This place is great! We just so happened to experiment with buying their coffee, what a good choice! The only thing is that the medium size coffee is the size of a small and the large is a medium size. Their coffee is delicious and regardless of the size error my wife and I would return for it. Krispy Kreme’s is right next to McDonald’s, so... if you’d rather have lower quality coffee for $1 using their app go to McDonald’s.

Crazy good Many people in the South have known for many years the blue light meant donuts were coming hot from the oven. In my many trips to the South I could not help but come across some of the best donuts Ive ever had. So happy to be able drive 5min away and come back with a little taste of the South for the family.

Amazing donuts, not too busy, and people are very helpful. Theyre giving a free glazed donut for vaccinated people! The prices are a bit high and donuts are a bit small and not so sweet, but are pretty good. Get the glazed, chocolate with Kreme filling, and cake batter ones. The cheesecake one is pretty good.

On National Donut Day, Krispy Kreme came through with free donuts for all! Although it was almost closing time, they had full supply of all donuts and so were freshly made! Great experience.

The employee gave me the coffee cup with a loose lid and I’m pretty sure he knew that because I couldn’t close it the cup was damaged. Cause of him I spilled my coffee and burned myself.He looked like he was in a bad mood.

Vanessa was incredibly kind, sweet and helpful! She seriously made my day when I visited. The doughnuts are delicious and speak for themselves - esp. when they are hot and fresh but I had to leave a review for Vanessas awesome service!

Moving from the East coast to the West coast is a pretty stressful experience. Having Krispy Kreme and Chic-fil-a around helps ease the move woes though. Now we just need some East coast gas prices.

Krispy Kreme is always good quality, but very sweet and not my favorite. I prefer cake donuts, of which they only have a few.

Today was my third time ordering online through the Oxnard location. First time picking up my order they were closed. Second time they were out of the specialty donuts even though they were still selling them online. Now my third time today the location was closed AGAIN. Cant trust their online ordering because even IF theyre open its not a guarantee Ill get what I ordered.

You have to know what to expect from KK. About the location, always clean with courteous staff.

Its Krispy Kreme! Purchased some of their Halloween special donuts which are fun - Dracula, Frankenstein, wolf man, glazed with chocolate topping and orange sprinkles. Place can be busy in the mornings, but thats when the donuts are popping out and are at their best.

The drive-thru traffic often spills out of the parking lot, and onto the street. I recommend that you order ahead and pick up inside the store. I did this once after I arrived, and walked in to pick it up within minutes; meanwhile, those who chose to go to the drive-thru barely budged.

Great location, right off fwy 101, always friendly, fast service, hardly ever a line . I had the pumpkin spice cake donut ( so yummy ) and the hubby had OG glaze . Got a free donut with the rewards.

The donuts are outstanding but the service left something to be desired. Not very friendly and the girl actually stopped putting the donuts my boyfriend chose into the box until she asked me if it was ok, as if he couldnt be trusted to choose!

Service was fine, overall service was good. But the coffee is basically all water. Regular coffee and iced coffee both very watered down. The donuts themselves are somehow the smallest donuts Ive purchased. Got two with filling and was very disappointed that they only had about a nickel size squirt of filling.

I really really want to like this place since it’s the only Krispy Kreme around and I feel they know this. I have had three separate incidents where the workers were so rude. Today I went inside to buy a dozen and they are always so short. I asked for birthday cake and she looked at me and said we don’t make birthday cake donuts 😆 . I ended up buying the Halloween which are 25 cent extra each donut and they were poorly made as well! If you read this and know how I can contact the owner I would greatly appreciate it. I feel it’s to the point where I need to contact corporate, a business should not be ran this way. Employees are always so rude. You also see how much they dislike their job by how poorly made the donuts are .

Always out of at least half the donuts they offer. Prices are a little steep for a extremely sugary donut.

Today I came in and ordered a dozen of the really awesome Monster donuts for my nephews birthday! We were sooo excited to bring them to him, but as we were getting balloons to go with these donuts... I dropped them! (It was TERRIBLE... my heart sunk) So we had to go back, I ordered the exact same dozen letting the cashier know that I dropped them, as I was expecting to pay for another dozen the team was amazing and let me have them for free! And then they offered me party hats for my nephew and his two sisters! I could not be more thankful, currently I’m furloughed and any amount of money that can be saved really is a life saver and today you guys did that for me!! I appreciate you guys for an impact on me and my now 11 year old nephew!

It is so sad that in order to get their $12 double dozen doughnuts, they require you to sign up for their rewards program before they would honor their $12 promotion. The promo only said barcode required which I brought but they will not honor it. I travelled all the way from Thousand Oaks to be told I had to pay full price of $23 and change.Needless to say, their promotion really suck. I will not recommend them. I will just go to my local donut shop.

Really only 1 reason to go to Krispy Kreme... the hot and fresh glazed donuts.Forget about the flavored, chocolate coating, sprinkles or filling.Pass on the various coffee flavored beverages.Order a dozen hot and fresh glazed donuts, eat half of them on the way home, a few more once home and polish off the box the next morning.... 6 seconds in the microwave.

Waited in line for almost 30 min at closing time. 2 employees passed by me closing the drive thru. Finally made it to ordering booth to find out they we all out of donuts.

It never fails for them to forget something I ordered and paid for. I dont like to talk to people like there children (which some of them are), but sometimes I have to have the person at the intercom and window repeat my order just to get it right.

Not good. Out 90% of donuts which forced you to buy the Valentines ones which were more expensive.

The shop was spic and span. There was hand sanitizer and wipes and you must wear a mask and 6 foot distance. Customer service was excellent and donuts fresh and delicious.
