring this up, instead of an apology, they will get mad and yell at you for holding up a line. This is exactly why retailers like Walmart are losing battles with online retailers like Amazon who value their customers. Will never go back to Wal-Mart again.
Avoid at all costs. It will serve you well to find a better place to get your tires serviced. no one was at the front desk to help when I went. I waited for 30 mins for someone to show up at the front desk just to schedule service. just read all the reviews below. That was the horrible, terrible, worst service ever that Ive seen. I took my car for tire installation, I had to wait over 5 hours plus they suck it up my tmps sensor which is came on my dashboard after two hours of installation. Do not waste your time and money over here.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I brought my car in for an oil change, check to make sure they had the right oil and the right oil filter since my car is less common car. There should be they did, that would be about 20 minutes to do the oil change. One hour later, they give me my car back and said that they dont have an oil filter for my car. Its not the fact that they didnt have the part that bothers me, its the fact that it took them an hour to realize that. And what I asked why it took so long for them to realize that, they laughed it off. I would highly recommend avoiding this Walmart tire and oil for any sort of service.
Took my car for a synthetic oil change. After the change noticed my car hesitated when trying to accelerate. Had to take my car back to the dealership to get looked at. Walmart put in too much oil, drained some of my trans fluid among other things. To add insult to injury they just checked the boxes on things like checking the air filter or filling th washer fluid. Stay away

Bought 4 tires balanced and mounted through them. Took 4 hours to get it done. A month later I had to balance my tires again because it was never done.
These guys cant even answer their phone. I called at 9am, 12pm, and 2pm and I was just left ringing for 15 minutes until I hung up.
WORST They asked me to wait for 30 mins to complete the fuel system cleaning and after 30 mins they said me they cannot do the service as they dont have the experienced mechanics to do.

We were here to change 4 tires of my car, service was very slow. It took 6 hours, and the employees were very arrogant. They didn’t answer properly, and also making faces on your back.
