Laura was very helpful and informative. She got me the best unit on-site. It was the last one too. I am so happy I came here first. She also speaks Spanish which made my experience even better. Staff does their job. Every time I come here though I feel like I’m being corrected for minuscule mistakes I make for things that are not of their standard. One of the associates called my attention when I was vacuuming my car inside of the complex and said I could not do that there that the storage is just for drop off and pick up, I wasn’t aware that vacuuming your vehicle inside of a complex that’s gated rather than out at the public was against the rules. Laura is very nice and understanding. They are very nice whenever I’ve asked them to use the bathroom out of emergency and avoiding an accident. Pricing is OK but the rent seemed to have increased after a certain amount of time. Definitely recommend it but also don’t recommend if you’re not OK with strict rules and constantly being watched to see what you do wrong and being called out on it. Other than that your stuff will probably be safe in this complex.Andrea was also very helpful with the storage process and overall showing the facility of do’s and don’t.Both associates whom are usually here run multiple roles on the job so I’m not sure if they are under staffed or if this is just how their facility works.

Love this storage place!! The whole process was easy and smooth! The price was great for the size! Andrea walked us through everything and made it simple for us :) the units are clean and well kept, and I could not find a better location for our stuff. Look no further and rent a unit from here!

Do not put your storage items in here.why?1) they did not inform me of the administration fee when I called.2) they will force you to buy their expensive locks. Owners are so greedy.3) storage price is so expensive compared to the others in the area.4) they do not have even a complementary trash bins. Talk about human kindness. Lacking of human kindness. We really are in the last days!

Ive come a few times, this is the second unit in 3 months and Andrea always has a good attitude. They gave me a great deal and I cant complain, definitely recommend this place.

I came in with a friend to look at a storage and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. The people at the front desk were nice (Andrea and Carlos) and welcoming. They showed us different prices of different storage rooms, weren’t pushing us to get a storage right away and allowed us to think over which one we wanted. There are no hides fees and u can ask as many questions as you like. So if you are looking for a storage give them a call.

Andrea, at the location on Jones Way in Oxnard stayed late to help me close out my unit. I couldnt fit everything in my car that morning so I had to come back. With traffic I got there just minutes to closing. Even though after she finished with a customer that was there before me, and in doing so when it was my turn the time was after closing, Andrea stayed late to help me settle so I would not have to spend hours to come back again.
