I always enjoy come here either by myself always friends when it comes down to relaxing and unwinding. Also I enjoy the atmosphere because there is such a great customer service positive attitudes from the workers. Also Im always running into someone I know and havent seen in awhile every time I go....

You always check you drink size since mistakes always happend. I usually order trenta but they gave me venti. Size matters.

I know SBUX drive-through take a long time, but these guys can’t even handle a few cars. They make 8 cars in the dt line a 30 minute affair. They seriously suck hard, I don’t care how nice the employees are. I’m not here to make friends, I’m here to get my coffee in under 1/2 an hour.

The service was wonderful. The one star is for the sand in my turkey bacon sandwich. It says on my sandwich pack ‘Turkey Bacon Sand’. SMH at Starbucks and Shame on this corporation for such a sandwich with sand in it. Waste of time and waste of money.

Placed an order online to help avoid the wait. After arriving, I was asked about my order and was told that they were still working on it and it would be ready soon and even showed me two empty cups. After 15 minutes, they asked me about my order again and tell me that its almost ready. At this point, the people in the store before me have been served, so Im expecting my order soon. Now people who have walked in and placed order after me are starting to get their orders. So I ask about my order again and they tell me that they complete the order that they get them in. Now everyone has been served and they tell me that they dont have an order for Justin. Thats not the name that I gave them, nor was it even close to the name of my order. So again, and annoyed now, I tell them the order and she walks back and grab my order and tells me to have a good day.During my time there, some kids cup cracked open and poured a good amount of his drink over the counter. This poor kid had to ask for help and they didnt even clean up the mess. The kids mom came over and cleaned it up for him.I dont know what is wrong with the servers here, but this has to be some of the worse service I have ever seen.

How are you ganna forget a main ingredient in a drink and not say anything, I ordered a very berry hibiscus with lemonade and I got it without the berries and the cashier doesnt say anything until after I make a comment, come on.

Got there about two, it was not packed. There was fast, efficient, and courteous service. This place has an awesome atmosphere.

Starbucks is really good but if you show up at 10:00pm you get bad service I went with my family to have some great coffee but I had to wait more than 15 minutes & thats because my wife had ask we been waiting all they said they ran out of paper so I would of waited forever if I dont ask . Oh dont ask about refills they seem to have a hard time giving you the refill its just awful at night time

Always friendly and almost always get my order right plus consistently getting the taste right.

Waited 45 minutes to get my mobile order, good thing they remade them because they were melted already.

Great people and coffee

Asked for whipped cream and cinnamon on top of latte but didnt get it. Long line, long wait at drive through. Starbucks coffee although over-priced in my opinion, is always good tho. (would have just been better with whipped cream and cinnamon)

I want to say this, if youre in a rush for some coffee expect a 10 minute wait. But other than that, the shop is spectacular, well organized, and in addition it provides very fast wifi. Very peaceful and happy environment.

Drive thru is always slow. It doesn’t matter if there is one car ahead of you or 10 cars. Common courtesy is to say “sorry for the wait.” The employees there don’t even say that.

Great location, near my customers. Only three stars today because this location had an issue with the bathroom and front door slamming. Umbrellas were not put out over outdoor tables. Otherwise, store was clean and staff was friendly.

My favorite Starbucks of all time. The crew is hands down the most thoughtful, kind and kickass group around. Kat, Anthony, and Jann especially stand out and have been long time employees who take their gig very seriously. They always remember my order (woman of habit) and they go above and beyond to make sure I leave happy. Someone behind the counter (name unknown) writes sweet notes on my coffee cup in the morning and sends me to work with a smile a mile wide. This isn’t just a coffee shop. This is a hometown business fueled by workers who love what they do and spread that joy. They’re in there today slangin coffee on thanksgiving morning. And I just want to say, I’m thankful for all of you!!!!

I went yesterday to this Starbucks and I went to the drive through it took me like 25 minutes to get out of there; I pay with my credit card the cashier asked me if I wanted the receipt and I said no; they charged me $5.30 for 2 regular coffees; today I went in to save time it was no line at all and I had to wait like 10 minutes before someone help me, then I order the same coffee as yesterday, same size and she charge $8.50 and remember I pay $5.30 yesterday I did pay cash and she didnt give me receipt, then they make me wait another 25 minutes and I realized something was not right and I complain asking them if they were planing to give me my coffee the barista apologize to me and said there was no order being place and he give me my coffee, the cashier came to me apologizing too for the inconvenience and offer to me $4.00 card to fix the issue; I make my math and the $4.00 card is my own money because they charge me more today I wanted to go back and complain but they didnt give me receipt and Im writing this review just to let everybody know be aware no matter the way you pay when they dont give you receipt be really careful. Im making my mind thinking about what happen and something is not right and I would like for the manager be aware of the image of this store location in particular

People do come here to study. Theres 3 good tables for groups so come early because party of 1s do stay awhile. High school students also come here as well so check the times you do go.

Theres a Starbucks closer to my house, but I will go to this one because Ive never been dissatisfied with this particular location. I go almost everyday and the employees are awesome! Theyre extremely nice and always have a smile.

I love, love, love this Starbucks! 😍 The staff is very friendly and accommodating. However, taste your drink before leaving as you may have the wrong one. They are constantly swamped so errors can happen 😉

WORST STARBUCKS EVER!!!!3rd time putting bacon in my sandwiches of overs over $30! Manager promised refund and replacement and never followed through! I bit into the sandwhich!!! This is a big deal.

Always about 5-10min waiting time. Majority of the time drive thru is very bisy best choice is just go in....and order. You will get your order faster. Service is okay can defenitely improve overall quality is okay. Depends who makes your coffee.
