If I had to schedule covid vac 40 miles from home again, I may just go to this CVS again! Was expecting assembly-line coldness & detachment yet from check-in guy to nurse to store cashier, totally opposite experience. Friendly, helpful and seemed to enjoy the store & community very much.

This CVS Pharmacy location is a track-wreck. If I could use expletives to describe this location I would. I called for a gel prescription, was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Three tries later and repeatedly being told another 10-15 minutes I didnt come back. One of techs working claimed it was due to being understaffed. Im sure thats a part of it, however that doesnt explain being told repeatedly times that are grossly incorrect. I have a job and a life and I cant afford to wait on the good graces of the local CVS Pharmacy to decide to be professional. Selling my stock today!

Cindy a technician at this pharmacy not professional at all also unkind and gives you attitude no customer service skills. I have never had any problems at this pharmacy before but wont ever use it again I will switch. So sad to know this person (Cindy) has a job now days and doesnt do it right.

These people have terrible communication making nearly impossible to receive important medicine. I literally have to argue with them every month for them to give a refill! If you know better switch pharmacies ASAP because not getting medicine on time could be deadly. Unacceptable!

HORRIBLE service!!! No signs informing customers that only certain type of prescriptions can be taken using the drive-thru. Really!!! Waited over 20 minutes at the drive-thru lane to tell me “for this prescription you need to come inside” where’s your sign notifying customers?!?!? After going inside rude representative says prescription will be ready in 30 min. While waiting for 30 mins customer comes fee minutes after me and she’s told her prescription will be ready in 15 minutes. WOW!

I shopped and ready needed to go to bathroom. Employees were very nice. Manager 5/17/2020Around 3:30 would NOT let me use the bathroom. He tells me “actually, you r not supposed to be out. I was shocked. “ if I don’t come in, you have no work”Litteraly since the beginning of Covid 19, it was my first time out by the ocean” But could have lived 2 seconds away and still could have needed to have a bathroom.Super super stupid. I will report it to BBB

I have been coming here for about 3 months now because this is the closest pharmacy to my home I have had to worst experience every single time I come in to get my medications. They have made me wait 10 minutes in the drive through window just to tell me that it’s closed I have to come in then I waited another 10 minutes in line and the workers are always very ver very rude !!!!!!! They have messed up on two of my medications very badly one being my asthma inhaler that helps me when I can not breath. The lady but in the wrong request so I had to wait a whole weekend without my inhaler . Another is my acne medication that is very time sensitive and stressful enough without the pharmacy always messing up and just make me have to go back and fort her with my doctor and insurance brace they did something wrong on there end. 100% dislike this place and yes I change pharmacy!

I had two of the younger Hispanic staff help me over the weekend. Horrible costumer service, made me wait 7mins at the drive thru just to say I needed to get off and order my prescription in person without stating why. They made me write my number twice on the prescription and didn’t even bother to call me or text when my medication was ready. It was antibiotics and pain medication that I had to wait until the next day to pick up and when i tried asking the young man why they even bother to ask for the number if they don’t call when prescriptions are ready he just asked me for my number again. No apology or anything. Horrible customer service and not the first time it’s happened. Time to switch pharmacies.

Dont ever go to the pharmacy I got there at 8:30 pm this one girl was helping this lady for 1/2 it was o pm then they said we were closed I took my son to urgent care because he got allergic reaction to something and the girl behind me needed her inhaler for asthma and they said were closed go to Ventura 😡how do you tell a customer thats having a allergic reaction and another that cant breath to go else where for your medicine!!!!!! If people die its your fault !!! Never been so upset about a pharmacy in my life !!!!! Rude service

Why have a drive thru service at your store when there is ALWAYS a sign on window that its down please walk in store???!!!??? That sign is always there to me it is BS. Probably have less staff and can only handle one window. Im going to have to try Walgreens🤔🤔🤔

Went to this CVS last night to use the photo kiosk with my sons. We were trying to get one photo to print for a school project. The kiosk didnt work with the cable, and it also wouldnt load pictures from facebook, or Instagram it said unable to load. We must have been trying to get the kiosk to work for over 10 minutes. A woman who was working there as a cashier in her late 30s, possible 40s wearing a headset approached me and asked rudly Do you know how much longer you will all be here? I told her the kiosk machine was having nothing but errors and wasnt working properly. She responds Oh then walks away. She didnt offer any customer service or even bother to ask Do you need help? Is the machine working properly? I have been shopping at this CVS since it has opened its my go to pharmacy all the time. Never have I ever experienced horrible customer service at this location until last night by a rude cashier wearing a headset.

They are VERY RUDE ! They have you waiting forever . They argue with the customers. You ask for their names on the phone they tell you it does not matter . They refuse to give you their name . The assistant manager sora is very disrespectful . Questioned my relationship . Matt is also very rude . They lack on the medication. You wait forever . I really strongly suggest a different pharmacy . My HUSBAND was about to get his prescription and they will find any little excuse to give you a hard time . They dont help you at all . Very rude .

The worst experience with the pharmacy staff ever. I was there around 630 tonight (24July2017) to pick up my meds. I walked to the pharmacy register. I thought I was lucky because there was no one in front of me....(they probably left like I did later on). After waiting there for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge my presence I left totally digusted and completely disrespected. While I was waiting there I saw the pharmacy staff tending to the drive thru window, answer multiple calls (including new calls that came in), and drop pills all over the floor. This is not the first time that this location seem to hire the bottom of the barrel for their staff. By the time I left there was a line behind me of 6- 8 new people. As I was leaving, the person behind me asked if anyone has helped me. I had to say no and left the CVS. They had multiple chances to help me but they couldnt even acknowledge me. What was I thinking? Its just common courtesy to say to someone in line if you are busy that youll get right to them. Nothing.... absolutely nothing.
