Great & generally quick service, depending on how busy they are off course. Friendly, and knowledgeable staff. If you have a problem, they will look at your vehicle, and tell you the issue and give you a cost up front for repair. My experience anyway. Fair prices. but what do I know? Lol

Never been there before, but dropped off car with slow tire leak 20 minutes before holiday weekend, expecting to get it back in four days. With no appointment they examined and fixed in just 15 minutes. GREAT customer service and I got the impression their people really know what they are doing.

These guys are good guys that treat their customers right. Our car was a problem for them from the time we dropped it off in the morning until they got it done 30 + minutes after closing time. They stayed and finished it up so we could get the car before the next day. Now thats good service. We have taken our cars to them several times and they have not let us down yet. Always good quality work.

We have trusted our vehicles to Economy for nearly 20 years. For mechanical issues they have always found the problem and been honest about what it is, how much it will cost to fix it and whether or not they actually can fix it. Ive lost count of how many sets of tires weve bought from them and how many times they have changed the oil and rotated the tires on at least a dozen cars and trucks over the years. They do a great job at reasonable prices and I recommend them to anyone who asks.

These people here are not mechanics, they will damage your car, not fix it. They will say you need work done that you don’t actually need done. They will tell you things are broken that are not broken, anything to rack up the bill. They are rude to their customers and use the cheapest China parts available. They always have long waits.

Went in for an AC repair and tire balance. They had me in and out in no time! Great people, great prices, and great service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ive always had a good experience, Ive been several times throughout the years, theyve done a great job and Ive never had to wait very long. They are good honest people. I got my card in the mail for license renewal, so I took my car in for an inspection, he told me my car was new enough that they were not requiring an inspection until it was a certain age so it wasnt necessary. I was pleased.

Had some rattling under car, thought it was muffler then they thought catalytic converter too so when went back for that fix they found it wasn’t catalytic converter and just fixed muffler shield. My point being they were honest as I am not a car dude. So I am glad there are honest people still out there!

My grandma took her car in to have a tire and exhaust fix. I called up there to see what else needed done and to pay for her. We went together to pick it up. She then had to take it back to have a catalytic converter put on, no big deal. Except for the fact they lied about everything. They said they showed us pictures the first time we were there, and that we knew this had to be done. No pictures were ever shown, and nothing was ever said about this. The place is ran by liars, would not not recommend this shop to anyone. This could have all been avoided if they were honest the first time.

This place is very rude the first time I went here. I went with my sister n law she had to get her tire patched and oil changed. Well her tire was showing low and she went to ask the guy why it wasn’t showing it was back to the right air level and he yelled at her saying that he has done this for over 3 years and that he thinks after doing it for that long he would know.. so we go down the road and the tire pressure doesn’t change after he said it would go up so we go bacl and ask him what is wrong and he told us that it would go away and we told him we drove 10 min down the road it should’ve changed by then. Than he start his whole argument on how he knows and we don’t know nothing so we left and had to run to the other tire shop right down the road and they fixed it! Then I figured maybe I just got a bad guy so I figured I would try them out again and see if they’re any better. I call to get an estimate for my husbands truck because I was gonna surprise him for his birthday and the first guy I talked to was nice saying how someone can give me a rough estimate because the truck we are bringing in they do a lot of them so I said ok and he switched me well I talk to the quoter and was telling him what all I needed and he was fixing to give me my estimate and I said that I was gonna surprise my husband with this for his birthday and then he supposedly can’t tell me a rough estimate anymore that he doesn’t know what he’s working with and I need To bring the truck up there so he can do a shake down. This place is very sexist it was funny how he was gonna give me a estimate then after I told him it was a surprise then he couldn’t give me one! Then I told him that he just said he could give me an estimate and he said ya sorry your gonna have to come in I just need to look at it before so I hung up.. this business can go screw there selves they’re very rude and know it alls u will never see me or my family back there again! And the auto shop down the road gave me an estimate and have an appointment booked for next Tuesday! Sorry economy youLost my money!!

