This store always has the best selection of hot foods available. The employees are also the friendliest.

Never in my life have a been to a worse 711. First off, this place smells so bad and has for YEARS. All the gas pumps have problems and today when an employee offered to “help” she instead berated me and (no exaggeration) yelled at me in the parking lot after I told her she didn’t need to be so rude.

Great customer service fresh food

I come to this 7-11 everyday on my lunch hour and have always had a great visit. The manager Evelyn is great and very friendly, she always makes sure the store is clean and well stocked. I wish the 7-11 by my house had a manager like her.

To many tweakers hanging out front, and when they go inside the store they steal anything that is not nailed down.

I was disappointed, most all the coffee pots were empty some with cold coffee. They did have a good selection of hot food and lottery tickets.

So usually I get off of work and go there in the middle of the night but theres been a couple times where Im told that its closed. Even though it says its open 24 hours. But this very last time really bugged me because the guy was just having a cigarette and before I could even get out of my car he starts waving his hand in front of his neck saying theyre closed. The guy just kept staring at me smoking his cigarette by the entrance talking to some other guy that was in his car. I thought it was very rude and unprofessional I could have just been helped and he could have gone back on his break or whatever the heck he was doing

This 7-Eleven Store (and I have been to several) maintains an supply of coffee and condiments, at least when I visited the store. The store is relatively, and the cashier who rang up my order was friendly, although a bit formal. If you like formal workers, then this store is for you. I personally would rather go to a store that is more friendly to its customers.The store has the usual 7-11 supplies and merchandise. Nothing about it really stands out among stores in the chain. The coffee is typical of 7-11 Stores - somewhat bitter. Evelyn is a terrible manager and follows around people verbally harassing them as she verbally harasses any homeless around or anyone she does not like. She Will on purpose not give you the deals that are posted by 7-Eleven and charge you more money and not care. The rest of the store is awesome but Evelyn needs to be fired. I think I might not even come to the 7-Eleven anymore just because of her.

Hello all of you at the 7-Eleven .I can honestly say this is the best 7-Eleven store in Ventura county. My name is Jim I am a Cab Driver in this county. I’ve been driving taxi for 15 years. I visit all convenient stores throughout the county and I can honestly say this store is by far the best convenience store I have ever visited.This 7-Eleven store is the most busiest store in the area. For as much traffic as this store does and as many people that visited frequently 24 hours a day it is by far the cleanest store I’ve been in. The floor is never sticky the coffee is always fresh and the cream dispenser is never empty huge plus. No one is ever talking on the phone while doing business with the customers. The shelves are always fully stocked and they have everything I need 99% of the time.I would like to thank Evelyn store manager, Tony, Carolyn, Hector, Sally, and all the new employees that work there. So many people too many to list.It’s a real shame that most people only write a review when they are upset with the service. Most people forget to write a review to reward great customer service. I just can’t say enough good things about this 7/11 store on E. Gonzalez Rd. Oxnard.If you’re not happy with the service that you get at your convenience store you must come here and do your shopping you won’t be disappointed. A really decent 7-11. Decent slurpee selection and everything mostly seems well stocked.
