Fast response, quick scheduling of a near-term date, and the guys did a great job not damaging anything during loading, a 700 mile drive, and unloading. Our driver, Robert, was wonderful. Id definitely use these guys again. I dont generally do reviews, but I think a quick shout out to Worldwide, and Robert in particular, is in order. Moving can be a huge pain, but they did make it pretty painless!

Ernesto, Robert and Carlos were AMAZING moving all of our furniture from our condo to our new home! They were very careful with our valuables and our appliances. They were very engaged with us and making sure everything went where it was supposed to go in the new home. The packers and movers were great. Tom was awful - not reliable and non responsive most of the time.They tried to overcharge us on the move to storage and were very non responsive. We had to file a dispute with our credit card company.We had contracted for an out of state move on a specific date only to find out 3 days before they were to arrive there was no record of this portion of our move. In addition they tried to charge us $800 more for a move with 2000 lbs. less than the estimate.These people are disgraceful - I cannot image how they stay in business with this kind of office staff.

We cannot recommend Worldwide Moving & Storage enough! We had them give us an estimate three times in our process of moving out of state, and each time they were so kind and easy going. They were able to help us stay on budget and get moved in a timely manner. The packing crew was great. They had a great rapport with each other, were very respectful and made the process easy and as stress free as possible. Our driver, Jeff, stayed in touch with us and was able to get our belongings to us almost a week earlier than expected - bonus! We moved to a remote area and needed a shuttle to get our belongings up to us. Jeff and his crew busted their arses and got our stuff to us, always with a smile on their face and good attitude. They made sure our furniture was put together before they left, which meant we could sleep in our own bed that night. If we are ever crazy enough to do this again, we will be using Worldwide Moving & Storage. They are absolutely our go-to moving company.

We liked everything from the very beginning! Orlando is super responsive and helpful, and the movers that helped us were very nice, polite and efficient. We had all our stuff packed and ready to go and was impressive to see how fast they took everything to the truck. Oh, and great soundtrack for the loading process :)

The entire team at Worldwide Moving and Storage are very professional from the estimator, to the load and unloading team and including of course the driver/owner. The movers were prompt, took wonderful care of our household goods, and delivered right on time. They cleaned up quickly and made our transition go ever so smoothly. Jeff Sullivan oversaw the crew to ensure no damage occurred. They are highly recommended for anyone making a household move. We were very pleased with our experience.

Took 9 months to process a claim over a damaged table. Constantly getting excuses from the front desk admin and labor worker.Damaged happened late November early December 2019. Try to fix the issue with the workers on site till around March 2020. Then was in contact with the front desk till the end of August 2020.Not sure if the labor workers notified the front desk but they decided to “fix” the issue by painting the table. This led to further damage to the table.

Well, I think this is the case of, “you get what you pay for.” We chose the quote that was way less... and paying for it now.Was not going to do a review, since we thought our salesman was wonderful, the two movers extremely nice, plus the quote so reasonable...but after a BIG snag during the move, (due to the dispatcher and salesman not communicating,) which caused a days delay in getting our truck to deliver, and now after two weeks of unpacking and seeing our furniture chipped and tweaked, or missing parts on exercise equipment, I feel it may be helpful to share our grief. This was my first move in 30 years. My neighbor who has moved several times in the past few years came over and told me she saw our movers moving a dresser into the truck without the drawers being taped or wrapped shut. I ignored her, regret that now! Lastly, everything arrived very dirty, a grit and grime. Hindsight is 20/20, but if I had the do it again.... go with a more professional company that would take care in wrapped and protecting our things.

Recently, we moved from Texas to California using this company. Jeff Sullivan was our driver and managed the packing of the van. They were on time and worked until everything was loaded. When he delivered our shipment, things were unloaded and placed where we designated. He was personable and professional. I would certainly recommend World Wide Moving and Storage.

This company makes packing and moving look like an eloquent balet. I have never seen such husky men handle things with such grace and care while being fast and super efficient. I have heard a lot of horror stories about movers so I was super nervous about my things being packed and moved for me, but after this experience, I will NEVER pack and move myself again. Just the piece of mind I get with these guys handling my stuff is worth twice the amount they charge! If you are moving short or long distance, big or small (I have done both with them) this company is hands down the way to go!!

Everybody involved in my move was amazing! I was on a tight deadline due to selling a house, and Worldwide made room in their schedule to accommodate me. When I found a new place, the guys pulled up and delivered everything within a short period of time I was moved it and ready to unpack. This was the quickest, easiest move I have ever had to go through. Hopefully I wont be moving again anytime soon, but if I ever do Worldwide Moving and Storage will be my first call!

We had originally booked with another company who was a friend of the family and they fell through last minute leaving us with no movers. I found Worldwide Moving on Facebook and looked them up. The reviews were great so I gave them a call. Pricing was fair and everyone we spoke to and worked with was very professional and helpful. Jeff is great, honest and dependable! His staff arrived about 15 minutes early and everything went smooth. We’re a large family with A LOT of stuff. We had lived in our home in Ventura, Ca for 15 years, so moving to another house all the way in LA county was incredibly stressful. Pricing was great, insurance was more than doable and definitely worth the peace of mind. David, and the movers made it to our new house timely, with all of our stuff still safely intact. Good company and packers were great. The delivery took place one week after the load which gave us time to prep the new home. Nothing was damaged.