I brought my car in for a brake inspection because I was hearing a little grinding. They inspected all four brakes, told me the front ones were fine but the back pads needed replacing. Ive had 3 of my vehicles worked on / serviced at economy and they always do a stellar job. Just recently had 4 tires and an alignment done on my 97 Astro, they were fast, efficient and affordable. The technicians along with the people who work the service are always easy to talk to and straightforward. Ive never ran into the issue of feeling pressured for repairs or upsold on services that are unwarranted like other shops around town. This place was highly recommended so we tried it out.. Our trucks air conditioning went out so they fixed it and it was working great! Sadly, only one year later it went out so we called them and they made it seem like it was an easy fix and it was no problem at all! We show up and we’re quoted $150 to fix it since it was there fault in the first place. Then come to find out they wanted to charge us $550! We were just curious to why they went back on their word? So we asked to speak to the guy we originally talked to.(we’ve gone here for multiple times for our other vehicles and had the same issue on going back on their word) This is where the unprofessionalism comes about. The man Fred that we asked to speak to starts raising his voice at us in front of other customers, as well making us feel belittled. This is not the way to run a business! This business has not only done this to us now but a time before that and to multiple people in the Ozark area. We used to be big fans of this place but not anymore, we will not be recommending anyone to go here and will not be back!

Rod and all the guys at Economy Tire & Muffler have met or exceeded my expectations every time. I would not consider taking my vehicles to any other place, or recommending any other place for mechanical work and tire purchases. The guys are the real deal. Wonderful to work with and very honest. So glad a friend recommended them a year or two ago.

They were recommended for an oil change when I first moved here. Then when my little SUV started sounding like a truck with jake brakes coming down hill I went back and they replaced the rusted out pipe and got me back on the road. I can tell you that while I was waiting, I heard a lot of conversations from them to customers and I am so impressed! Every customer was given straight honest information. Not once did I hear anyone try to make it sound like the customers problem was a big deal or was going to need a big repair. Such great service. Grateful to have found a place I can trust.

Been meaning to pull the trigger on a set of tires for three months. Today, while heading to Sparta, got a tire light... and pulled into Economy. Just for the heck of it, asked to quote a set and they came with a quality tire, 60k miles, out the door at a VERY fair price. Not happy with their customer service. I called in Monday to have some work done. We made an appointment for me to bring in 1pm on Friday. They seemed friendly at first with fair pricing. I then called 2 days later and asked if they could do one more quick easy job while they had my truck in the shop. The guy told me no problem at all and to bring my truck in at 8 am that day. 7am comes around Friday morning, I get up run out the door and get there just before they open at 8. I drop off my vehicle, told the gentlemen about the other job, then left the truck. Called in at 2pm (figuring the 2 hours worth of work would be done by now) only to find they didn’t do both the jobs, only the one I originally scheduled. I informed the TWO gentlemen about how I told another TWO gentlemen that they didn’t complete the jobs. They said they would handle it. I show up at 4:45pm just before they close to find they never did the 2nd job. Even after I confronted them! They DO NOT CARE! I’m a business owner in the auto industry and I cannot believe how horribly this was handled. Apparently you better keep it simple, because these are some SIMPLE minded people. Also was charged 10% more than I was originally quoted. THANKS

Have been going here for various things, for a long time. From the time Rod helped with an adjustment to some lock out hubs, to quoting fair prices and doing professional work. From inspections to wheel bearing replacements, its really not a bad thing if there is something on my vehicles that I cant fix or dont want to fix. They do great work and I would recommend them to anyone.

Where I go to heaven work on my car the only place I can go the very fair knowledgeable explain the problems give you a fair deal and no in the beginning I was shops around Petty with other places you know there are more than reasonable and they want you to work tune and it sure the old part 2 take place but you can have your car towed there and drop it off 24 hours a day if you drop off thing for your keys and theyre always always give the car back clean oil cleaner than you do sometimes and vacuum the floor for me very very good very nice revision how is he my friend I refer anybody there the very friendly go see a guys there.

I came here because it was a local shop. I believe in supporting local businesses as often as I can. the prices were comparable to corporate stores but the service was definitely better. Rod was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He was constantly juggling phone calls and customers and still answered all my questions. I would strongly recommend these guys.

Great Repair ShopThey do what they say they will do, and dont charge an arm and a leg. Car repairs are expensive, and they dont do it for free by any means, but they are much cheaper than most places. They always have the work done quickly too. Theyre after hours drop of is nice and easy.There is one thing I dont like. When you bring your own tires, its $25 each for mount and balance, even tho it only takes maybe 15 minutes per axle. I wish that was cheaper since I like to buy my tires online after looking at ratings and reviews.Edit: A couple days after writing this review i went here and got some exhaust work done on my Trans Am. Rance was super friendly and helpful and clearly knew what he was doing. He did exactly what i asked and exactly how i asked him to do it. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly as usual.

The owner Rod, has always treated customers with dignity and respect. In this day and time it is rare to find a shop that wont fix it if you dont need it. Both my vehicles go there and I know what it is going to cost before I get it done. Very knowledgeable about autos.
