I used this company to install a reverse osmosis system in my new home and I can tell you that going above and beyond is an understatement here. I had professional and courteous service from the moment I picked up the phone to when I paid my bill. Their office staff is so patient and understanding, I must have asked 500 questions and they took the time to answer each one for me. Then the owner Jay came out personally to give me a quote and even took the time to educate me as we went so I was better able to comprehend how the product would benefit me in the long run. Even the installation process was simple, they showed up right on time and had everything done in no time! The owner Jay is an honest and upfront man and not only has he earned my business for life but I will also be recommending Advanced Water Solutions to all my friends in need.

After I had the realization that there will never be a time in my life where I am not trying to drink as much water as I can, I started researching my options. I was looking for really good tasting water that was easy to access and didn’t require me to constantly lug around heavy bottles. I focused on Reverse Osmosis Water. I called few companies and agreed to meet with Jay from Advanced Water Solutions. He came over and tested my filtered water which showed the exact same parts per million that came out of the kitchen sink. Something needed to change. We talked about renting a Reverse Osmosis System with added minerals. I rarely say yes to something on the spot but I was glad I did. The installer did a fantastic job putting in the faucet and connecting the system to refrigerator for the ice maker. The water is amazing. We had to invest in extra large water bottles so the water will last with us all day long. That’s a good thing!All in all, the company is responsive but the product is incredible. I am happy to recommend Advanced Water Solutions.

We are so appreciative of the thoughtful consideration and time that Tim put into the installation of our water softener and filter. Our house has old, inconsistent plumbing and Tim was able to find a solution and leave us in better condition than when he arrived. He went above and beyond to fix things up and make sure I had a complete understanding of the improvements that he made. Josh also completed thorough water testing before we agreed on a system and we feel like were in good hands if we ever need support with our equipment in the future.

I would highly recommend Advanced Water Solutions to anyone needing help with their water quality. We were originally going to use Culligan, and then saw the reviews which were horrible. To the contrary, Advanced Water Solutions had excellent reviews, especially regarding their customer service, and for good reason! From the person that answered the phone when we called to set up the appointment, to Jay, the owner, who came out to our house, to Hernan who did our installation, everyone was AMAZING! It is wonderful to deal with people who listen, care, and do a great job. Hernan was friendly, highly skilled, and immaculate. He left our house cleaner than when he arrived. I am so happy with my soft water. My dishes sparkle. I wish I had installed this sooner. Alonzo was my installer and he explained everything to me so well and was one of the nicest technician I have ever had come to my home.

Their tech, Tim, was excellent. He was very careful with existing plants while laying the pipes. I was very pleased with him.

After moving into a new house with a complicated water softener system, I was at a bit of a loss as to what to do to get the drinking water system serviced. We also had issues with the brine tank not using up its salt. Advanced Water Solutions were very helpful when I spoke to them on the phone, and the technician who came out (a fellow Tim!), was very competent and thorough at fixing the issues.

Tim came out to fix our water softener within hours of me calling and fixed the problem, quickly and efficiently! We ended up upgrading to a new water osmosis/carbon filter! Tim is so knowledgeable, kind, easy to talk to and I truly felt he cares in making sure we have clean water to drink! I had a water softener installed during COVID and Tim installed my water tank and was very professional and helpful. He showed me how to properly work the tank and tested my water for me.

Having some water issues at home, I called for an appt and was given one two days out, which was fine. Since everything was outside and easily accessible, there was no need for me to be there. I was called back and informed I had to be there and the service person would be there between noon and 3 PM. I left work (20 miles away) and arrived promptly at noon. When there was no sighting by 4 PM, I called an inquired when the person would arrive. I was informed the person had arrived at 11 AM and provided the service. There was absolutely no indication that anyone had been there, not a note, a text message, a simple phone call, etc., nothing.... So I spent the afternoon and am paying for it today, having to make up the hours missed at work the prior day. This is good customer service? How do they stay in business??? Sadly, I apparently cant go below one star... I wonder how much I will be charged for this service?

When I read our municipal water company’s disclosure about the chemicals added to ensure our city water is safe, I was concerned about the monochloramine (which is a combination of chlorine and ammonia). My husband was on board with filtering our water and trusted Advanced Water Solutions because he knew some their satisfied customers.We chose an AWS125 water softener with a whole-house carbon filter. Alonso did our installation and he was terrific. His work was impeccable and he clearly explained what he was doing and how the system worked. After the installation, Alonso tested the water, which we watched, explained the results and patiently answering our questions. We are thoroughly satisfied with the complete filtration system.

I have used Advanced Water Solutions and their Reverse Osmosis equipment in my home for over two decades. The owner, Jay, has always been great to work with, and his staff are skilled, professional, and easy to talk with. Tim recently performed the annual service on my equipment, and like Alanzo, he knows what he is doing and is happy to explain it all to me. One of the great things about their equipment is that it is a huge water saver because it uses a lot less to make the RO water than other equipment available. I have referred Advanced to family and friends all over the Santa Barbara and Ventura areas and like me, they stay with Jay and Advanced for years.
