Do not order water with these people whatever you do! They are scammers. I placed an order last week they said it would be delivered on Thursday and the guy was out making deliveries. Water never showed up. On Friday I called again and they said the guy was late with his deliveries and they will be there Friday -never showed up. customer service never answered and the person who I was in contact with apologized and still no water. Save your money, save your time and do not use this company.
BEWARE. If other customers are having experiences similar to what is described below, then Real Water Gold Coast has destroyed the goodwill it could have ever hoped to established with its customer base. Real Water has failed on every level as a service provider: first, with respect to delivering the goods/services it promises; and secondly, with respect to customer service.I signed up for the service, order three 5-gallon products and a water pump, and authorized payment via my credit card. The terms of our agreement were as follows: (1) Real Water Gold Coast would deliver water every two weeks, and (2) I would receive the number of 5 gallon containers equal to that left outside my door. A few days later, I received delivery of a water pump; but no water. After a few weeks and still no water delivering, I reached out to the sales rep to inquire about the whereabouts of my delivery, and received a shocking response: “I don’t handle customer service,” he said. Instead of displaying the good business practice of proactively investigating my problem, he punted it to customer service. I called customer service, who appeared puzzled that my delivery had not occurred. Finally, the water was delivered a few days later following that call. My experience with Real Water was not off to a great start; but I figured this was an isolated anomaly, and decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. Two weeks later, I placed my water containers outside my door, and two weeks following that, my delivery had still not come; yet, my credit card had been charged. I was out of water at this point, and very frustrated that this situation had occurred a second time in the first two months with your service. I left multiple voicemails for customer service, and even called the sales rep again; but never once received a return call. Given that you’d charged my credit card, and provided no services, my frustration was escalating. Further, the empty bottles had remained outside my door in my hallway for more than two weeks at that point, which is not acceptable. Upon finally reaching customer service (to be clear, it had never returned any of my previous voicemails, which is unacceptable), I told Real Water that it had charged my credit card without providing the goods/services and that it was not authorized to do so. The rep apologized, and (1) committed to refund my credit card, (2) credit me three bottles, and (3) send out delivery ASAP if I’d give it company one more chance. I agreed; provided that it delivered on (1)-(3), and told the rep that it could not charge my credit card.At present, Real Water charged my credit card again, and I have received neither the refund, credit, or water delivery promised. I have contacted my credit card company and identified all Real Water charges as “fraud,” and blocked any further changes. I am pursuing the immediate full refund. I have cancelled my account, and made it clear Real Water is NOT authorized to charge my credit card for any amounts. If a violation does occur, I will pursue further action against your company.
SCAM ALERT!!!! I have been charged for 5 deliveries and never have received a single full delivery! I have called them over 10 times and everytime they say they will fix it and take care of it. This has gone on for almost 3 months. They never delivery or credit me!!! They continue to charge me for deliveries they have never made and promise to make special deliveries to make up for it and they dont. I plan on reporting them to local and state officials. TOTAL SCAM, TOTAL FIASCO. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS, TOTAL HEADACHE AND SCAM.
Good product. They bring us aaxouple bottles a week. Nice people
If I could put a negative zero I would. This company is very disorganized and does not know what they are doing. I agree the product is great but the customer service is a horrible mess. If you live in California and have to deal with the gold coast operation you will be lucky to get anyone on the phone, message after message and no call back. I did receive a text last Wednesday from a Ronata who claims she had been calling me numerous times without success, not true. When I tried calling her number no answer. I ordered the water almost 2 months ago and I am yet to get a delivery. I received a text message on Sunday 7-16 that I should leave my empty bottles out for delivery which I was told to ignore on my first delivery, guess what? Yep, no water delivered.Do yourself a favor and go buy something else, the headache from this company is not worth the time or effort...
The water is delicious and satisfying. I find that I have more energy from drinking this water and maybe most importantly I am drinking more water that I ever have before.
The water is great, and it is really nice to get alkaline water home delivery. LaTeefa is always pleasant on the phone, as well. However, this company has many issues with disorganization and a lack of communication. Ive tried giving them the benefit of the doubt numerous times, but I am about one mistake away from cancelling my service with them. When we first signed up, our crock (dispenser) was supposed to arrive 2 days later. I called a week later and was told they were out of stock. Not a big deal, but an update would have been nice. We got the crock and water soon after. We had a regular delivery date set up, and when the date passed, I called to ask about the water, and was told the truck broke down and they werent sure when deliveries would start up again. We had a few regular deliveries, then the week of Thanksgiving, the delivery did not show up again. When we returned from our vacation, 5 days after the delivery date, I called Real Water and was told the driver quit. We did not get the water until 12 days after our delivery date! If I hadnt called, I dont think we would even have gotten an update.I had a credit card on file, but was paying by check. As soon as I received the invoice, I would send the check in. I noticed after sending in the check, my card was also charged. LaTeefa told me they charge the card if the payment is not received by the 15th, but I was not receiving statements until the 20th, if at all. That month I was triple charged. Last month, I did not even receive a bill, and my card was again charged an incorrect amount. I was told that sometimes clients arent receiving bills because the address is not showing through the envelope. This makes absolutely no sense. I also tried calling the phone number listed on the charge on my statement, and the guy who answered didnt even work for them anymore. I have also received other peoples billing information sent to my email, no clue why.2 weeks ago, we started getting text reminders about putting out the bottles, which was great. Unfortunately, if things dont change soon, I will be cancelling my service and buying my alkaline water elsewhere.
Water is delivered once a month A+ 👍
