Sean.F was my service advisor. He went above and beyond. Communicated with me throughout the whole process. Got me a loner vehicle. The repair could have cost me over a $1000 but he looked up my car’s history and turned out it had extended factory warranty that covered the whole repair. He could have easily skip that step and just had me pay out of pocket.
