Had a great experience here renting. I came in after my apt time and Kira squeezed me in . She answered all questions I had. We download the app and it helped unlock the door made my life easier . So far great experience from her and the staff.

I have been here for about 8 years now. The staff has always been nice/friendly and the facility is clean, I feel safe when I go there. Kira and Cynthia are ALWAYS a great help and accommodating. It’s been a nice experience being here.

Finally found a place in Oxnard that has climate control units for a reasonable price. Location right off the freeway so it’s very convenient and they have carts available for easy loading

Just rented a unit here. The facility is nice . They have dollys you can use to help move your stuff just come at a good time there down one so it’s limited . Over all my move in was great kira helped me and walked me though everything to get my unit . She is friendly and does a great job managing this place. Right after my rental she did another one. Then cleaned had to clean a broken vase . I tell you she is great and takes her time so you understand. I highly approve this place !

I recently started renting at this facility with their erental option. I had a couple questions and went to the office and was immediately greeted by Cynthia. She was very helpful and answered all my questions and her customer service was a 10/10. The facility is also very clean.

Kira was very helpful when I came in and was needing space. They only had a handful left but she made sure she got me what I needed. I was very thankful since this was a last minute thing and I didn’t know if I was going to be able to find anything. Thank you kira and public storage

Elevator always down and my code never works. its frustrating since I had a broken leg and cant carry stuff through the stairs. I only have time during the weekend and its been two weeks in a row I cant use Elevator.

I am very pleased with my choice of storage. The staff are great. The place is close and clean and well lit. Every time I come in the staff wave and smile.

I think this place is great. Jay is great to talk to and knows his stuff. You want a unit that will fit your belongings just let him know what they are and he will get you the right size. Good packing materials there too.

Really helpful staff. Was able to book, pay and move in all while socially distancing. Made it easy to have few interactions but were there if we needed help. Very friendly, facility is clean and climate controlled which is what we were looking for. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing, the staff are friendly and very helpful. And the place is very clean and convenient to me since Even after hours you can still have access to your storage unlike other storage company. You just make sure your remember your password.

Clean great service . Best storage place I’ve been too

We were a bit overwhelmed, moving across the country, and planning to store a 2800 sq-ft household of stuff while we look for a home here in the Oxnard area. We came to see the facility a few days before the moving truck arrived (glad we did--do this if you can!). Jay was very helpful and warm, showing us all 4 (!!) of our rented units and helping organize keys and codes. The building and units appeared very clean and orderly. Looking forward to having the spaces filled up when the truck arrives tomorrow!

I tried to set up account online and was on hold with customer service for the longest time but was unsuccessful. Jay was amazing and super helpful. I was in and out of getting a unit set up as quickly as possible. Facility is clean and I would definitely recommend to someone.

This location is extremely nice and clean. The staff is fine tuned to help you have an easy and quick check in. Alot better than the Acturis location. The manager Anna and her cronnie Danny were very rude and unhelpful. This location is exact opposite and it has easy access.

I came to my brothers storage unit a week ago to get something out. I was greeted by Lily while she was scrubbing the elevators. She was wearing her mask and gloves which made me feel very safe during this awful time. This facility is very clean and very well kept up. I would totally recommend this place to anyone!

Lily was a pleasure to work with. She was very thorough and professional. She got us set up quickly with a unit, took us to view it and handled it all very efficiently. I am glad I choose this location to store our things.

I rented a small storage space for myself in the spring of 2013. Over time I accumulated family treasures there and also distributed belongings to my children as they moved into adulthood. For 6 years I received outstanding service at this storage facility. The billing notifications were efficient and the price was fair even as it escalated over time and is still the best value for a clean, organized and user friendly storage facility. Erica was the representative that signed me up in 2013 and was exemplary. Jay assisted me with my moving out procedures. Jay was thoughtful and informative. I felt secure and comfortable that I was cared for even as I was ending my storage tenancy with the help of Jay. If I were to once again in need of a storage space I would return here. Happy, happy customer!

Having experienced a lot of different storage units I can gladly say this public storage is a great place to store your things. Jay and Brianna are immensely helpful, friendly, and always willing to help. The storage units are clean, secure, and not hard to access. I had a unit on the second floor and had no problems with it. The elevators are large freight elevators with plenty of room to get in and out with a large cart of boxes or furniture. I would definitely come back here if I was in need of another storage unit. And I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a secure, clean place to store their items.

First off WOW AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE BY LILY AND CYNTHIA this is my first time renting at a public storage and these young ladies made it extremely easy for me, they answered all the questions i had they were patient, understanding, very knowledgeable, friendly and professional i can not thank lily and cynthia enough for their help i am one satisfied happy customer thank you ladies!

Set up a storage unit with Jay. He was friendly, helpful and informative. The location is perhaps the cleanest Public Storage facility Ive been in (out of many different locations in many different states). Got a unit in the back of the top floor. Bummer, right? No, actually--not bad at all. You can drive right up to the elevators to load/unload, carts are readily available, and the elevators (two of them) were large, easily accessible, and fairly quick up to the top floor. While most Public Storage facilities Ive stored my belongs with would get a generally favorable review from me, this is the only (so far) which would get a five-star. Highly recommended storage facility option.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Jennifer, Haley and Jay were great! I was impressed by how nice and clean the property was. Everyone was very inviting and I was greeted as I walked in the door. Jennifer showed me a couple of units that she thought would work and I chose one. As we were finishing up paperwork they had me laughing, which is great because moving is always hectic. I would recommend this one if you are looking to store things. I also want to say thanks for the upbeat conversation.

Jennifer was amazing! From the first call she was warm, helpful and even followed up the same day. When we got there her customer service exceeded expectations.
