This is a nice coffee bean. Good little meeting spot.

Went in with a simple request to steam Cinnamon within the milk for a latte too which I was told that they could not do since it might damage the steam wand they use to heat up said milk. As a former coffee bean employee and barista for multiple small coffee shops I can assure you that this is not true. The Cinnamon is a simple clean, same as the milk thats leftover from when your done steaming. All you have to do is wipe it away. Its just annoying to see that nobody can be bothered to at least attempt to satisfy the customers wish.

My first choice come coffee time, I thoroughly enjoy it when I visit this place.

Terrible Starbucks knockoff. No one on staff knows what a London Fog is. Took 8 minutes to “warm” a sandwich which was then microwaved, not toasted. Water in the bathroom was hot enough that it caused a burn that had to be treated. When told of this issue, employee said “it runs hot” and laughed. Will be actively recommending against this place.

Terrible customer service they ask for your name when you purchase and they don’t even call your name when the drinks are ready the call the drinks out loud I couldn’t even tell what drink was what and then to top it off I left my vintage sunglasses on the table I called 2 hrs later and asked did they see them they said no I literally drove back and found them on the table smfh

Slow service. Pastry fridge and display was also empty. Not sure if theyre selling or not. Got a line out the door, and my mans is having a full conversation with two customers at the register about antiques. Broooooooo. You got eight people waiting to order. Your six minute conversation about antiques can wait for a different time. I prefer the Sea Bridge location. Better all around.

I love their coffee. I have their mobile app so I place my order when Im on my way and its always waiting for me when i arrive. Ive even treated my coworkers to a cup of coffee and had them delivered to the office. Super easy on the app. The ONLY reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because their coffee lids drip. So annoying to deal with.

They got my name wrong and I had to ask three times for someone to actually check, so the drink I thought was mine sat there the whole time. Not happy

So Kaleah was awesome, great customer service, she greeted everyone with a smile. However for the girl preparing my drink. I couldve saved ten minutes by you calling out my order instead of saying the wrong name three times. Its not Amber. Say the order if youre not going to take the time to read the name right. Simple as that. Takes nothing but three seconds.

Parked overnight in the Sams/Walmart parking lot to be close to pickup location and was looking for a place to get a coffee in the morning, because thats very important to my peace of mind, and found this establishment across the street. Very friendly and attentive staff, the coffee was delicious and also had a breakfast sandwich which was very tasty. I will definitely make this a regular stop while in Oxnard. A big thanks to The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf for starting this old truck drivers day with a smile.

Every single time that I have visited this location, Ive had nothing but great experiences. The service is not only excellent, but they are able to help you in an extremely timely manner so that you are able to grab your drink and get back on the road! I would always get the dark chocolate ice blended, but they have discontinued that flavor and now my go to drink is the Mexican hot chocolate ice blended. The location is always clean and there is ample parking available as well. If you do choose to drink your coffee here, there is seating available both inside and outside.

Great location to meet with friends. The staff was friendly and sociable. Food is similar to a cafe in Indianapolis I loved.

Had the most unpleasant and rude experience at this location today. I came in around 2:40pm and ordered a regular sized half white chocolate, half hazelnut Iced Coffee, with extra ice. The young lady at the register was absolutely friendly, by the way. It was not until I made it over to the coffee bar side that I had this experience. (Ps. I worked at CBTL on sea bridge just a few years ago :) I watched the young lady at the bar put a few ounces of water onto a measuring cup, add two shots of espresso, add white chocolate powder only, pour it over the ice and topped it off with non fat milk. (I asked for half hazelnut) I was not aware this was my drink until she placed it on the counter and called my name. I walked over and told her I ordered the wc/hz iced coffee w/extra ice and it did not have any milk. She seemed a little upset but apologized and said she would remake it. I noticed she added quite a bit of water (looked like more than 6oz) so I once again asked her for extra ice on that IC, she ignored me. I then asked her about the ounces of water and asked if it was 6oz as I know/knew a regular IC is made with 6oz of room temp filtered water. She proceeded to tell me with a bit of an aggressive tone that it was 8oz but could be made with 6oz. She continued making my drink and began having a conversation with another employee on cold bar and asked her how many ounces of water are used for a regular IC drink. Her co worker reassured her it was 8oz for a regular size and the young lady making my drink proceeded to tell her well tell her then in Spanish, referring to me. I let her know I also spoke Spanish, just in case they needed to address anything to me or tell me something. She finished making my drink, without half hazelnut but I did not want to bother her again as I seemed to have unintentionally bothered the young lady quite a bit already. She placed my drink on the counter and did not say a single word. I asked for her name as I grabbed my drink, she ignored me and walked toward he back, I am assuming the employee break room area. I asked the other co worker for her name, she did not share it wth me the first time, or said it so low I was not able to hear so I asked again, she made a unpleasant face and in a lowly tone said Samantha. I said thank youand walked away. I honesty did not want that coffee anymore. Such an experience can really leave a sour taste in your mouth. Working at a CBTL for several years, I first hand understand the importance of acknowledging customers, meeting a customers needs, and treating everyone in a kind and respectful manner. My intent was never to be rude and I believe I was not rude but I also did not expect to be treated poorly as a customer. Customers are who keep us operating and in business also. I am positive I am not the first person that has been treated like this. You have certainly lost my business. I understand loosing one person may not make a difference, but several people having the same sour experience will indefinitely have a negative impact at this location. I really hope this matter is addressed.

Ordered the rose hazelnut latte. Yup i could taste my garden in there. Probably wont be getting this one again. It tasted like the smell of m body spray/lotion collection.

CB & TL is always great...I love their coffee...There is always a line in the morning though...and it does take about 10-15 min. to get your java. The barristas are friendly and the service is good...just wish it were a little faster.

I had the Dream Tea Latte and it was delicious, I have to go back for more! Also the general manager that was there this morning was very friendly and helped me locate the tea that I wanted on the shelf. I would definetely go back for more Dream Tea Lattes. When you buy a box of tea you get a free cup of tea and the best part is that you get to pick the flavor!. I had already purchased my tea and didnt know I could get a free latte, so the general manager offered to give me the bag of tea in the cup and so that I can then make it whenever I wanted. That was a great idea, thank you the general manager had great cusomer service (I didnt get his name)

Called the night before to order two large Java boxes with all the fixings. Both were ready a 7:30 am when I arrived to pick them up. Friendly service and car side carry out. The best.

Very friendly guy behind the counter! Also, the place is right outside of a tram stop, which is pretty convenient. I liked the peanut butter cookie, though not the white macadamia nut cookie.

Great place to get coffee and work done. The staff is very friendly and takes the time to show customers that they care. The only two things I wish they had were booths and more charging ports.

Amazing customer service every time I go in there. I am greeted every time I walk in and my drinks are always made correctly and taste great.

I am usually happy to take on the vibe at this spot plus the pastries are so yummy! (Ie: birthday pops, cheese danish) I do have a bad morning there when asked to leave because our table were smoking cigarettesI thought that was overkill on the hospitality tip that was avoidable.
